BIM 모델 표현 수준(LOD) 분석을 통한 내역체계 개선방안 연구 (Improvement of Quantity Take-Off and BoQ through the LOD Criteria Analysis of BIM Models)

  • 최근 건설프로젝트에서 BIM의 도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 견적단계에서의 BIM의 도입은 공사비 예측의 정확성 향상 및 견적자의 업무를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 기대된다. 하지만 현재의 물량산출 과정과 내역서 작성과정은 상당부분 수작업으로 이루어지고 있다. 또 현행 내역서의 내역항목을 만족시키기 위해서는 BIM 모델이 매우 상세해져야 하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 LOD기준을 분석하여 BIM 모델의 표현 수준에 따라 산출될 수 있는 내역항목을 도출함으로써 현행 내역서의 개선방향을 BIM 모델의 LOD 측면에서 도모하고자 한다. LOD기반 내역항목 분석을 위해 내역항목 등급을 A,B,C등급으로 나누었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실시설계 단계에서 LOD 수준 따라 산출될 수 있는 내역항목의 수와 해당항목이 차지하는 금액 비율을 각 공종별로 검토하였다. 실시설계 단계에서 주요 개선 등급인 B등급에서 가장 많은 항목을 차지한 공종은 창호 및 유리공사이며, 가장 많은 금액을 차지한 공종은 철근콘크리트 공사로 분석되었다. 추후 항목비율이 높은항목과 금액비율이 높은항목별 적절한 개선방안제시가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과는 BIM 견적이나 현행 내역서 체계 개선을 위한 기초자료로서의 역할을 기대 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

심리적 안녕감에 따른 네일관리행동 연구 - 판매 서비스직 여성을 중심으로 - (A Study on Nail Management Behavior Based on Psychological Wellness - Focusing on Women Engaged in Sales and Services -)

  • The purpose of this study lies in identifying the psychological state of working women engaged in sales and services and seeing how it is correlated to their nail management behavior. Also, the study aims to look into the relationship that exists between these two factors and provide information to help women live and work better with higher self-satisfaction. As for the research process, 210 women aged 20 to 30 engaging in sales and services of clothing, financing, and cosmetics sales were asked to fill out questionnaires. Survey results indicate that women who received college education and beyond as well as those working in the cosmetics sales area were exceptional in their psychological wellbeing. In addition, women with higher income, especially those who work in the cosmetics sales field and are not yet married participated in nail management behavior with the most enthusiasm. Therefore as for the relationship between psychological wellbeing and nail management behavior, it can be said that the better one's psychological wellbeing is, the more one is likely to strive for uniqueness in managing nails.

  • The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

철강회사에 있어서 교대작업과 산업재해의 관련성 (Relationships between Shift Work and Occupational Accidents in a Steel Company)

  • Accident reports from 1991 to 2000 of a steel company were used to analyze which factors induce industrial accidents. The subjects were 8,311 blue-collar workers, who sustained 114 occupational injuries and work on a continuous full-day 3-team 3-shift system of backward rotation(mornings to afternoons to nights). With respect to marital status, the occupational injury rate(OIR) on the married workers was significantly higher compared to unmarried workers. With respect to no, the OIR of those in their early 20s was significantly higher when compared to other age groups. The OIR of highly educated workers showed a reduction when compared with lower educated workers. The OIR of shift workers were significantly higher compared with the daytime workers. The OIR of type of work decreased across the steel manufacturing process, rolling process, machine maintenance section forwarding products section to the field management section. With respect to the block of shift work(morning, afternoon, and night shifts) by the type of work, the OIR of the night shift was higher than those of the morning shift in the steel manufacturing process or forwarding products section. The OIR of the machine maintenance section was slightly higher in the morning shift than those of the night shift. The OIR of the time of day of the shift workers reached a peak between 09:00 and 11:00. The OIR of a slight injury to shift workers decreased across the night, afternoon, to morning shifts whereas the OIR of a serious injury tended to decrease across the night, morning, to afternoon shift. The body parts most commonly injured were the arm and the crus.

포항지진사례 분석을 통한 지진재난 대응 프로세스에 관한 연구 (Study on Earthquake Hazard Response Process by 'Pohang Earthquake' Case Analysis)

  • 2017년 발생한 포항지진은 대규모 지진피해로 인한 장기적인 수습·복구라는 과제를 우리에게 남겨주었다. 기존의 지진대응매뉴얼은 재난업무의 흐름과 장기간 계속되는 지진재난특성을 고려하는 것이 부족하였다. 이에 따라 포항지진과 같이 대규모 지진피해로 인한 국내 지방자치단체의 지진재난대응업무가 실제로 어떻게 이루어졌었는지를 파악하고 기록하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 본 연구는 지진재난특성을 고려하여 2017년 포항 지진 당시 포항시청 각 부서에서 실시하였던 지진재난 관리에 대하여 협업기능별 업무를 시간의 흐름에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과 지진재난 시 업무와 인력이 가장 많이 필요한 기능은 긴급생활 안정지원, 시설응급 복구, 에너지 기능복구 등으로 나타났다. 또한 기능별 재난대응의 문제점을 분석한 결과, 사전에 피해 예방 및 대비가 각 기능별로 부족했던 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 포항지진 사례를 바탕으로 시간의 흐름에 따라 지진재난 대응 단계를 세분화하고, 각 13개 협업기능에 대한 문제점 분석을 통해 전체적인 지진재난대응업무 프로세스를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 대규모 지진 발생 시 지진재난대응 업무를 수행하는 재난관리자에게 혼란한 재난 상황속에서 효과적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

