한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도(Professional Opinion Scale)의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 - 사회복지 실천가를 대상으로 - (Validation of a Korean Version of the Professional Opinion Scale)

  • 본 연구는 국내 연구와 실천현장에서 사회복지 실천가들의 사회복지 가치 지향 정도를 가시적으로 측정해 낼 수 있는 적정한 척도가 부재하다는 한계점을 인식하고, 국외에서 개발된 대표적인 사회복지 가치 척도인 Professional Opinion Scale(POS)을 우리말로 번안한 후, 신뢰도, 타당도를 평가하여 국내 사회복지 상황에 유용한 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 한국어판 POS는 영어판 POS와 마찬가지로 4가지 차원(기본 권리에 대한 존중, 자기결정에 대한 지지, 사회적 책임감에 대한 의식, 개인 자유에 대한 책무)으로 구성되었음을 확인하였다. 한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도의 신뢰도는 양호하였으며, 옹호척도와 정적상관관계를 보여, 척도의 수렴타당도가 입증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 사회복지 실천가들의 가치 지향과 관련한 논의가 활성화되고, 실천현장의 서비스와 사회복지 가치 지향과의 관련성을 보다 용이하게 파악할 수 있길 기대한다.

Distribution of Work Ethic factors, Locus of Control on Employee Performance

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze distribution of work ethic factors in moderating the influence of Locus of Control on Employee Performance at PDAM (Regional Water Utility) Makassar City. Research design, data and methodology: The sample uses a purposive sampling method with a number sample as many as 35 respondents in PDAM Makassar City. The data collection method used is giving questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tests and moderated regression analysis with an absolute difference value approach. Results: Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and distribution of work ethics are able to moderate the influence of locus of control on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City. Conclusion: when locus of control increases it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, and also equal distribution of work ethic will strengthen the influence of locus of control on employee performance at PDAM Makassar City. Work ethic values that can be implemented include determining work ethic values, clear communication to evaluation and adjustment. The limitation of this research is that it only uses respondents from civil servants and needs further development.

조리외식 전공만족도, 진로탐색효율 및 진로탐색행동에 미치는 전공선택동기와 직업가치관 효과 (Effects of Culinary and Foodservice Major Selection Motive and Work Value on the Major Satisfaction, Career Search Efficacy and Career Exploration Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study was investigated the effects of culinary and foodservice major selection motive and work value on the major satisfaction, career search efficacy and career exploration behavior of college students. Methods: Survey comprising total 53 questions including 8 for major selection motive, 8 for work value, 6 for major satisfaction, 20 for career search efficacy, 5 for career exploration was distributed to 400 college students majoring in culinary or foodservice. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were conducted using SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0). Organization of concept and analyses of the relationship between variables based on the advanced study and database is essential. Research model based on the theory and analysis of the extracted data was established; and subsequently, the proof relations between the variables were analysed. Results: The study results indicated that, only intrinsic work values among personal motivation and work values were significant. This is because personal motivation and intrinsic work values are related to subjects' aptitudes, interests, talents, and future professions when students choose their majors. Therefore, interest, abilities, achievement, high understanding, and satisfactory schooling are important factors. Conclusion: This study has newly expanded the research on career search behavior to include psychological factors and cognitive and attitudinal factors. We also determined competitive operations that enhance students' major satisfaction, career search efficiency, and career search behavior.

전문대생의 심리적특성, 직업가치, 대학생활적응간의 영향관계 (Psychological Characteristics of College St, Work Values, and Effect Relationship between Adjustment to College)

  • 본 연구에서는 전문대생의 심리적 특성과, 직업가치, 대학생활적응간의 영향관계를 규명함으로써 대학생활의 중요성 및 대학생활지도의 기초가 되고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째로, 전문대생의 심리적 특성은 대학생활적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자아존중감, 자아정체감의 형성이 어떻게 되느냐에 따라서 대학생활적응이 잘 된다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 둘째, 전문대생의 심리적 특성은 직업가치형성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직업가치는 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

VDT 작업시 짧은 휴식시간과 마우스 클릭이 주관적 불편도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Short Break Time and Mouse Clicks on the VDT Work by using Subjective Discomfort)

  • This paper suggests the best work conditions, including short break time and number of mouse clicks on a computer, to prevent MSDs(Musculoskeletal Disorders) on VDT(Visual Display Terminal) work. Discomfort measures are calculated according to the Borg's CR-10 Scale. The short break time conditions are grouped into 7, 15, and 30 seconds after every 10-minute work period and the number of mouse clicks are divided into 10 clicks/min, 20clicks/min, and 30clicks/min. The result of the ANOVA on the shift value of subjective discomfort shows the following: 1) Regarding the break time and the number of mouse clicks, there are statistical differences between the measured values for the neck and the wrist(p<0.05). 2) Regarding the number of mouse clicks, there are statistical differences between the measured values for the shoulder and the forearm(p<0.1). 3) Regarding the break time and the number of mouse clicks, there are no statistical differences between the measures values for the eyes, upper arms and back(p<0.1).

간호대학생의 실습소속감, 전공만족도, 직업가치관이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values on career identity of nursing students)

  • Purpose: This exploratory study aims to identify the influence of clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values on the level of career identity among nursing students. Methods: The subjects of this study are 251 senior students from three nursing departments located in a metropolitan city. Using SPSS 22.0, the study uses technical statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average scores for clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values were 3.61, 3.87, and 3.70 out of 5.00, respectively, and 2.85 out of 4.00 for career identity. The factors affecting students' career identity were clinical practice belonging, aptitude, satisfaction with clinical practice, satisfaction with major, indoor work, service and employment at hospitals with 40 percent being explained by these variables. Conclusion: Through this study we found that clinical practice belonging has the greatest impact on career identity. In order to enhance clinical practice belonging, universities and clinical institutions need to develop new programs and curricula.

