전열면의 특수표면화에 의한 열기기의 효율향상에 관하여 (Improved Heat Transfer Coefficient in Heat Exchanger by the Use of Specialized Heating Surface)

  • Recently only a few correlations between various factors due to the different grades of surface roughness for the nucleate pool boiling have been proposed. The main purpose of this work is to test the validity of these types of correlations between related factors to nucleate pool boiling phenomena. The boiling experiments using distilled water were carried out at the heat flux ranging from $7.4\times10^4\;to\;2.4\times10^5kcal/m^2h$ on the sintered porous metal surface with the cavity diameter of 10, n, 40, 70, $100{\mu}$, respectively, at the atmospheric pressure, To determine the bubble sizes, number of nucleation sites, delay and growth time, frequency of bubble emission and rising velocities of bubbles, the high speed motion picture technique was employed. In the correlation $f{\propto}D_b^n$, where f denotes frequency of bubble emission and $D_b$ departure diameter, n, the power factor of $D_b$, have been found to be from -2 to -10/3. The correlation C in the correlation between heat flux q and density of nucleation sites $\frac{N}{A}$, $q=C(\frac{N}{A})^n$, was appeared to be more crucial than the power factor n. The correlation of the heat flux q to the temperature difference ${\Delta}T$ and the density of nucleation sites$\frac{N}{A}$, was proposed to be $$q-460{\Delta}T^{\frac{5}{4}}=K{\Delta}T{\frac{5}{3}}(\frac{N}{A})^{\frac{2}{3}}$$. The values of heat transfer coefficient obtained in this experiments for the porous sintered metal surface appeared to be very high in comparison with the formerly obtained results for the other surfaces.

외국인근로자의 임금을 둘러싼 법적 문제점과 개선방안 (The Legal Issues and Improvements Surrounding Wages of Foreign Workers)

  • 외국인근로자의 임금을 둘러싸고 그동안 균등대우와 합리적 차별문제를 부분적으로 다루어져 왔다. 또한 외국인근로자라는 측면에서 생산성논의와 함께 합리적 차별의 문제가 논의되기는 하였으나 극히 제한적이었다. 외국인근로자에 대한 최저임금적용 제외를 계속하여 경영계로부터 주장이 되어 오고 있다. 내국인 근로자와 달리 외국인근로자는 고용허가를 받아 비교적 제한된 장소, 제한된 기간 동안 임금을 목적으로 근로를 제공하는 지위에 있다는 점에서 임금을 둘러싼 법과 현실과의 괴리되어 있는 점을 확인할 수 있다. 이것은 임금을 둘러싼 고용주와 근로자의 고충과 갈등으로 표출되어 나타나고 있다. 그동안 임금에 관한 균등대우 등에 부분적으로 연구는 있어왔지만 명확하게 논의가 정리되었다고 보기는 어렵다. 물론 이 연구에서도 이와 관련하여 연구의 한계성은 있을 수밖에 없을 것이다. 이 논문에서는 고용허가제 이후 임금을 둘러싼 실태와 고용주와 외국인근로자의 고충과 갈등요인을 살펴보고 임금관련 법제도적 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Blue Print와 신뢰성 기법을 혼합한 고객만족도 향상에 관한 연구: 교육서비스 사례 (Customer Satisfaction Improvement by Combining the Blue Print and Reliability Technique: Education Service Case Study)

  • This paper applied the Blue Print and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to education service in order to raise the education service satisfaction. First, the Blue Print is deployed to come up with strategies to overcome the fail possibility point and waiting point. Next, in order to analyze the fail factors and alternative strategies, the Blue Print of education service is applied to FMEA. The results are as follows; first, the ommission from information document by web-mail or e-mail, Second, thing that selected in spite of company uneducated, thing that omitted despite the company is target, and the unsatisfaction of attendee about training contents. Third, the delay of counsel at the telephone reply, erroneous list of course name and attendee at HRD (Human Resource Development), omission of check whether attends or not. Except for unsatisfaction of attendee, all appears at the process that service delivered. And the unsatisfaction of attendee is about education contents. Both is the factor which have influence on the education service quality. The strategies to remove the failure mode are training and manual development on service and work, a thorough management and check of information system like as ERP (Enterprise Resoure Planning), HRD, education institution list DB (Data Base), on-line application system, a development of education program to offer best education that reflect the user needs and continuously changing environment.

Analysis of the Effects of Job Policy Measures in Korea: Do the job policy measures impact the marriage and fertility of the youth in Korea?

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of youth job policy measures, set forth in Korea's 2016-2020 Third Basic Plan for Low Fertility and Aging Society (December 2015), on marriage and fertility among young people. Based on the results, we provide theoretical explanations for the findings and suggest policy alternatives to overcome the low fertility phenomenon in Korea. Previous studies have shown that employment is an important factor for marriage among youth, and a job policy could increase marriage and fertility rates. To test this assumption, we performed an exact matching between Statistics Korea's Employee-Enterprise Linkage DB and the Newlyweds DB from 2011 to 2019, in order to identify all young people aged 15-34. Then, linear spline regression analysis was used to examine the impact of the youth job policy on marriage and fertility. Comparing the period before the implementation of the employment policy (2011-2015) and after (2016-2019), the fertility rate increased as the number of young people looking for work increased. In addition, it was found that these impacts were greater after the implementation of the measures (2016-2019) than before (2011-2015). It is interesting to note that job growth among young people did not lead to an increase in marriage. However, the number of births significantly increased when young people who occupy jobs got married, which seems to be related to the delay in marriage among young people who are employed. Survey results about the intentions to marry and views on fertility are utilized for the explanation of the study results.

병원 학대피해아동보호팀의 아동학대 사망사건 개입경험 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Intervening Work Experiences of Hospital-Based Child Protection Team on Child Abuse Death Cases)

  • 이 연구는 아동학대 예방과 개입의 큰 축을 담당하는 병원 학대피해아동보호팀의 아동학대 사망사건 개입경험을 탐색할 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전국적으로 등록된 62개 병원 학대피해아동보호팀과 접촉하였고, 최종적으로 아동학대 사망사건을 경험한 5개 병원 학대피해아동보호팀 구성원들(의료사회복지사와 의사)과의 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 질적연구방법을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 팀의 개입에도 불구하고, 학대 피해 아동이 매우 위중한 상태에서 병원에 도착했거나, 보호자의 거짓말이나 치료 거부로 인한 치료적 대응의 지연 때문에, 아동의 사망 진행을 막기 어려웠던 것으로 나타났다. 그럼에도 학대피해아동보호팀의 의심과 개입을 통해 사망 원인이 학대임을 밝혀낸 것은 팀 활동의 의미 있는 성과로 간주되었다. 이 과정에서 신고의무자 역할에 대한 인식 부족과 부담은 의료진의 적극적인 개입을 막는 장애물이며, 개입을 지속하기 위해서는 학대 인과관계 규명에 필요한 증거자료의 확보가 중요하다는 점이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 학대 상황에 대한 조기 발견과 증거 확보 조치, 사망 원인 규명을 위한 실천적 및 정책적 방안에 대해 제언하였다.
