Mo Youzhi (1811-1871) was a famous scholar, poet and calligrapher in the late Qing Dynasty. Mo Youzhi's life was rich in experience and broad vision, especially during his ten years in the Shogunate of the Tsengoku Domain, and he made friends with many political and cultural elites. Mo Youzhi is talented and diligent, and has a good relationship with celebrities from all walks of life at that time, so that his talents have been fully demonstrated. In the Qing Dynasty, the study of calligraphy became the absolute dominant force in the world of calligraphy, and the first great prosperity occurred after the Qin and Han dynasties. In accordance with the times, Mo Youzhi devotes himself to learning, takes into account the calligraphy, and goes out on his own path. Moe's work seal, li, kai, line, especially fine seal. Based on its Lishu, this paper expounds its typical style and atypical style respectively, and also discusses the relationship between its Lishu and other fonts. Finally, the author briefly summarizes the significance of Li Shu for the creation of contemporary Li Shu.In the course of discussion, always based on calligraphy ink, consult the relevant literature, combined with Mo Youzhi's life experience, try to be objective and fair, the listed points of view can be based on.

Despite policy and institutional changes to prevent accidents in the workplace, industrial accidents continue to occur. Accidents related to safety at industrial sites are complex tasks that involve considering various variables, and research to address and minimize these accidents is ongoing. In this paper, we studied the trajectory prediction of transporters used in industrial areas. In a transporter work environment measuring 3.4km by 2.3km, the coordinates of transporters were learned through PECNet, resulting in an average error of ADE 1.27m and FDE 1.13m. This research will contribute to preventing and avoiding accidents by predicting not only the path of transporters but also the paths of mobile vehicles and pedestrians in various fields.

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution and the combination of IoT, there have been diverse domestic and foreign researches for the development of construction industry. Especially, in the large-scale earthwork site where many and various construction equipments are put into, the control system between construction equipments is important for the increase of productivity. Thus, after developing the fleet management system for the optimum operation of construction equipments, the problems were checked and improved for each step in the process of application at site. In order to verify the site application process of the fleet management system for the optimum operation of construction equipments, the analysis on the productivity was performed by inputting the data used for the actual site and the site data using this system and then comparing the data through simulation. The analysis was limited to excavator and dump. In the results of the analysis, the rate of work per hour was increased to the range of 4 % while the cost price was decreased to 4 %. Even though the results of the analysis could be different depending on the site applied, the results showing the increase of workload of equipments and the decrease of cost price in the complex project at earthwork site verify the increase of productivity.

To improve the productivity of the earthwork, a fleet management system for construction equipment was suggested in previous studies. But there were some gaps between theory and practice. To overcome this problem, some opinions are gathered form experts and field engineers and four improvements have been proposed and reflected in the system. First, the previous system consists of one hardware module, so it is hard to install it at a control office and construction equipment at the same time. The server module for the office and the mobile module for construction equipment are separately developed. Second, the transportation algorithm that is used in the previous system can generate shortest paths for the earthwork distribution, but embankment areas are not gathered. This situation leads to a decrease in compaction productivity. A modified algorithm for earthwork distribution is suggested. Third, the automated coordinate transformation is performed to show the position of construction equipment on the 3D terrain in real-time. Fourth, construction equipment groups should be formed in the initial stage of earthwork and the number of equipment of each groups should be changed by operation status and site environment. But this functions did not work properly in the previous system. This problem is corrected in the proposed system. The improvements can make the proposed system much more realistic one and can leads to an increase in the productivity of earthwork operations.

The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the social welfare of students and the Career Stress. This study verified the complete model equation through the structure. The differences between the groups according to gender were significant. Majors Satisfaction, Career adaptability, Career Identity, Employability, ego-resilience, and Career Stress were used as variables. From the Gwangju Regional Social Welfare, 246 people were college students. The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling with Latent mean analysis. The Male and Female's Majors Satisfaction, Career adaptability, Career Identity, Employability, ego-resilience, and Career Stress were similar. The impact on the path of ego-resilience and Career Stress was also similar. The Female group had a stronger impact than the ego-resilience and Career Stress Male. The Social Welfare of Students Majors Satisfaction, Career adaptability, Career Identity, Employability, ego-resilience Career Stress were different in the male and female groups.
The purpose of this study was to survey appropriateness of admission and days of care for the cerebral ischemia patients as a basis to provide an effectiveness of hospitalization. The authors retrospectively reviewed the medical records of cerebral ischemia patients in two hospitals from November 1997 to February 1998. Of 194 medical records reviewed, there were 2108 medical days. I t is used a 'Appropriateness Evaluation Protocol' previously developed by Gertman and Restuccia (1981) and translated by Department of Health Management, Seoul National University and Korea Institute for Health Services Management (1993), It was found that the 'Appropriateness Evaluation Protocol' had a high inter-rater reliability(k=.92), Statistical significant was tested by using the percentage, mean, and logistic regression by SAS 6.12. The results were as follows; 1. The appropriate admissions were 87.6%, days of care 63.4%, and the average length of stay $10.9{\pm}6.7$ days. 2. The reasons of inappropriate admissions were for work-up(75.0%) and conservative care (25.0%). Major reasons of inappropriate days of care were 'cases in which the medical purpose of hospitalization has been accomplish or can be addressed in a less setting(45.0%)', and 'cases in which there is a delay in performing the work-up or treatment which required patients is hospitalized (44.4%)'. 3. Appropriate days of care were higher as ageing. Appropriate days of care were higher in patients with lower accademic back ground than those of upper college graduates, and in the patients who enter a hospital via emergency room than out-patients department. Appropriate days of care were higher in the patient with MCA infarction, and lower in the patient with cerebellar infarction than the patient with lacunar infarction. Appropriate days of care were higher in attack first than attack above second, in nomortension patients than hypertensive, and lower in groups who engaged in semi-private room and public room than private room in hospital. Appropriate days of care were higher in shorter length of stay than longer length of stay. 4. Diagnosis, admission path, and appropriate days of care explained appropriate admissions. Diagnosis, appropriate admissions, hypertension explained appropriate days of care. According to the above results, author confirms the substantial amount of inappropriate hospital bed utilization. To reduce inappropriateness, it is necessary to develop some alternative services such as home care services or nursing home with which can be replaced inpatient services and to introduce policy such as case management which includes Critical Pathway for consistent management. And, it should be followed the further study for the effectiveness.

