건설공사 철근정보관리 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Integrated Management System for Rebar Information in Building Construction)

  • With labor shortage and high-wage, the construction cost is rising and the construction-business is dull, demanding the construction environment of Korea to raise profitability through major cost savings and rationalization of construction management. Therefore, in this study, to improve many problems found in calculating rebar quantity for capital expenditure programming which is considered the beginning stage of rebar work. and to improve problems such as no grasping of rebar loss due to lack of systematic management in order/purchase stage and construction management stage, a rebar information-management-system was found and preyed. The relation database was designed for the rebar information management system by analyzing work process of a rebar manufacturing plant, as the rebar information that is necessary in a rebar manufacturing plant if similar to that of a purchasing department of general construction company. The Proposed rebar information management system was implemented in two large rebar production plants. The implementation of the proposed system showed that the system increased work efficiency, reduced the management manpower, and improved the project-integrated management

Office Environment and Musculoskeletal Complaints of Office Workers

  • Objective: This study aims to investigate the correlation between office and work environment satisfaction levels and workers' musculoskeletal symptoms by conducting surveys asking office workers to state their musculoskeletal symptoms and office and work environment satisfaction levels. Background: The increased number of office workers and their indoor work hours using computers have led to new understandings of the importance of office environment including its temperature, humidity, noise levels, lighting and quality of air, and work environment including monitor arrangement, space arrangement and the functions of desks and chairs. Method: Specific details on office work, office environment satisfaction levels, work environment satisfaction levels, musculoskeletal symptoms, absence from work and treatment due to musculoskeletal related symptoms were analyzed based on the survey answers given by 397 office workers who were the subjects of this research. Results: Office workers showed different characteristics of musculoskeletal symptoms depending on their gender, age, work experience, office hours, break time and time spent on computers. Also, differences in symptoms were found for workers'with different satisfaction levels for office environment (temperature, humidity, noise levels, quality of air, lighting) and work environment (location of monitors, area and display of office space, chairs and desks). ANOVA shows the differences between groups of subjects classified by the experience of work-absences and treatments or pain complaints. Conclusion and Application: Relationship between workers' satisfaction levels with the office and work environment and their musculoskeletal symptoms is expected to be served as essential data for systematic management of the workplace.

스마트워크 활성화를 위한 경영관리 방안 (A Study on Management Plans for Activating of Smart Work)

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트기기의 활용으로 나타나고 있는 스마트워크에 대하여 살펴보고 스마트워크 활성화를 위한 경영관리 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전 세계적으로 인터넷 사용의 환경이 최고라 할 수 있는 우리나라의 스마트워크는 다른 나라에 비하여 뒤쳐져 있는 상황이다. 스마트워크가 활성화되기 위한 본 연구의 제안으로 먼저 스마트워크에 대한 인식의 변화이다. 둘째, 스마트워크에 대한 법적 정의 및 유형을 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 스마트 기기의 보안 강화이다. 무엇보다도 지금까지의 면대면 업무처리에 익숙해져 있는 한 스마트워크의 효과가 나타나기는 어렵다. 근로자 및 관리자 모두 스마트워크에 대한 정확한 인식을 바탕으로 이를 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 인식의 전환이 무엇보다도 중요할 것이다.

Analysis of Causal Relationship between Chinese Restaurant Chefs' Work Environment and Burnout : Focused on Moderation Role of Enthusiasm

  • Purpose - The current study attempts to enhance competitiveness by improving Chinese restaurant chefs' work environment and analyzes its effect on work environment and burnout. Also, this study analyzes to see if there is moderation role of enthusiasm between work environment and burnout. Based on analyzation, the present study aims to suggest more effective measure of human resource management by reducing burnout and turnover through providing chefs with more stable and consistent work environment and through their enthusiasm. Research design, data, methodology - Surveys were distributed to chefs working in Chinese restaurant in Seoul and Kyunggi region. Total of 500 surveys were distributed between September 1, 2017 and September 20, 2017 (about 20 days), and 417 surveys were returned to be used in the analysis. Results - As a result of testing effect of chefs' work environment on burnout (1) welfare environment, personal environment, and institution environment had significant effect on loss of accomplishment. (2) welfare, personal, and institution environment had significant effect on deindividuation. (3) welfare environment and institution had significant effect on emotional deprivation while personal environment did not. Second, as a result of analysis on moderation role of obsessive enthusiasm between Chinese restaurant chefs' work environment and burnout (1) as a result of interaction between work environment and loss of accomplishment, personal environment had significant effect while welfare environment and institution environment did not. (2) As a result of interaction between work environment and deindividuation, welfare, personal, and institution environment did not have significant effect. (3) As a result of interaction between work environment and emotional deprivation, institution environment had significant effect while personal environment and welfare environment did not. Conclusions - There is manpower shortage due to poor work environment of Chinese restaurant. Studies that are not limited to work environment are needed to more efficiently utilize human resources.

