태양풍이 지구 전파통신에 미치는 영향을 예측하고 대응하기 위해 전파연구소와 협력하여 태양풍의 운동을 모니터할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 태양풍이 일으키는 섬광(scintillation)에 의해 태양풍 배후에 있는 전파원 밝기가 변하는 것을 측정하여 역으로 태양풍의 이동속도, 전자밀도 등을 유도하는 원리를 이용한다. 포물면형의 전파망원경 대신 시야가 넓은 다이폴 안테나를 24개 단위로 묶은 타일 32개를 동서-남북으로 수백미터 넓이의 부지에 배열하고 전자빔조향으로 원하는 천체를 추적한다. 타일은 수동으로 남북방향으로 움직일 수 있어 계절별로 태양근처의 전파원을 잘 볼 수 있도록 하였다. 각 타일에서 나온 신호는 약 10MHz의 대역폭으로 디지털화되어 컴퓨터에 기록되고 실시간에 가깝게 각 타일간의 천체 위치별 위상차를 보정한 후 합성되어 전파원의 세기를 측정한다. 이 신호들을 교차상관시키면 야간에는 천문용 간섭계로도 사용할 수 있다. 기본적으로는 MWA를 참고해서 설계한 것이나, 동작을 입증하기 위해서 타일 3개로 이루어진 시제품도 제작하였다. 현재 각 부분별로 제작이 진행되고 있으며 하드웨어는 올해 말까지 완성될 것이다.

This paper represents the application of the Static Var Compensator(SVC) on the electric railway power supply system. The purpose of the electric equipment can be summarized as to improve electrical power quality and to maintain the voltage. This paper shows that the SVC is necessary for voltage compensation in the railway power supply system and verify effectiveness of the SVC through the simulation. In this paper, the case studies were performed with the various line length and train position.

The existing data systems and structures scope primarily the data evaluation which is performed by only corresponding or Interesting bodies. And the bodies i.e. electricity and energy utilities' quarters don't exchange the data each other because methods, purposes, etc. of the collection are different. This paper presents a new integrated system of data collection, administration and evaluation on the power system. And the system is applied to PSS/E data structures.

Fuzzy controller design consists of intuition, and any other information about how to control system, into a set of rules. These rules can then be applied to the system. If the rules adequately control the system, the design work is done well. If the rules are inadequate, the designer must modify the rules. Through this procedure, the system can be controlled. In this paper, we design fuzzy controller composed of two parts, one is balancing controller, the other is angle controller.

We electroplated copper-cobalt thin films on a silicon substrate, which had 150 nm thick copper seed layer. The adhesion between the two metallic layers could be increased by utilizing a proper organic additive, pulse plating technique, and high temperature annealing. The thin films exhibited columnar growth of the deposits and enhanced adhesion. This is attributed to the grain growth mechanism introduced by the additive and annealing.

Fast Fashion (fast fashion) is to reflect the latest trends and quickly create an immediate and quick with words related to clothing to distribute immediately reflect the latest fashion design, a relatively low cost, rapid product turnover means to succeed in fashion or business. The popularity of fast fashion is growing in the recent domestic fashion market. In this study, fast-fashion consumers' purchasing behavior recognition for brand identification and brand personality, brand reputation and brand identification, brand attitude, and affect the relationship between customer loyalty will be discussed. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, In this study, based on existing studies, brand personality and brand identification through a process that affects customer loyalty reaffirmed. Second, the 5 dimensions of brand personality and brand identification of the factors found by the sophistication and unique. Third, the brand's reputation in the brand identification had a significant impact. Fourth, brand identification, brand attitude and the impact on customer loyalty was significant.

Recently in the construction business construction companies has been ordered to survive in the terriblly competitive environment. Aa a result, most of the project with low-priced contract needs a speedy progress during all construction period. For the last five years major incident frequently occurs and results in the death of 189 workers at major top 6 construction builders. In most recent 10 years, the cause of major incidents happened in construction company is the speedy construction work that is affecting on the safety management. To prevent these accidents in the speedy construction work, four factors were chosed and analysed such as the personnel/organization, the working budget, the subcontractor selection and the employee motivation. The head office taked the support plan and tested it at the pilot work site. It showed a reduced accident and the harmful factors can be eliminated. It should be able to apply to the field to secure safety and prevent accidents.

Green gas emissions Trading System(ETS) came into effect in the Europe last year 2005. All transport modes have tried to reduce green gas emission and EU member countries are promoting the use of environmental friendly transport mode to avoid economic loss due to green gas emission. Besides ETS, rapidly rising of oil price and peak oil urge to invest more in the environmental friendly public transport mode and to discourage the use of private cars. The operation of KTX is estimated to bring external cost reduction up to 570 bil. won in 2004 based on European external unit costs of transport modes. This result implies that the expansion of high speed rail network and reconsideration of East-West high speed rail network which is not considered because of weak economic validity is required.