대형 체계 개발사업의 체계공학 수행을 위한 요구사항 추적성 확립 (Requirements Traceability in Systems Engineering for Large-scale Systems Development)

  • This paper presents results from a computer-aided systems engineering application to system development projects. RDD-100 version of ALC Inc. was used in this work. The framework adopted in the study takes a unified approach to the system design and the process management associated with it, thereby coherent and full traceability between them is maintained. Conventional system engineering process supported by the tool is adopted in the system design. On the other hand, the same tool is also used to the systems engineering management to get full traceability between system design data and engineering management data. It is greatly helpful in managing many sub-contractors in the sense that the traceability can help identify the sub-project responsibility as well as the objectives of the project in coordination with interface requirements. We conclude with the advantage and limits of our unified approach.

시민단체 기록 분류방안 연구: 환경연합을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development of Classification Schemes for NGO Records)

  • 본 연구는 시민단체 기록의 분류방안을 마련해 보는 데에 연구의 목적을 두고, 환경운동연합을 사례로 환경연합기록의 분류체계 및 처리일정표 개발 과정을 제시해 보았다. 환경연합 기록의 분류원칙으로 기능분류에 주제분류를 결합한 형태의 분류원칙을 적용하였으며, 기능분류체계 개발을 위해 기록관리 업무분석 표준인 AS 5090와 DIRKS 방법론을 활용하였다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌연구, 자료조사, 인터뷰, 업무분석, 설문조사 등을 활용하였다.

  • Risk management of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station decommissioning is a great challenge. In the present study, a risk management framework has been developed for the decommissioning work. It is applied to fuel assembly retrieval from Unit 3 spent fuel pool. Whole retrieval work is divided into three phases: preparation, retrieval, and transportation and storage. First of all, the end point has been established and the success path has been developed. Then, possible threats, which are internal/external and technical/societal/management, are identified and selected. "What can go wrong?" is a question about the failure scenario. The likelihoods and consequences for each scenario are roughly estimated. The whole decommissioning project will continue for several decades, i.e., long-term perspective is important. What should be emphasized is that we do not always have enough knowledge and experience of this kind. It is expected that the decommissioning can make steady and good progress in support of the proposed risk management framework. Thus, risk assessment and management are required, and the process needs to be updated in accordance with the most recent information and knowledge on the decommissioning works.

도시철도 건설공사의 공종별 위험도에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Risk Level of Work Types in Urban Railway Construction)

  • The goals of this study were to investigate some significant factors to judge level of safety at urban railway construction field and to analyze degree of risk by work classification. Currently, there are lots of construction fields for the urban railway for national transportation, and our government also planned constructing more urban railway in near future. However, most of the researches on safety neglected the degree of risk factors on the urban railway construction field. Safety managers participated in the brainstorming session for deriving decision criteria of the degree of risk (i.e., significant factors). Then, they were asked to answer a structured questionnaire which was developed for deriving most important factors. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze level of risk by work classification. The following results were obtained. First, total twelve factors judging degree of risk were found in the brainstorming session. Second, the questionnaire showed four significant factors, including adjacency of obstacle, intensity of work, unsafe condition and work space. Third, the results of AHP showed civil work is the most dangerous work among 6 work types. The results could be used to give the safety management priority on accident prevention efforts among several hazards and to reduce degree of risk in construction field of the urban railway.

Time Pressure, Time Autonomy, and Sickness Absenteeism in Hospital Employees: A Longitudinal Study on Organizational Absenteeism Records

  • Background: Although work absenteeism is in the focus of occupational health, longitudinal studies on organizational absenteeism records in hospital work are lacking. This longitudinal study tests time pressure and lack of time autonomy to be related to higher sickness absenteeism. Methods: Data was collected for 180 employees (45% nurses) of a Swiss hospital at baseline and at follow-up after 1 year. Absent times (hours per month) were received from the human resources department of the hospital. One-year follow-up of organizational absenteeism records were regressed on self-reported job satisfaction, time pressure, and time autonomy (i.e., control) at baseline. Results: A multivariate regression showed significant prediction of absenteeism by time pressure at baseline and time autonomy, indicating that a stress process is involved in some sickness absenteeism behavior. Job satisfaction and the interaction of time pressure and time autonomy did not predict sickness absenteeism. Conclusion: Results confirmed time pressure and time autonomy as limiting factors in healthcare and a key target in work redesign.
