자연휴양림 이용자 만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향 : 33개소 국유자연휴양림을 대상으로 (The Effects of Recreation Forest Visitors' Satisfaction on Loyalty : A Case of 33 National Natural Recreation Forests)

  • This study was carried out to analyze conceptional structure between visitor's satisfaction and loyalty in the national natural recreation forests. The results of this study showed that facility, natural resources and view, staff service of recreation forest had positive effect on visitor's satisfaction. Reservation system, accessibility, and usage fee of recreation forest was not related to visitor's satisfaction. In addition, visitor's satisfaction was found to have positive effect on visitor's loyalty such as revisiting intention and word of mouth. As a result, managers of recreation forest need to enhance visitor's satisfaction, to improve rate of revisiting intention and to incite word of mouth through building management strategy.

서비스스케이프가 사후평가에 미치는 영향분석에 관한 연구 - 경남지역 숙박산업의 영업활성화 방안을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect Analysis of Servicescape on the Post Evaluation: Centered Plan to Improve Business of Hospitality Industry in Gyeongnam)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of servicescape on post evaluation of hospitality industry in Gyeongnam. Customers of deluxe hotels in Gyeongnam were selected for a questionnaire survey. To achieve the study objective, 253 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that five of servicescape factors had significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer retention. The servicescape factors partially exerted a positive influence on word-of-mouth intention. The result of the simple regression analysis also indicated that the customer satisfaction had very significant impact on customer retention and word-of-mouth intention.

외식 서비스 실패 유형에 따른 서비스 회복 노력의 효과 비교 (A Comparison of the Effect of Service Recovery Efforts based on Service Failure Types)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in the effect of service recovery efforts on consumers satisfaction, word of mouth intentions, and revisit intentions when exposed to service failure situations. The service failure situation was classified into outcome-related and process-related failures. The service recovery effort was divided into financial and emotional efforts. Using a scenario technique, this study collected data from diners in Daegu and Gyoungbuk province. The results of the empirical analysis show that the effect of service recovery efforts varies depending on types of service failures and recovery efforts. Also, the interaction between service failure types and service recovery efforts was confirmed.

한국 보험산업의 서비스품질 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Comparative Study on Service Quality in the Korean Insurance Industry using SERVPERF)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality on the customer satisfaction, the re-purchase intention and the word of mouth in the Korean insurance industry. In this study, the methodology for measuring the degree of service quality which has been adopted in the service quality research area was used. Data for this study were gathered from 1332 consumer life insurance and 689 consumer non-life insurance companies using internet survey method. The result of this study is summarized as follows: the determinants of service quality in the Korean life insurance industry are empathy, responsiveness and reliability, and the determinants of service quality in the Korean non-life insurance industry are empathy, and responsiveness, and the re-purchase intention and the word of mouth are affected by the customer satisfaction. As a result of the study, strategic implications will be suggested.

소셜커머스 환경에서 정보중개상에 대한 구전 의도의 결정 요인 (The Determinants of e-WOM for Infomediaries in Social Commerce)

  • The explosive growth of social commerce engenders a new business model, that is, infomediary. In a social commerce environment, infomediary works as a personal agent who provides information about various web merchants to help consumers select appropriate merchants for their needs. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing consumer attitudes towards infomediaries in social commerce and examine the relationship between intention to provide word of mouth and consumer attitudes. In total, 170 responses were collected from social commerce infomediary users. The results show that competence and integrity significantly influence user attitudes as trust dimensions. Infomediary reputation and two functional factors (information variety and navigation functionality) turn out to be significant antecedents for user attitudes toward infomediary in social commerce. User attitudes in turn significantly influence the intention to provide word of mouth. Future research and practical implications are also discussed.

소셜 미디어를 통한 국제관광 서비스 구전정보의 수용요인에 대한 실증분석 (Factor Analysis of Word-of-Mouth Information Acceptance about International Tourism Service through Social Media)

