The objective of this study is, first of all, to investigate the positive and the negative interaction between the work and family lives of married company employees. Secondly, it is to investigate the variables affecting this matter. The conclusion drawn by the result acquired through process is as follows. First, married company employees feel positive more than negative because of the influence that their families have on their work. Secondly, male employees feel more of the positive influence that family has on their work more than the female employees do. Thirdly, with respect to the type of business, self-employed individuals and specialized managers seemed to have negative influences on the interaction between work and family. Fourthly, it was found that the managerial ability of the individual is a variable that affects both directions. Fifthly, it was observed that variables related to family affect the interaction between work and family in the positive direction. Finally, the negative influence between work and family was decreased by family coherence.

기술문명의 지속적인 발전은 이루어 경제성장과 물질적 풍요로움을 주었으나, 환경에 대한 고려를 통한 발전이 무엇보다 요구되는 시기가 되었다. 건설 분야의 경우도 예외가 아니다. 따라서 최근 건설 산업에서는 친환경 공법을 적용하며, 폐기물을 줄이는 등 환경에 대한 관심이 어느 때보다 높아졌다. 국내의 노후 공동주택이 점차 증가함에 따라 성능개선방안으로 재건축 및 리모델링이 수행되고 있다. 하지만 재건축이 가지는 비용적, 환경적 측면에서의 문제로 인해 리모델링의 수행이 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 리모델링 공사는 특성상 철거공사가 선행 된다. 철거공사는 필연적으로 건설폐기물 발생이 수반된다. 따라서 환경적 측면을 고려한 폐기물 처리가 중요하며, 이를 위해서 선별 분리를 위한 친환경 리모델링 철거공사가 수행되어야 한다. 그러나 친환경 리모델링 철거공사는 주로 기계를 사용하여 수행하는 기존 방식에 반하여 인력이 중심이 되므로 생산성 측면에서 효율성이 낮다. 리모델링 공사는 특성상 철거공사 후 후행공사가 진행되기 때문에 철거공사의 작업효율성 확보가 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 친환경 리모델링 철거공사의 세부공정을 작업효율성이 포함된 공정으로 재구성하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 노후 공동주택을 선정하여 실제 사례연구를 실시하였다. 친환경 철거공사 사례적용을 분석하여 본 사례에 적합한 TACT공정을 개발하였고 이를 고층형 아파트에 적용시키기 위해 공정 Simulation을 실시하여 친환경 리모델링 최적 TACT공정을 제안하였다.

e-Learning콘텐츠는 여러 가지 데이터들로 조합된 멀티미디어 데이터로 구성되며, 일정 기간 동안 전문가들이 모여 복잡한 절차를 거쳐 개발하게 된다. 따라서 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위해서는 교육과정의 기획자, 내용전문가, 교수설계자, 나레이터, 웹 디자이너, 웹 프로그래머, 플래셔, 일러스트레이터 등 다양한 작업 그룹 구성원들과 함께 협력작업이 이루어져야 한다. e-Learning콘텐츠 개발에서 중요한 것은 협력작업을 통한 최종 결과물 뿐만 아니라 참여자의 전문성 개발을 통한 품질확보이다. 이러한 전문성은 개념적 기술적 지식의 체계적 축적만으로 개발되는 것이 아니라 진행되고 있는 활동과정과 결과에 대해 지속적으로 숙고하는 과정을 통해 만들어진다. 따라서 참여자들의 전문성 개발을 통해 e-Learning 콘텐츠의 질적 향상을 도모하기 위해서는 공동작업의 진행과정을 모니터링하고 평가함으로써 결과물이 지속적으로 발전할 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-Learning콘텐츠 개발 프로젝트 수행에서 중요한 협력작업과 함께 참여자의 전문성 개발은 물론 e-Learning콘텐츠의 질적 향상을 위해 콘텐츠 개발 관련 당사자의 성찰적 학습과정을 지원하기 위한 성찰적 협력작업시스템을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 크게 업무 프로세스 지원, 개인작업과 협력작업 지원, 협력적 성찰 지원의 네 가지 지원 도구로 구성되어 있다.

If done under this circumstances, then labor force can work comfortably and safely without nervousness and tiresome. The productivity and quality can increase ultimately and even foreign labor, imbecile child, old-aged labor can participate in work, which can reduce shortage of labor source. Therefore, in this study, it would be researched how to manage work blunder system by domestic small and medium enterprises and would be examined work blunder system was developed to fully meet the worker satisfaction. Through this 5M factor evaluation system by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) all analyzed.

