본 연구는 건설업체 종사자들을 대상으로 심리적자본과 조직몰입 그리고 이직의도와의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하며 이직의도를 낮추거나 완화시키기 위한 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 주어진 환경에서 조직 구성원들의 태도나 행동이 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인하기 위해 심리적 자본을 희망, 복원력(탄력성), 자기효능감, 낙관성의 4개 요인으로 구분하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역의 건설업 종사자를 대상으로 310부를 분석에 활용하였으며 심리적자본이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 영향을 미치는지, 조직몰입이 이직의도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지, 조직몰입이 심리적자본과 이직의도의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타내는지 검증하고자 하였다. 심리적자본과 이직의도의 관계를 분석한 결과, 희망과 자기효능감은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 복원력과 낙관성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적자본과 조직몰입의 관계를 분석한 결과, 희망, 복원력, 낙관성은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 심리적 자본의 하위요인 중 희망과의 관계에서 이직의도에 유의한 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 기존 선행연구들은 건설업 종사자들의 이직의도에 대한 외부적인 측면을 주로 고려하였다면, 연구를 통해 심리적인 측면에 접근하여 조직몰입을 더 높이고, 이직의도를 완화시키고자 했다는 점에서 학문적 시사점이 있다. 실무적 시사점으로는 건설업 종사자들의 심리적 요인 중 자기효능감과 조직에서의 직무에 대한 희망이 높을수록 심리적 안정 속에서 직무를 이행하기 때문에 이직의도가 낮아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 자기효능감과 희망을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 직무 자율성 부여, 유연한 근무 등과 같은 다양한 제도 정비가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다.

ChoSeokJin coach has continued the lifeline of the Korean wood furniture Jeonbuk region. It is already famous coach to award-winning Olympic coach and tournament of the world. Check his mental world and his life through the work of ChoSeokJin coach. Through a harsh process until the Republic of Korea master craftsman, it was an opportunity to reaffirm once again the importance of effort and commitment. South Korea wood chief coach (the field of furniture) growth phase of the No. 1 ChoSeokJin coach, Ripe stage and spirit such as through his neck furniture fabrication methods, he is him then and the situation until the coach and the intangible cultural heritage had asked We look at the world. The work of ChoSeokJin coach by research analysis separately in the previous fiscal year and late, his hope and neck that is a topic that has been internalized "I want wings that can over time attach to a tree." In his work We understand the passion for furniture.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate Aldo Rossi's work as representation or non-representation, for some hold that the works of Aldo Rossi are representative and others say that they are non-representative. According to the three kinds of novelties appearing after Stephen Pepper's concept, "the breaking of reference" happens, and Aldo Rossi's concept, "the sense of deposition" Rossi's work is uncovered as non-representation. In order to clarify Rossi's work as non-representation, we are going to borrow Pepper's terms, intrusive novelty, emergent novelty, and naive novelty. The breaking of reference accompanies intrusive novelty to bring a sense of representation, emergent novelty to intuit a sense of non-representation, and naive novelty to a sense of newness of disorder. We hope to verify a hypothesis that Aldo Rossi's architectural thought and the architecture come from 'emergent novelty' on the basis of his two books, A Scientific Autobiography and Architecture of the City. Also this paper discusses qualitative aspects rather than visual aspects. The main concepts of emergent novelty are applied to Aldo Rossi's works and his thought. Finally this paper verifies 'the hypothesis' through revealing what Aldo Rossi means by the quality of suspension, the sense of deposition, and idea of the unfinished(repetition). Rossi's work is not textural reference of representation appearing after blocking, but qualitative reference of non-representation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the life of newly appointed professors of nursing by exploring the meaning and essence of their academic work and life experience. Methods: The participants consisted of 11 newly appointed female full-time professors with less than five years of experience who had been purposely sampled from three or four-year nursing colleges. Data were collected from October 2010 to December 2011 through the face-to-face interview and phone interview. Thematic analysis was conducted using hermeneutic phenomenological methodology. Results: The findings were classified into seven themes: 'Starting feeling hope and delight', 'putting sustained energy into lecturing and training', 'struggling in the tense atmosphere where assessments are often conducted', 'gaining courage in an associated relationship network', 'experiencing confusion of the identity as a professor', 'seeking compromise, handling their work and housework', and 'shedding new light on reality with self-awareness'. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it offered the foundation for the creation of human resources networks and mentoring programs that help newly appointed professors to effectively adjust to university society on the basis of the sympathetic understanding of and support for their life.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relationships among work environment, job satisfaction and turnover intention of emergency department (ED) nurses. Methods: The survey was given to 220 ED nurses which are located in G metropolitan from May 1st to July 31st of 2012. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS WIN 19.0 program. Results: The turnover intension according to the general characteristics of the subjects has significant difference between emergency room experience, current duty satisfaction, and turnover plan in 1 year. In the correlation between work environment, job satisfaction and turnover intention of the subjects, work environment and job satisfaction have positive correlation, job satisfaction and turnover intention either job satisfaction and turnover intention have a negative correlation. Factors influencing turnover intention are job satisfaction, career and current duty satisfaction, also the full explanatory power of the model was 24.4%. Conclusion: The results indicate factors that influence turnover intention are job satisfaction, career, and current job satisfaction. We hope these result help to provide effective intervention strategies for reducing ED nurses' turnover.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the experiences of married North Korean women's child-rearing, working lives, and their home and work environment in depth. Methods: This study adopted van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological method to qualitatively analyze data. The participants were 8 married North Korean women defectors. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations from July 4 to August 20, 2018. Results: Nine essential themes emerged: more personal challenges after overcoming a life-threatening crisis; hopes of firmly settling in this land; the wound from the north, which chased them here; a body that becomes stronger through hardship; being stuck in a past full of anxiety and pain; the present is full of hope; hope for the future; sense of alienation from coworkers that cannot be overcome; and sense of power to endure an exhausting work life. Conclusion: This study provided a broader understanding of the life and experiences of married women from North Korea. It highlights the need for nurses to recognize their importance in nursing care. The study also suggests that academic and practical approaches for nursing, and basic data for a nursing intervention for married women from North Korea be provided. The study findings can be used as a basis for preparing a national policy that will help North Korean defectors to find employment and gain stability.