산학 실습 근무 여건이 호텔 및 외식 전공 학생들의 산학 실습 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 전북 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Working Conditions on Internship Satisfaction of Hotel & Restaurant Management Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of working conditions on internship satisfaction. Hotel & Restaurant management students at universities in Jeonju participated in this study. Out of 156 questionnaires, 149 were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and descriptive analysis, frequency test, factor analysis, reliability test, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, duncan's multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, the working conditions were classified into 2 factors: work suitability and work environment. Internship satisfaction was classified into 3 factors: internship preference, education and work satisfaction, company satisfaction. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, the working conditions were shown to affect internship satisfaction. Among the working conditions, work suitability had a lower effect on internship satisfaction than work environment. At the resort used in this study, the salary level was high, but the level of work environment, internship preference, and company satisfaction was low. The students wanted attend an internship program at the desired place to be hired and found that it was more important to be assigned to the desired department than having a higher salary.

The Impact of Autonomous Virtual Work Environments on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Effectiveness

  • The objective of this study is to explore the perceptions of justice regarding the implementation of flexible work arrangements, as well as to analyze the effects of such arrangements on job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The present study posits three key aspects, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, which are hypothesized to influence individuals' impression of justice in relation to flexible work systems. To investigate the influence of job types on an R&D organization, specifically comparing R&D employees and office management employees, a dataset of 190 R&D employees and 50 office management employees was collected. The findings of the investigation provide empirical evidence that distributive justice has a significant impact on the level of job satisfaction among employees in both research and development (R&D) and office administration roles. Moreover, the influence of work satisfaction on organizational performance is noteworthy, particularly with regard to factors such as job dedication, organizational citizenship behavior, and knowledge sharing. The aforementioned findings offer significant insights for research and development (R&D) firms that have incorporated flexible work arrangements. These insights underscore the significance of emphasizing specific justice perceptions in order to augment job satisfaction and overall performance within the organization.

돌관공사가 안전관리에 미치는 영향 및 예방대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact to Safety Management and the Prevention Measure by the Speedy Construction Work)

  • Recently in the construction business construction companies has been ordered to survive in the terriblly competitive environment. Aa a result, most of the project with low-priced contract needs a speedy progress during all construction period. For the last five years major incident frequently occurs and results in the death of 189 workers at major top 6 construction builders. In most recent 10 years, the cause of major incidents happened in construction company is the speedy construction work that is affecting on the safety management. To prevent these accidents in the speedy construction work, four factors were chosed and analysed such as the personnel/organization, the working budget, the subcontractor selection and the employee motivation. The head office taked the support plan and tested it at the pilot work site. It showed a reduced accident and the harmful factors can be eliminated. It should be able to apply to the field to secure safety and prevent accidents.

  • The most work-space invest much time and labor for optimal arrangement. The work-plates of the work-space should be arranged, processed and assembled under the restricted work space. The optimal arrangement under the terms of a restriction arrange the maximum work-plates in appointed work-space. It's the central aim. The work-plates arrangement scheduling of the most work-space are achieved through the experience of the planner. Like this, if the work-plates arrangement is worked by hand, there spend much time for the training planner. And the burden of the personnel expenses occur for using the master worker, also there are dangerous factors to be able to bring the bottleneck circumstance for the process planning, because the quick work planning does not accomplish. With such problems, the biggest problem is inferior the value of the plan. For solved the such problem of hand-operating, some work-spaces developed and used the work-plate arrangement scheduling system for the special quality of themselves. This paper make research into a plan to develop the work-plate arrangement scheduling system efficiently.

  • Existing improvement measures for resource management are merely concentrating on the document automation only. In addition, such improvements rarely benefit metal millwork management. Following the trend of constructing high rise and multi-complex buildings, the importance of resource management from the aspect of construction project management is being emphasized. Metal work resources are critical most of construction projects, it became a target for special management. Therefore, the study has determined work process of metal work resource management, for the metal millwork is one of the most important construction materials most of construction projects, and proposed a web based module for improving the management task.

Foucault의 계보학을 활용한 사례관리에 대한 비판적 고찰 (The Genealogical Analysis of Case Management in the Modern Society)

  • 최근 사례관리가 사회복지실천의 주류 실천방식이자 전달체계의 하나로 빠르게 자리매김하고 있지만 정작 그 수행주체인 사례관리자들은 계속 혼란과 스트레스를 호소해 오고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상의 근원적 이유를 탐색하기 위하여 Foucault의 계보학을 이용하여 사례관리의 발생지점에 대한 역사적 미분을 시도함으로써 존재론, 주체론, 방법론 측면에서 사례관리에 내재된 본질적 특성들을 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 20세기 후반 사회적 필요에 따라 인력과 자원의 효율적인 관리기제로 출현한 사례관리의 태생적 속성들과 이를 신자유주의적 방식으로 제도화하려는 시도들이 사회복지실천 고유의 지향이나 정체성과 충돌하면서 혼란과 고통을 가중시키고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 사회복지실천 본연의 정체성을 실현해 가기 위해서는 사례관리에 배태된 통제성과 관리성을 인식하고 사례의 주인공인 인간성을 강화하며 과도한 관리성을 견제하려는 지속적 노력이 필요함을 제언하였다.