  • 웹 2.0 기술이 발전함에 따라 소셜 미디어는 더욱 확산되고 있으며 이를 통한 정보공유와 전파는 더욱 쉽고 신속하게 실현되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 이런 환경에서 소셜 미디어의 구전정보에 대한 수용성을 연구하고자 한다. 세부적으로는 국제 관광분야의 소셜 미디어 구전정보를 수용하는 결정요인들과, 수용의 결과로써 밸생되는 구매의도에 관한 영향성을 연구하고자 한다. 국제 관광상품은 고비용의 서비스상품으로서, 미리 직접 경험할 수 없고 불확실성이 높기 때문에 다른 사람이 전달하는 구전정보에 관심을 갖게 되다. 본 연구에서는 구전 발신자의 특성과 소비자 특성의 두 가지 측면을 고려하여 구전효과에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다. 세부적으로는 구전정보의 수용성 연구 개념을 구전 메시지의 특성, 구전 수신자의 동기 및 관여도, 구전 발신자의 전문성 측면에서 고찰하였다. 또한 수집된 385부 설문지를 대상으로 SPSS, AMOS를 이용하여 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 구전정보가 중립적일수록, 발신자가 전문적일수록, 수신자의 실용목적이 높을수록 구전정보를 유의미하게 수용하는 것으로 도출되었다. 또한, 소비자들의 수용성이 높을수록 구전정보를 더욱 전파하며, 긍정적으로 구매의도를 밝히는 것으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 소셜 미디어를 통한 구전정보의 수용과정을 설명하고자 하는 연구로써 향후 서비스 분야의 구전정보 확산과정에 대한 연구들이 기대된다.

대학행정 어플리케이션 이용에 미치는 결정요인: 모바일 환경을 중심으로 (The Determinants Towards the Use of University Smartphone Application's System: Focused on Mobile Environments)

  • The advancement of information and communication technology have brought the increase and the diversification of the digitalized information, which can be shared at any time from any place. Especially, with the recent spread of smartphone usage, the amount and the diversity of information have increased to amounts that are difficult to quantify. Within such an era of accelerated accumulation and diversification of digitalized information, the informatization of universities is becoming a critical factor for institutional advancement. Thus, universities are developing smartphone applications to provide easily accessible administration services, and support the information needs of each administration process by keeping a relationship with students from admission to post-graduation. This research systematically defines a university smartphone application, distinguishes its system quality factors, and studies the effects they have on satisfaction, intention of reuse, and intention of electronic word-of-mouth. The results showed that the security factor of system quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. The responsiveness and the empathy factors of service quality did not show a significant effect on satisfaction. Moreover, it was found that a higher user satisfaction for smartphone applications has a significant influence on intention of reuse and on the intention of electronic word-of-mouth.

관계편익이 관계품질과 패션 소매업체의 CRM 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Relational Benefits on Relationship Quality and CRM Effects in Fashion Retail Stores)

  • This study investigates how the relational benefits of fashion retail stores influence the relationship quality (trust, satisfaction, and commitment) and CRM effects (revisit intention and word of mouth intention). This study also analyzes the moderating effect of consumer characteristics between relational benefits and relationship quality. The subjects of this study consisted of 340 female consumers whose age ranged from 20 to 50s and the results were analyzed using AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 12.0. The results of the study were as follows: First, there were three types of relational benefits of psychological, social and economic relational benefits in the CRM activities of fashion retail stores. In addition, it was found that the psychological and economic relational benefits had positive effects on the relational qualities of fashion retail stores; however, the social relational benefits did not have any effects on the relational qualities of fashion retail stores. Second, the relationship quality had a positive influence on CRM effects such as revisit intention and word of mouth intention. Third, it was confirmed that the consumer characteristics variables were effective mediators linking the relational benefits and relational qualities of fashion retail stores.

  • The current research identified the impacts of WOM(Word-of-Mouth) regarding dining experience and the factors which were likely to influence them. Specifically, this study is examined from the perspective of WOM recipient's in on-line settings. For the purpose of this research, online survey was used and a total 203 online questionnaires of respondents who had experienced restaurant reviews and recommendations via internet last 6 month were analyzed. Overall, the results indicated that in aspects of WOM recipients, the impacts of WOM were 'visit intention', 're-WOM intention' and 'source credibility' affected 'WOM acceptance' in this process. Additionally, 'online homophily' and 'message vividness' had a positive effects(p<0.001) on builiding source credibility. By clarifying the process between on-line WOM of restaurant consumers and their actual visit, this study intend to provide basis which can be used for restaurant industry's effective marketing activity.

  • Recently, improving service quality for customer satisfaction is one of the most important issues and the task for the growth of company. Furthermore, plenty studies are going on progress to develop service quality in IT industry. There have been so many researches of product quality on package software but yet the service quality of package software has been rarely studied before. Thus, the purpose of this study is to formulate a scheme on how to enhance the competitivity of package software company by analyzing the impacts of these two factors on the customer satisfaction, Word-of-Mouth intention and the reuse intention. The study models have been designed and the hypotheses have been made through the examination of the precedent literature about package software product and service quality. A questionnaire survey was performed to collect information, and the unit of analysis was a person who used package software. This study used the statistical technique such as regression analysis. This study may be utilized as basic data for building marketing strategies when package software companies offer service to customers.
