최근 한국의 자살률은 10만 명 당 25.7명으로 높은 수치를 기록하고 있으며 한국 사회의 큰 문제로 자리 잡고 있다. 특히 한강 교량 내 투신자살 시도를 하는 경우가 매우 많다. 본 논문에서는 한강 교량 내 투신자살 시도를 예방하기 위해 자세 인식의 정확도를 향상하기 위해 딥러닝 기반의 교량에서의 자살 방식 시스템을 개발하였으며, 국내의 자살 예방률이 높아지기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to compare men and women's different perceptions on Women engineers' career barriers. In order to achieve the purpose, we initially analyzed various references on perception of career barrier, and organized survey questions. We used the context from Sung sik Lee's doctoral dissertation(2007) and modified it for making survey questions. We conducted a survey with 691 senior students of engineering department around the capital. As a result of the study, male students seemed to be more positive about women's career barriers (social/interpersonal, attitudinal, and interactional barriers). It represents that male students evaluate highly on women's ability and also feel less sensitive about social discrimination toward women's position. In consequence of group interview, it is also revealed that women engineers understand well about difficulties of being female at any workplace.

The purpose of this study is to research the women engineers' recognition with a triangulation method and make suggestions on desirable education in engineering. The research period is for about 4 months from December 15, 2007 to April 4, 2008. The objects of the research are two groups of female engineers at D college located in the metropolitan area - the first group had 187 women engineering majors, 3 women graduate students and 2 women professors in engineering department, and the second group had 5 women engineering majors who once stayed out of school temporarily, 4 women engineering graduates, and 5 graduates who are currently working. The second group is intently selected in order to look into the detailed factors that affect the recognition of women engineers. The methods of the research varied and included were surveys on the web, personal interviews, focus meetings, surveys by e-mail and telephone, etc. The results of the study show what the women engineers want in engineering education includes to have role models of women engineers who can cast a vision to them, get a leadership training especially for when they lead a group that has both man and woman members. It was also found that experincing a cooperative learning through diverse projects is essential to build basic character training and competency, and practical education is required for the major or becoming a full time worker.

Recently, as the characteristics and production methods of the construction industry are changing, and women are actively entering the society, the view of women in the construction industry is also gradually changing. Although the government is currently improving the system to expand women's participation, nevertheless, women's participation in the construction industry is very low compared to other industries. The scope of this study was limited to presenting the actual working environment and improvement plans for male and female engineers in the design office. As a result of the survey on the insufficient part of the work environment, the item 'rest space such as lounge, bathroom, and conference room was narrow' was highly surveyed for men, and 'there was no rest space that required gender discrimination' was highly surveyed for women. As for the improvement measures, both men and women were surveyed highly in the category of 'My place for personal work'. In this study, the scope of the study has a limitation in that it only presents the actual situation and improvement measures for the working environment for male and female engineers in the design office.

This article is a theoretical and empirical study of engineering and gender, and also explores the policy development of WIE program. WIE in Korea aims to foster talented women engineers through the introduction of gender-sensitive engineering education system, field-adaptive skill improvements of women students, and industry-university collaborations. This study examines gender perspectives to analyze our WIE program. It is important to recognize that it's not enough to acquire institutional and structural equity in developing women in engineering. Above all, we should note our situations that has frustrated women's career development in engineering. In university education, we need to improve the engineering faculty's recognition of gender equity. Efforts to establish the professional identity of women engineers, involvement of men and women students, and building of women engineers' network are necessary elements to implement successful WIE program. Additionally, we discuss that policy support to WIE program should be continued and enlarged in university level.

비대면 시대로 인한 화상 회의의 중요성이 높아졌다. 하지만 현재까지도 회의기록의 문서화 작업은 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 시간과 인적자원이 많이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 수작업으로 진행되는 회의 문서화 과정의 문제점을 개선하고자 한국어 키워드 추출을 활용한 인공지능 회의록 자동 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 회의 음성 파일을 기반으로 STT 기술을 활용한 회의 전문을 자동 생성하고 전문에 KR-WordRank 알고리즘을 적용해 키워드를 추출, Summary API를 사용하여 요약본을 생성한다. 최종 결과로 회의 전문과 키워드, 요약본이 담긴 PDF 형식의 회의록을 사용자에게 제공하여, 수기 회의록 작성 시 들이는 시간적, 인적 비용 절감을 돕는다.

To develop a compact vehicle for women, the most important areas are 'behavioral characteristics, life style and driving posture'. Static AM95%ile manikin is used for package guideline. Since women's characteristics and sitting position are different from men, however, the guideline cannot satisfy women drivers. Therefore, the goal of this study is to make the database with dynamic women's driving posture and behavioral characteristics at compact vehicle. Research process will be made as follows. Firstly, through the online/offline survey and statistic analysis, lifestyle and behavioral characteristics (discomfort elements) of women are extracted. Secondly, the author performs scenario test to acquire the discomfort value of driving situation and life style. 3D models of women's manikin and driving posture were created by CATIA HUMAN. The 3D models are used for the purpose of analyzing women's driving posture. Finally, with the ANOVA result and comparison between real driving posture and package guidelines, the author is able to suggest the main issue for women drivers.

최근 높은 품질의 비디오 서비스에 대한 사용자 요구 증가로 UHD(Ultra High-Definition) 서비스가 등장하였고 여러 방송사에서 UHD 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 아날로그에서 디지털로의 전환이 이루어진지 얼마 지나지 않았고 사용자 대부분은 HD(High-Definition)급 수상기를 가지고 있기 때문에 현재로서는 HD 서비스와 UHD 서비스가 공존해야 하는 상황에 있다. 이를 위해 스케일러블 영상 기술과 차세대 멀티미디어 다중화 전송 표준인 MMT(MPEG Media Transport)가 대두되었다. 사용자 인터페이스로 정의된 MMT CI(Composition Information)를 이용해 계층 부호화 비디오 서비스하려고 하지만 계층 간의 의존성이 높기 때문에 구현상에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 사용자가 계층 부호화된 비디오 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 독립적인 사용자 인터페이스 설계 기법을 제안한다.

Hourly earnings of the employed U. S. women are regressed upon a set of independent variables, separately for white and nonwhite women. In support of the human capitalist's point of view higher hourly earnings are positively associated with number of years of education completed, attainment of vocational training either at the company or/and non company training. In addition to education one's obtainments of certain occupational certificate and one's assignment of occupation in the order of the Duncan prestige index and years of work experience since leaving school are also significantly related to hourly earnings. Women workers employed at the government sector or employed in an industry where proportion of female is smaller than average earn more than those at private sector or at industries of high female composition.

최근 가상현실과 공간에 대한 다양한 연구들이 진행되면서 메타버스(Metaverse)를 중심으로 다양한 연구들이 진행중에 있다. 본 연구는 음악을 정량화하여 발생한 데이터를 이용하여 다양한 가상의 도시공간을 생성하는 작업을 진행한다. 이렇게 생성된 작업은 하나의 음악을 2-3명의 연주자가 연주한 내용을 바탕으로 진행이 되며, 분석 방법은 기존 연구 중 하나인 '뮤직 스카이라인(Music Skyline)'과 '크레페(CREPE)' 등의 방식을 통해 이루어지게 된다. 향후 추가 연구로서 이러한 부분들이 보완되고 개선된다면, 다양한 음악 정보를 활용한 자신만의 도시를 컴퓨터 기술이 아닌 음악 작곡만으로도 가능하도록 플래폼화 하고, 그 근거를 찾아내는데 많은 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
