We explored the influence of educational service quality on university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth, as well as the causal association between university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth. Second-order structural model testing was conducted with 274 questionnaires being used to analyze the hypotheses. The findings demonstrated, first, that educational service quality positively affected university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth. The important sub-dimensions of educational service quality were teaching method, followed by lecture content, professor attitude, and communication through the second-order structural analysis. Second, university image positively affected student satisfaction and word of mouth. Third, student satisfaction positively affected word of mouth. Finally, for factor loading, the results of educational service quality indicated that teaching method(0.972) and lecture content(0.934) were the key factors in estimating the quality, revealing their significant and positive impact on university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth. Thus, service providers should strengthen the teaching method and lecture content of educational service quality to enhance the university image, student satisfaction, and word of mouth of university performance from the perspective of university students.
The goal of this study was to investigate the influence of customer service quality on customer satisfaction. Also the object of this study is to indicate the influence on word of mouth and intention of repurchase which is a variable of customer satisfaction. The subjects were 357 female adults living in Suncheon City, Jeollanam Province. The questionnaires were conveniently sampled from June 1 to 30, 2006. The collected data was analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, factor analysis, reliability, regression using the SPSS program. The five hypotheses set in the research model, all were selected through empirical analysis. Main findings are as follows: As a result of factor analysis, customer service quality of discount store verified four items, that is, personal service, VMD of stores/atmosphere, store policy, product assortment. As a result of regression analysis, customer service quality influenced customer satisfaction. The intention of repurchase and word of mouth received a positive influence from customer satisfaction. The intention of repurchase influenced the word of mouth, and it received a positive influence from the word of mouth.
Purpose - This study aims to examine the influence of social network service (SNS) on the brand image of infant food products; highlight the effects of brand image on the purchasing and word-of-mouth intention; and explore the effects of the purchasing intention on the word-of-mouth intention. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on previous studies, it was found that the fundamental SNS characteristics for infant food products are reliability, interactivity, and informative. Using AMOS 22.0 and structural equation modeling (SEM), 288 questionnaires were surveyed as a statistical method for examining the proposed hypotheses. Results - The analysis shows that reliability and informative have significant impacts on brand image, whereas interactivity does not. Again, the effect of brand image of infant food products on the purchase and word-of-mouth intention is statistically significant. However, the results differ across the "working housewife" and the "full-time housewife" groups. The connection between reliability and brand image was found to be statistically significant in this study. Conclusions - This study analyzes the effects of SNS characteristics on the brand image of infant food products and the effect of the brand image on purchase and word-of-mouth intentions, and provides practical implications for the same.

Out of total 400 questionnaires distributed, 385 were collected. 351 were considered to be valid for analysis. Data were analyzed with the SPSS/pc+ Version 10.0. using Frequencies, Factor analysis and cluster analysis, ANOVA and $x^2-test$. Results: The subjects were divided into four groups in terms of their lifestyles: 'health active group', 'health conscious group', 'health indifferent group', 'health inactive group'. The following are the features word of mouth communication according to lifestyle. Conclusion: All in all, the researcher carne to notice that there was a difference in the features of word of mouth communication activities in accordance with the lifestyle of health care consumers of obstetrics and gynecology. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of patient perception of the switching cost and negative word of mouth on revisit intention of patients in out-patient departments (OPDs) of general hospitals. Method: The participants were 306 patients in general hospital, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, and logistic regression with SPSS Win. Results: Relational switching cost was positively correlated with revisit intention (r=.58, p=<.001), but not financial switching cost or procedural switching cost. Negative word of mouth was negatively correlated with revisit intention (r=-.22, p=<.001). The significant predictors influencing revisit intention in patients was relational switching cost. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that hospital and nursing managers should seek to bolster perceptions of switching costs and negative word of mouth, which subsequently increases revisit intentions in small hospitals located in the country as well as urban large hospitals.

With the development of information and communication technology and spread of smart devices, online information exchange has become a daily routine. Accordingly, the management and utilization of online word of mouth (WOM) has become an important issue for companies. Numerous studies have examined the impact of online WOM on firm performance. This study analyzes the impact of negative word of mouth (NWOM) on firm value, considering the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity and research and development (R&D) investment. Using a hierarchical linear model, we find that 1) NWOM has a negative impact on firm value, 2) CSR activities do not significantly influence this impact, and 3) R&D investment reduces this negative impact. This study contributes by demonstrating the effect of NWOM on firm value, examining the influence of CSR activities and R&D investment on the impact of NWOM, and confirming that the hierarchical linear model can be applied effectively to panel data in empirical studies. As a practical implication, companies must prevent and manage NWOM, whose impact, when caused by an unavoidable incident, can be alleviated by proactively announcing that the company is striving for competitiveness, for instance, by investing in R&D.
