PPPs in international development cooperation can be challenging due limited capacities in the country, weaknesses in terms of policy and legislative frameworks, differences in mindsets, values, work ethics and hierarchical structures as well as cultural issues. These can lead to misunderstandings and implementation problems. However, a careful assessment of the situation on the ground, stakeholder analysis and needs assessment can help to identify potential bottlenecks and address capacity constraints that could slowdown operations. A sound understanding of local power dynamics and work practices can help to put in place an exit strategy which will enhance the projects' sustainability. Making sure that goals and objectives are understood in the same way by all partners, establishing an ongoing and respectful dialogue between them, as well as transparent implementation and monitoring mechanisms can also contribute to the PPP's success and increase the likeliness to make a difference in the lives of those in needs.

본 연구의 목적은 병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스 수준과 스트레스 대처 유형을 알아보고, 상관 관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사 연구이며, 연구의 대상자는 168명의 병원에서 근무하는 간호사가 대상이었다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 t test, ANOVA, Sheffe's test와 피어슨 상관관계를 분석하여 실시하였다. 병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스 수준은 4.27점이었고, 대처 유형 점수는 2.67점으로 나타났다. 결혼은 학력, 근무 부서, 경력, 직위와 양의 상관관계를 나타 내었으며, 학력은 경력과 직위와 양의 상관관계를 나타 내었다. 직위는 스트레스대처 유형과 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과는 병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스와 스트레스 대처 유형을 이해하는데 기여 할 것으로 보인다. 향후 병원 간호사를 대상으로한 보다 나은 스트레스대처 유형을 개발하고, 간호사의 직무스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 간호중재의 개발에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 병원 간호사의 스트레스 관리와 대처 유형을 개발하고 적용하는데 필요한 기초 자료로 활용 하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 직장 내 자기 효능감이 직장 스트레스와 워라밸에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하고, 워라밸을 높이는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 정부에서 주 52시간 근로정책을 추진하면서 일과 삶의 균형을 의미하는 워라밸이 사회 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 또한, 가정이나 교육계에서 주로 언급되고 있는 자기 효능감은 그 범위가 가정 및 교육계뿐만 아니라 직장 내에서도 그 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 구조 방정식 모델에 포함될 관측변수용 자료들은 5,454명의 성인으로부터의 설문을 통해 획득되었으며, 모델 구축 및 통계분석을 위해 AMOS 21이 활용되었다. 직장에서의 자기 효능감은 직장 스트레스와 음의 상관관계를 보이고 있으며, 자기 효능감이 높아질수록 워라밸 수준도 높아지는 것이 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 직장 내에서 업무 중심적인 직장인이 가정보다 직장에 노력과 시간을 더 투자하기 때문에 워라밸이 낮을 것이라는 의견을 부정한다. 추가적으로 본 연구결과는 육군에서 추진하고 있는 워라밸 정책의 분석에도 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of the present study is to find design factors that have an effect on man's foot, and to develop an optimal last for man's functional shoe design based on these factors. Analyzing 4000 men's foot data, three men were selected for fitting test with the last and shoes manufactured in the present work. Based on the results of the fitting test, the modifications of last for the optimal design have been made using CAD/CAM technologies.

In order to analyze the shaped drawing process, it is necessary that the friction boundary condition between dies and blanks should be worked out the accurate numerical friction models. But, the existing numerical models of the drawing may be large different from the actual conditions. In this paper, accurate analysis of the drawing process should be subjected. It is to develop accuracy of the numerical friction models and potentialize to apply for the high speed forming work in the drawing process. Therefore, the results should improve the accuracy, cause the energy saving for the drawing process and finally expand the applying areas of the results.

건설공사의 기성관리체계의 효율적인 운영을 위해, 정부는 공정과 내역의 통합관리를 위한 EVMS를 운영하고 있다. 그러나 현재 공사진도의 평가기준인 공정과 내역이 이원화로 운영되고 있어 건설공사 실무자들에게 부가적인 업무를 가중시켜 왔다. 본 연구는 공정과 내역이 통합 운영될 수 있는 일원화 방안으로 작업과업의 개념을 도입하여 공정과 내역을 공유하기 위한 정보채널로 사용하였다. 또한, 이 작업과업을 활용한 공정 내역 통합관리시스템의 모형제시 및 활용성 검증을 통하여 EVMS 운영 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하여 그 효율성을 제시하였다.

금형산업체의 직무능력 요구에 적응하는 산업현장과 연계된 실무능력 향상을 위한 대학의 금형기술 교육이 필요하다. 특히, 취업 후 회사의 사전교육 없이 직능별 업무에 투입 시킬 수 있는 창의력 있는 우수한 전문기술인을 양성하여 교육의 낭비적 요소를 제거하고 산업체 및 국가의 기술경쟁력을 강화 시키며 학생은 인력수요자인 산업체로부터 요구하는 현장실무에 접근성 높은 교육을 받아 취업이 보장되어야 한다. 또한 산업체는 전문인력 수급의 어려움을 해소 시켜주기 바라고 있다. 이상의 요구를 충족시킬 목적으로 금형산업체와 연계된 금형설계공학전공의 교육과정 개발을 수행하였다.

The cooperation with other work types and designing procedure in plant industry and engineering showed clear differences from general construction industries. Current problems are that design's consistency is reduced because of the false system of interface and it ultimately causes frequency changes of design and delayed submission of final book. To solve the problems, the improvements of designing procedure were studied by focusing on the field of architectural designing and the range was limited from power plant construction industry to engineering designing field. If combining GA with the field of architectural designing and receiving data previously, it's possible to conduct expectable designing on small changes in the future, so it's expected to improve greatly cooperation with interface among the work types of power plant engineering received previously from the aspect of consistency. For the application of designing tool, a checklist, interim check will be conducted if progressed by list's division in the designing procedure, not book's completing period. In the interface among the designing work types, direct confirmation and revision must be conducted. In case of 3D modeling, the reflection of input data must be conducted from the basic designing so as to solve interferences intensively.

RFID 시장에서 성장률이 가장 높은 물류/유통 분야를 볼 때 물류/유통 분야 또는 소규모 작업장에서 여러 스텝의 체계가 필요하다. 이러한 환경에서 RFID READER의 제품의 성능은 가장 중요한 FACTOR 가 된다. 이는 RFID READER에서의 주파수 운용의 지원이 이루어지지 않으면, RFID를 적용하는데 있어 많은 어려움이 있을 수 있으며, 좁은 공간의 많은 리더 사용으로 인한 관리에서도 많은 어려움이 있을 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 복수 리더 환경 및 전체 업그레이드 상황 보고 등은 매우 중요한 기능이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 자가 진단 기능을 갖는 RFID 리더 플랫폼에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.
