All-in-one 어태치먼트 기반 PHC 파일 원커팅 두부정리 자동화 로봇의 프로토타입 개발 (Development of an All-in-one Attachment-based PHC Pile Head Cutting Robot Prototype)

  • The primary objective of this study is to develop a prototype of all-in-one attachment-based PHC pile head cutting robot that improves the conventional work in safety, productivity, and quality. For this, the following research works are conducted sequentially; 1)literature review, 2)development of an all-in-one attachment-based PHC pile head cutting robot prototype, 3)performance evaluation of each device, 4)economic analysis of an automated method. As a result, PHC pile cutting level sensing device, PHC pile cutting device, PHC pile handling device are developed. Futhermore, working process of an automated method is developed based on result of performance evaluation. According to the economic analysis result, the cost of the automated method was 21.37% less than that of the conventional method, and the economic efficiency was also superior(ROR 215.44%, Break-even Point 5.52month). It is expected that conclusions for future improvements are used in the development of the all-in-one attachment-based PHC pile head cutting robot to practical use.

공학계열 남녀 졸업생의 조사를 통해 본 교과과정 내의 활동의 취업 기여 (Contribution of Curricula and Extra-Curricular Activities on Successful Employment Derived from an Engineering Graduates Survey)

  • This study investigated various attributes that contributed to successful employment in order to develop employment support programs, especially for female engineering students. We surveyed engineering students who graduated between 2006 and 2011. The 401 employed graduates participated in an online survey. The surveys inquired about their attachment towards their major, participation in various academic and non-academic activities, and their participation's contribution to their successful employment. In regards to their majors, women, in general, had lower levels of satisfaction, confidence, attachment, and motivation to succeed in their fields when compared to their male counterparts. These results show that engineering colleges still need to work on empowering female engineering students to gain confidence in their engineering major and attachment. The graduate school experience was highly rated by both men and women, whereas double majors exhibited somewhat lower scores. Among academic activities, part-time work experience and major-related internships were rated as the most helpful, and among extracurricular activities, study-abroad for language training and participation in student council or clubs received high scores. There was little difference between men and women in study-abroad participation, and women participated more actively in student councils. However, women had much less major-related work experience, reaffirming that colleges need to expand internship and field experience programs for female students.

종합병원 직원의 직렬별 직무만족도, 조직애착도 및 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction, Organizational Attachment and Job Leaving Attitude of General Hospital Employees by Job Category)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원에서 근무하는 직원들의 직렬별 직무만족도, 조직애착도 및 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혀내기 위한 것이다. 연구자료는 대전지역에 위치한 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사, 의료지원직, 행정직을 대상으로 2008년 8월 15일부터 약 20일에 걸쳐 종합병원 근무자 360명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사에 의해 자료를 수집하였다. 결과를 보면 간호직은 직무만족도나 조직애착도는 높으나 외부취업기회로 이직의도가 높은 것을 알 수 있고, 의료지원직은 직무만족도나 조직애착도에 비해 이직의도는 낮으나 외부취업기회, 직무량으로 인해 이직의도가 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 행정직은 직무만족도가 가장 낮고 조직애착도는 가장 높은 부서이며 직원들의 부정적 심성으로 인해 이직의도 역시 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과를 잘 활용하여 동기부여 전략을 사용한다면 이직을 줄이고 병원관리에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Attachment Behavior of Fission Products to Solution Aerosol

  • Background: Various characteristics such as size distribution, chemical component and radio-activity have been analyzed for radioactive aerosols released from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. Measured results for radioactive aerosols suggest that the potential transport medium for radioactive cesium was non-sea-salt sulfate. This result indicates that cesium isotopes would preferentially attach with sulfate compounds. In the present work the attachment behavior of fission products to aqueous solution aerosols of sodium salts has been studied using a generation system of solution aerosols and spontaneous fission source of $^{248}Cm$. Materials and Methods: Attachment ratios of fission products to the solution aerosols were compared among the aerosols generated by different solutions of sodium salt. Results and Discussion: A significant difference according as a solute of solution aerosols was found in the attachment behavior. Conclusion: The present results suggest the existence of chemical effects in the attachment behavior of fission products to solution aerosols.

Determining the Relationship among Organizational Commitment, Occupational Stress, and Interpersonal Relations according to Adult Attachment Styles of Clinical Dental Hygienists

  • Background: This study aimed to identify the types of adult attachment and determine the relationship between adult attachment and job factors in dental hygienists. Ultimately, it was necessary to identify the need for a secure attachment to improve the quality of clinical dental hygienist's services. Methods: Data of 454 clinical dental hygienists working in dental hospitals or clinics were collected. The research tools consisted of items related to the general and work characteristics of dental hygienists (9 items), adult attachment styles (36 items), organizational commitments (12 items), occupational stress (15 items), and interpersonal relations (18 items). Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of each tool was ${\geq}0.7$. Results: Most of the participants had fearful attachment styles, followed by dismissing-avoidance, security, and preoccupation. Security was the highest level of organizational commitment according to the adult attachment style, although the differences of the levels were insignificant. For occupational stress, preoccupation was the highest, followed by fearful, security, and dismissing-avoidance, and the differences were significant (p<0.001). For interpersonal relations, security was the highest, followed by preoccupation, dismissing-avoidance, and fearful in order, and the differences were significant (p<0.001). Conclusion: Job stress and interpersonal relation ability according to the adult attachment style of clinical dental hygienists had significant results. Thus, the development of attachment improvement programs by personal style, development of differentiated clinical education and its application, and improvements in the adult attachment styles of clinical dental hygienists would be required rather than simply presenting the needs to collectively improvement the working environment.