National Competency Standards (NCS) need to be introduced to train newly hired staff and to gradually improve employees' work performance in the information security industry. In particular, the introduction of a new NCS curriculum for new hires is important in order to retain and efficiently manage professionals in the information security field. However, the legacy NCS is not clearly designed for the information security field. So a formal curriculum has been suggested for institutions training the information security workforce. Therefore, this study establishes a competency unit based on the types of personnel, their duties, and required knowledge. To select the competency unit, this study reviewed prior research to understand the required skills and work knowledge, and reviewed recruitment-based NCS that public agencies and public and private companies have carried out, including them in the study. The selected competency unit was classified into a required competency unit and an elective competency unit based on the importance of the duties and the demands of training. Through a verification process for the new, licensed career path model in the NCS information and communications field, this study suggests updated NCS competency units and required courses to provide an appropriate NCS curriculum for newly hired employees in the information security industry.
The aim of this study was to get answers to following research questions: Who are the busy people in such a speedy society like Korea? How the daily schedules of busy people might look like? What is the priority of activity that appear in their schedules?, And what is the gender difference? The sample of study came form the 2004 Korean Time Diary Data which have been collected by Korean National Statistical Office. The sample consisted of 11,976 married men and women, whose age range from 25-54 (women 49.7% of the sample). Dependent variable was time pressure measured in one item question with 4-likert scale. Socio-demographic factors and the amount of time in work/family role and other relevant activities were considered as well as gender. The results of the study showed us that men perceived more time deficit compared to women. Especially, employed men were the most time poor group, followed by employed women, unemployed women and unemployed men. The results showed that, even though there were similarities in the impact of relevant factors, men's time pressure were tightly linked with their work role and social status, while women's time pressure were responsive to both their role as a mother and as a worker. Nowadays, Korean fathers appear to face new expectation that they need to be involved in family just like mothers do. However, men and women still seems to traverse through different time path, which may create both burden and conflict to either party. Policy implication and detailed suggestions were discussed.
This research is carried out to offer suggestions for improving the work efficiency and quality of private security officers and developing the private security industry; it examines the relationship between the training of private security officers that affects task efficiency as well as the ultimate outcome of an organization's work and job satisfaction while confirming the mediation effect of job consciousness. A self-administration survey method is employed and the questionnaires filled out by 180 related personnel at a private security firm located in Seoul, South Korea are analyzed for the following results. The training satisfaction variable shows a statistically significant effect on the job consciousness of private security officers, meaning that the trainees that are satisfied with the training they receive are also more dedicated to carrying out their tasks dutifully compared to those who are not content with the training. The research results stated above confirm the findings of the past studies which assert that training satisfaction factor affects job satisfaction and job consciousness has a statistically significant impact on job satisfaction and acts as a mediator between training and job satisfaction. With the results acquired, the author suggests the training providers and instructors prepare an educational service that can suit the needs of the trainees and promote job consciousness through increased training satisfaction. Lastly, with the basis on the results from this study, further research should be conducted to examine other various explanatory factors that might affect job satisfaction.
This study on the training of police officers job satisfaction and job performance is to identify the relationship. This study of 2012 Police Training Institute courses in related expenses 5 population in the process of initiation of a national police officer selection, and note that the sampling method used to extract a total of 300 samples, but the number of cases that were used in the final analysis, 268 people. Data processing by the SPSSWIN 18.0 factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis. Conclusions are as follows. First, the police officer's training affects job satisfaction. In other words, work-related, of course the more positive the evaluation of job training job satisfaction is high, education, the stronger the motivation and job satisfaction also higher education can be. Second, the education and training of police officers affects job performance. In other words, work-related, educational motivation, job training curriculum for the more positive job performance rating is also high. Third, the police officer's job satisfaction affects job performance. In other words, education can be a higher job performance and job satisfaction also high. Fourth, the training of police officers on the job satisfaction and job performance directly or indirectly affected. That is, the internal job satisfaction and job performance, job training parameters are the important variables.