With labor shortage and high-wage, the construction cost is rising and the construction-business is dull, demanding the construction environment of Korea to raise profitability through major cost savings and rationalization of construction management. Therefore, in this study, to improve many problems found in calculating rebar quantity for capital expenditure programming which is considered the beginning stage of rebar work. and to improve problems such as no grasping of rebar loss due to lack of systematic management in order/purchase stage and construction management stage, a rebar information-management-system was found and preyed. The relation database was designed for the rebar information management system by analyzing work process of a rebar manufacturing plant, as the rebar information that is necessary in a rebar manufacturing plant if similar to that of a purchasing department of general construction company. The Proposed rebar information management system was implemented in two large rebar production plants. The implementation of the proposed system showed that the system increased work efficiency, reduced the management manpower, and improved the project-integrated management

In this study, focusing on work types of lifting modules and modules assembly in modular construction sites, unit works were defined according to the construction process of each work type, and safety management elements, safety management activities, and key check point were proposed. The results of this study may have somewhat overlapping contents in the construction procedure in order to derive specific safety management activities and check point for each unit work. Therefore, there is a limit to use the results in an actual modular construction site. In future research, we plan to improve this part and derive a checklist that considers field usability.

At this point of time that it is required to improve educational environment and the function of educational facilities as well as interests on educational facility business is increasing, it is actual situation that unsystematic maintenance of educational facility is not being able to cope with the change caused by introducing the 7^th curriculum. Also, in spite of enormous career in maintenance work, the function is not properly performed because of unsystematic management. In case of educational facility manager, he parallels performing general administrative work and facilities maintenance work not as a maintenance expert but as a member of administration office. So there are difficulties in performing maintenance work, and systematic maintenance work cannot be expected because of lacking maintenance manual. Therefore, in this research, I would like to investigate and analyze the status of educational facilities and to elicit the point of issue as a basic research to save maintenance expenses and to make pleasant educational environment.

The present study aimed to examine the relationships between work-related support factors and attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity on that relationship. The present study collected data from 343 IT professionals in South Korea through a survey method and used hierarchical multiple regression analyses. In the results, first, the more supervisory or work-related supports participants perceive in teleworking platforms, the more favorable their attitudes towards teleworking. Second, the positive relationship between supervisory support and attitude towards teleworking is stronger for participants high rather than low in interdependent self-view. However, interdependent self-view was found to have no significance on the relationship between work colleague support and attitude towards teleworking. This study is the first to examine the integral model of work-related support factors of attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity in the teleworking process.

Safety of workers and productivity in construction site are affected according to the conflict status of work spaces which are performed at a time. The interference among the work spaces in construction site should be minimized because it becomes a blocking factor that causes construction delay and low productivity. Those factors can be managed by reasonable H&S (Health & Safety) practice. This research suggests the requirements of H&S practice and rules to establish the strategy of H&S management based on the literature reviews related to H&S rule. The suggested H&S rule can be visualized for searching space conflict point if the rule is linked with visual simulation tool. Accordingly the research results can be used for improving and visualizing construction productivity by work space control in 4D/nD CAD system.

본 연구는 비즈니스 혁신의 하나인 프로세스 이노베이션에 대한 공공도서관으로의 적용가능성을 탐구한 것이다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구를 통해서 프로세스 이노베이션에 대한 개념을 정의하고 나아가 공공도서관의 사서들을 대상으로 서면 질문조사와 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 병행하여 도서관 업무를 수서 및 정리, 자료실 운영, 이용자 관리, 이용자 서비스, 프로그램, 자원봉사자 관리, 도서관 홍보, 도서관전산화 시스템, 시설 및 비품 관리, 서무와 통계 관리로 대분하고 각 업무별 세부업무를 확인한 다음, 공통분모를 도출하였다. 이어서 구글 행아웃을 통한 공공도서관 사서들과의 다자간 대면 인터뷰를 통하여 수서와 정리, 이용자 관리 업무에 있어서 프로세스 개선의 필요성 및 가능성을 확인하고 프로세스 이노베이션을 적용한 개선방안과 함께 새로운 적용 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 도서계약 및 희망도서 관련 업무의 절차를 개선하여 보다 신속하게 이용자의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이용자 관리 부분에서는 미국의 30개 공공도서관에 대한 웹 사이트 조사를 통하여 회원가입 시 요구 사항과 가입 절차를 분석하고 나아가 기존 공공도서관의 회원가입 절차에 대한 프로세스 분석을 통하여 개선된 프로세스를 제공함으로써 이용자의 만족도 향상과 함께 도서관 업무 프로세스의 개선에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