간호대학생의 직업가치관, 진로태도성숙도가 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향분석 (The Analysis of Nursing Students' Work Value, Career Attitude Maturity Influence on Employment Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 직업가치관, 진로태도성숙도가 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 경기도에 소재하는 일개 대학의 간호학과에 재학중인 218명의 학생이며, 자료수집은 2019년 6월 4일부터 8월 27일까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 이루어졌다. 자료에 대한 통계분석은 SPSS 25.0 for Windows를 이용하였으며 취업준비행동을 종속변수로 하고, 관련 요인으로서 인구사회학적 특성, 직업가치관, 진로태도성숙도의 관계를 분석하였다. 직업가치관 및 진로태도성숙도와 취업준비행동의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation 분석을 실시하였고, 취업 준비행동의 영향요인으로 직업가치관과 진로태도성숙도 영향정도를 평가하기 위해서 취업준비행동을 종속변수로 하여 인구사회학적 특성 요인들을 보정한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 여학생이 남학생보다 직업가치관과 진로태도성숙도가 높았고, 학년이 높을수록 취업준비행동 정도가 높았다. 천주교와 개신교를 종교로 갖고 있는 학생들의 직업가치관, 진로태도성숙도, 취업준비행동 정도가 높았다. 그리고 직업가치관과 취업준비행동, 진로태도성숙도와 취업준비행동 간에는 양(+)의 상관관계가 있으며, 직업가치관의 하위요인 중 직업안정 가치관이 높을수록 취업준비행동 정도가 낮고, 애국 및 실내활동 가치관이 높을수록 취업준비행동 정도가 높았다. 진로태도성숙도의 하위영역 중에서는 독립성, 준비성, 확신성, 결정성이 높은 경우에 취업준비행동 정도가 높았다. 최종적으로 직업가치관과 진로태도성숙도가 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는지를 확인한 결과, 직업가치관이 높을수록 취업준비행동 정도가 높은 반면에 진로태도성숙도는 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.

가족 및 직업관련 변수가 유자녀 취업주부의 일·가족 전이에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Variables Related to Family and Employment on Work·Family Spillover in Working Wives with Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of variables related to family and employment on work family spillover in working wives with children. Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families(KLoWF; 2008) of Korea Women's Development Institute was used in this study. The subjects of this study were 733 working wives with children. For data analysis Cronbach ${\alpha}$, and multiple regression were performed. The results show that, first, among variables related to family, family role awareness and marital satisfaction influence on work-family negative spillover, and values on familism and husband's weekends housework hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children. Second, among variables related to employment, career satisfaction, wife's weekly working hour, husband's perception on employment of wife and sexual discrimination influence on work-family negative spillover, and career satisfaction, husband's perception on employment of wife, employment stability, husband's monthly income and husband's weekly working hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children. Third, among variables related to family and employment, wife's weekly working hour, family role awareness, marital satisfaction husband's perception on employment of wive, husband's weekly working hour, and career satisfaction influence on work-family negative spillover, and values on familism and wife's weekly working hour influence on family-work negative spillover in working wives with children.

A Color Analysis on Working Clothing in Domestic Machine and Heavy Industry

  • The objective of this research is to the enhance the color function of work clothing : to research and analyze the hue and tone of work clothing colors to be used for machinery and heavy industries in national industrial complexes, Through this research, the color using problems which related with safety workers will be revealed. For this project, total 42 sets of work suits were sampled from 12 different companies in the machinery and construction industries in the national industrial complexes of Gyeongsang Namdo Province and 16 sets of work suits currently being sold in the market. The collected work suits samples were classified according to item types and design. Color measurements were taken thus: After calibration according to ASTM D1729 specifications of standardized configuration settings to match standardized luminous source D65(Daylight 6500K) in color cabinet BOTECK SuperLight-VI, the RGB values of the work suits were calculated using PANTONE Color Cue TX. The RGB values of the colors thus derived were converted into V/C values using the Munsell Conversion 9.0.6 and analyzed with Munsell's 10-color system and PCCS. The results were presented according to Munsell's color wheel and color and brightness distributions were expressed in table form, as well as presented as a tone map. Following analysis, color hue distribution was found to be concentrated around PB, and brightness distribution toward the low end and mid range of the scale. Saturation values were distributed mostly around the low end of the scale. Following color tone analysis according to PCCS, it became apparent that colors were mainly distributed around dkg, ltg, and g, at low- and mid-brightness and low-saturation. Therefore, it may be concluded that colors used in work suits in the machinery and heavy industries are mainly cool colors, at low- and mid-brightness and low saturation. It is conjectured that such colors were applied uniformly in the workplace in order to serve certain functions, such as concealment of stains and contamination. Therefore, it follows that the utilization of colors, among other functions served by working clothings, must be taken into consideration in order to enhance safety and efficiency.

일개 대학 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관의 관계 (The Relationship between Major Satisfaction, Self-Esteem, Work Values of Nursing Students at one University)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관의 정도 및 상관관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로서, 간호교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 C지역 일개 대학의 간호대학생 224명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균표준편차, t-test 와 ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구결과 전공만족도는 전공결정시기(F=4.127, P=.004)에서, 자기존중감은 전공선택동기(F=7.384, P=<.001)에서, 직업가치관은 전공선택동기(F=5.023, P=<.001)와 가족 중 간호사의 유무(F=3.501, P=<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관은 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생들의 전공만족도, 자기존중감, 직업가치관을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 제언한다.
