  • This study aims to examine the correlation between pectoralis minor, shoulder mobility, and neck range of motion on rounded shoulder posture for Life-care increase in Women university student. The 80 female adults with rounded shoulder posture were selected for this study. Measurements of shoulder height were obtained by measuring the rounded shoulder posture using a caliper. To measure the length of pectoralis minor, a tape measure was used to measure from the point where the 4th rib and sternum meets to the inferior medial side of coracoid process. Shoulder mobility was measured by holding fists in both hands, then raising one side of the elbow until the palm on that side can be placed on the back, while lowering the other side of the elbow until the back of the hand on that side can be placed on the back. Neck range of motion was used to measure the neck movement including the flexion and the extension, lateral flexion to the right or to the left, and rotation to the right or to the left. The results of this study showed that there are significant negative correlations between pectoralis minor index, shoulder mobility, and neck range of motion in rounded shoulder posture(p<0.05). From these results, in female students with rounded shoulder, the lateral flexion of the neck to the left decreased as the left shoulder mobility increased, the neck extension decreased as the right pectoralis minor shortened, and the rotation of the neck to the left decreased as the left shoulder mobility increased.

  • Today, in the information society, since the government administration of all countries places importance on clarity and efficiency, the authority concentration of the administration is inevitable. Therefore, the Parliament, which is a legislative body, is at a time when the policy control function to check and monitor it is becoming more important. In particular, due to the emergence of parliamentary democracy, in the reality that the people must elect representatives and represent their own opinions, the parliamentary inspection system is very valuable in that it satisfies the right of the people to know and ultimately enables the people to democratically control the administration. The role of the Parliament moves from the inherent legislative function to the information collection and disclosure of government administration, discussion and resolution of political issues, and observation and supervision of the administration. And it can be seen as the global trend. As a result of this trend, status and role of the National Assembly is being strengthened from the legislative body to the control agency of government administration. Thus, the most substantive authority of Article 61 of the Constitution can be deemed the parliamentary inspection system. The parliamentary inspection system is a system that let exercise the legislation, budget, and authority to control of state administration by identify the challenges and policy implementation of each country's institutions through the audit of the executive administration's overall government administration performance outside the National Assembly. However, due to the amendment of Constitution in 1988, the parliamentary inspection right and investigation of state administration right had reinstated and the parliamentary inspection system, which is being implemented annually, is the 31st year of the year in 2019. However, the general evaluation of the public is negative and insufficient time for inspections, lack of sanctions on nonattendance witnesses, excessive data submission, and refusal to submit materials by the administration were pointed out as the problem. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher tries to point out the overall problems of the parliamentary inspection system and to summarize the effective improvement plans.

  • The 25 pieces of women's jogori worn by ChangRyung Jo's family(1721~1742) that are preserved in Yeoju Museum, Gyeounggi Province, Korea were examined in this study. The aim of this study is to analyze women's jogori that were excavated from the grave of Changryung Jo's family, and to characterize women's costumes around the middle $18^{th}$ Century. The size of the jogori was divided into two groups. The garment length of the first group ranged from 31cm to 34cm and the bigger size ranged from 36.5cm to 40cm. The number of jogori in the group with the smaller size was twenty-five pieces and five pieces for the group with the bigger size. Changryung Jo's jogori was composed of two pieces of padded jogori, four pieces of quilted jogori and nineteen pieces of double layer jogori. Even though the direction of the margin located on back seemed point toward the right hand side, the gorum, the string for the tie, and the Sup, the outer gore of the jogori located on the other side of the margin had no pattern of direction. The line of jogori from the armhole gets narrower toward the edge of sleeves which could be recognized as a typical pattern of the middle $18^{th}$ Century jugori. The bigger group of jogori seemed to be worn by people other than ChangRyung Jo's relatives and used to be a gifts to aid in funerals. Major characteristics of jogori is could be categorized into the Dangko Mokpan collar jogori and Samhaejang jogori. The results of this study helps set the relative dating for the women's jogori of middle $18^{th}$ Century where not much excavations have been made.

  • In this paper we propose a change-point estimator with left and right regressions using the sample Fourier coefficients on the orthonormal bases. The asymptotic properties of the proposed change-point estimator are established. The limiting distribution and the consistency of the estimator are derived.

However, they are confused and face difficulties in fashion styling, with regard to not only overall body shape but also partial body changes, such as increasing waistline, flabby thighs and arms, and decreasing hip volume. In addition, middle-aged women were looking for expert advice on styling to help them look the best. • As modern society advances, women's self-consciousness and attitudes toward beautiful appearances have changed. Amid this trend, the young and slim body of adolescent girls expressed in contemporary fashion incites fantasy on continuing youth among women. In modern society, women's youth is frequently regarded as a subject of consumption and a sex product in the mass media. In this regard, the study is focused on examining desire and psychology of worshipping women's youth and beauty in connection with flapper fashion in the 1920s. In the process, the study took a look at the social and cultural background of flapper fashion and conducted an analysis on formative characteristics and aesthetic sense of flapper fashion as follows: First, the formative characteristics include a short skirt that expresses straight lined shape and the beauty of exposure, lighter clothing, thick make-up, short hair style and black or vivid colors, and they lead to exceptional and innovative aesthetic sense in flapper fashion. Flapper fashion style is focused on completely denying outdated fashion worn by women in the age right before. Second, pursuit of mature, graceful and classical beauty that had continued in previous ages has gone through complete changes in the flapper era in the name of pursuit of youth, and the flapper fashion expresses sensual image through the exposure of slim arms and legs of a young girl. In the formative characteristics, aesthetic sense of youth and sensuality inherent in the flapper fashion was generated. Third, women's free-spirited lifestyle at that time and 'aesthetic sense of freedom and amusement that reflected the speed of machine civilization could be found in the flapper fashion. Material and decoration of the flapper fashion pertained to clothing that enabled a free expression through rapid movements. Aesthetic sense of the flapper fashion generated in the process could be defined as women's internal determination to express individual and free-spirited ideas through the use of fashion when tradition and order of the old age were torn down. And this aesthetic sense is continuously affecting modern fashion design.