가상관광체험이 현장여행의도에 미치는 영향 -행복의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Virtual Tour Experience on Actual Travel Intention -Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Happiness)

  • 본 연구는 지역 애착 이론을 기반으로 가상 애착을 통해 관광객의 가상 관광 경험을 현장 관광 의지로 전환하는 방법을 탐색하고 행복의 조절 역할을 탐구한다. 관광 능력이 있는 사람을 대상으로 현장 관광 의향 모델을 구축했다. SPSS 24.0 와 AMOS 24.0 등의 분석 도구를 통해 분석한다. 우리는 가상 경험이 지상 여행에 대한 의지로 전환될 수 있는지, 행복이 가상 관광 경험에 대한 가상 애착을 어떻게 조절하는지 탐구하기를 희망합니다. 그 결과 가상여행경험과 가상 애착의 관계는 행복감에 의해 조절되고, 가상 애착은 장소 애착(장소의존성 및 장소정체성)과 양(+)의 관계가 있으며, 장소 애착은 실제 여행의도와 양(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 관광객과 관광지의 관계를 심층적으로 탐색하여 관광의 발전을 위한 참고 자료와 제언을 제시한다.

초임부의 자기분화, 심리적 불편감 및 부부적응이 태아애착에 미치는 영향 (Influence of self-differentiation, psychological discomfort, and marital dyadic adjustment on maternal-fetal attachment in primigravida)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of self-differentiation, psychological discomfort, and marital dyadic adjustment on maternal-fetal attachment in primigravida. Methods: In total, 108 primigravida participated in this descriptive correlational study. The participants answered self-report questionnaires. Data were collected from January to May, 2020, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS for Windows ver. 23.0. Results: The mean age of the primigravida was 31.66 years. The mean score for the degree of maternal-fetal attachment was 76.81 out of 96 points. Participants' scores for maternal-fetal attachment differed significantly based on age (t=2.08 p=.039) and marital status (t=2.05, p=.043). Maternal-fetal attachment was significantly negatively correlated with psychological discomfort (r=-.39, p<.001), and significantly positively correlated with self-differentiation (r=.36, p<.001) and marital dyadic adjustment (r=.36, p<.001). Self-differentiation explained 24.1% of variance in participants' maternal-fetal attachment, and its effect was statistically significant (F=7.79, p<.001). Conclusion: In primigravida, more self-differentiation was associated with stronger maternal-fetal attachment. To strengthen maternal-fetal attachment in primigravidae, educational program that increases the level of self-differentiation and minimizes psychological discomfort may be helpful for first time pregnant women. Additionally, it is recommended to provide nursing interventions to encourage couples to work together throughout the gestational period.

초보간호사의 성인애착유형에 따른 대인관계능력, 희망감, 전문직자아개념 및 이직의도 (Interpersonal Relations, Hope, Professional Self-concept and Turnover Intention according to Adult Attachment Styles in Early Stage Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine interpersonal relations, hope, professional self-concept and turnover intention according to adult attachment styles in early stage nurses. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 245 nurses who work in one of six general hospitals. Additionally, a qualitative method was used to obtain data on experiences in interpersonal relations. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WINdows 14.0 and qualitative data from open question in the survey questionnaire were analyzed using content analysis. Results: There was a significant difference in interpersonal relations, hope, and professional self-concept according to adult attachment styles. In the interpersonal relation of early stage nurses, 8 themes were identified, of which the most frequent were: a comfortable relationship with my co-workers (43%) and stress from the relationship (34%). Conclusion: Findings from this study should be useful in the development of programs to promote adult attachment and professional self-concept for early stage nurses.

Design of a Method for Disassembly Works on Recycle Products

  • This study proposes a new framework for designing disassembly methods. In recent years, environmental problems have become global issues. Recycling of used products or resources is recognized as a matter of significance since it may help reduce the risk of exhausting natural resources. Considering possible exhaustion of limited natural resources in the near future, reuse of products would gain more environmental significance. As yet, it relies hugely on manual disassembly, which labor cost places burden on the total recycling cost. The purpose of this study is to propose a methodology designing for manual disassembly works, and a creation method of a jig. By focusing on parts' connection and attachment relationship, parts are categorized in 5 categories (parent part, joint key part, attaching key part, child part, and independent part) according to the features that parts possess, and 3 kinds of connection relationships (parent part-joint key part connection, parent part-independent part connection and child part-child part connection) are clarified. Connection relationship and attachment relationship charts have also been created, and utilizing them, disassembly orders are settled, and a disassembly jig is devised. The proposed methodology is also applied to a real product and its work time is improved 42% form 31 to 13 seconds.

기혼 직장인의 성인애착이 직무동기에 미치는 영향 : 부부관계의 매개효과 (Effects of Adult Attachment of Married Employees on Job Motivation: Mediating Effect of Marital Relationship)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기혼직장인의 성인애착, 직무동기, 부부관계 간의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 충남 지역의 기혼직장인 370명을 연구 대상으로 2016년 9월 10일~10월 14일까지 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검증 및 일원배치 분산분석, Pearson 상관관계, 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 연령대에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 직무동기, 학력에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 결혼기간에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 직책에 따라 직무동기, 가계의 연평균 소득에 따라 부부관계, 근무형태에 따라 부부관계에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 애착회피 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 애착회피와 직무동기 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 애착회피와 부부관계 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 직무동기와 부부관계 간에서는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 성인애착과 직무동기의 관계에서 부부관계의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 그 결과 애착불안이 직무동기에 주는 간접효과가 유의미하게 나타나 완전매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 직장 내 직무동기, 부부관계 향상을 위한 상담 개입이나 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 개개인의 이러한 특징 또한 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.