This study is evaluation of shift-workers' sleep and social life related to hospital workers' performance and health. We researched shiftworkers' sleep, sleeping quality and social relations using a questionnaire method to shiftworkplace scattered Daejeon and Chungnam province. The results of shiftworkers' sleep are differ from habitual sleep. Social participations of shiftworkerse are interfered partially because of shiftwork. In preference, shiftworker preferred health to others because of physical load of shiftworks. Through result of this study about sleep and social life style, we hope to derive reduction methods of shift work fatigue and education for improvement of employers, for example an physiological and psychological accordance method, an health problem solving method and an social accordance method, etc.

The 85 books were compiled into Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方) at the period of the king Sejong(世宗). That books were assembled in the late stage of the Korea dynasty(高麗) and the first stage of the Chosun dynasty(朝鮮). It is a great work on medicine and a textbook of native herbs representating independent medicine of the dynasty of Chosun. The original text was written in technical chinese character terms and this was processed with a newly developed text cognizance program which helped decrease the time and energy needed and increase accuracy. We hope that the ground work and experience gained from this process would be analyzed and used for future in computerized information management for medical classic literature.

The purpose of this study is to find Healing elements in the late work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Healing elements are mainly composed of physical, social and psychological functions, which are clearly reflected in holistic attitude and intuition in his Organic theory of Architecture. Late works of Wright since 1935 show particularly shapes of triangle and circle creating the emotional images associated with Hope and Infinity. His image-oriented design attitude is thought to be strongly related to the pursuit of Utopian ideal which means peaceful condition. He regarded it as the consequence of integrity and control, which could be thought as condition of Healing environment. Refuge and Prospect can be complementary elements of spatial expression representing peaceful and dynamic condition of the Nature itself. Five works selected in this case study have unique design ideas related to the function and image of Healing environment interpreted by the criteria of Refuge and Prospect.

The recent increase of old people will potentially bring about a grave socio-economical effect. Thus, the system of reemploying them should be effectively pursued. Their reemployment, along with the rearrangement of work places and the development of jobs meeting their physical, mental and psychological characteristics, will help keep up their productivity and safety as well. The change of physical functions arising from age increase can be blown from a comparison with those of young people. This study concerning the aged people's speed of judgment and limbs movement in comparison with young counterparts, I hope, will aid in designing the old population's proper jobs and work places.
