Real-time search keywords are not only limited to search keywords that are rapidly increasing interest in real-time, but also have a limitation that they are difficult to determine the sustainability as there is a difference in ranking between portal sites. Estimating sustainability for real-time search keywords is significant in terms of overcoming these limitations and providing some predictability. In particular, long-term search keywords that last for more than a month are of high value as long-lasting social issues. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the interest based on the ranking of the real-time search keywords and the duration based on sustained weeks, days and hours of real-time search keywords by each portal site and the integrated portal site, and then estimating sustainability based on high level of interest and duration, and present a method to derive real-time search issues with high long-term sustainability.

In this paper, we propose a new industry - university collaboration plan through the analysis of the present state of industry-academia cooperation and government support projects, and analysis of major overseas cases. The following is the plan for activating the new crop cooperation. First, it is necessary to strengthen the innovation of education system and establishment of new education course based on future demand through future-oriented industry-university cooperation. Second, active industry-academia cooperation should stimulate entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship based on university resources. Third, it should act as an anchor of regional innovation by actively cooperating with local innovation entities. It is necessary to develop an industry-university cooperation model that can generate profits and contribute to university finance.

Damage and attack size of cyber terror is growing to the national size. Not only targeting at a certain companies or individuals but number of cyber terror targeting government bodies or unspecific people is increasing. This is because compared to traditional weapon, input cost is very cheap but ripple effect and shock are much stronger, affecting not only certain groups but also each individuals. 'Anti-terror measurement for protection of nation and public safety' passed last month is one of the renowned measurement passed regardless of objection from opposition party. The opposition party went against this through filibuster for 192 hours but this finally passed National Congress due to lack of oppositions. Korean government is taking post actions after passage of anti-terror measurement. Legislation of enforcement ordinance and regulations is due by 6th of next month. This regulation will be executed from June 4th after legislation. Whenever there is any security issues such as hacking of Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power and National Intelligence Service happens, lot of attention is made to those hackers. However, social recognition or management of those hackers need lot more improvement. Especially, as market of internet of things is increasing, there is an increased anxiety on information security. But as we only rely on security solutions, this problems are keep happening. Therefore, active investment on nurturing hackers who play the role of 'spear and shield' shall be made. Government should put more efforts to allow white hackers to show their abilities. We should have a policy for supporting high-quality programs such as BoB. To make information protection industry into future growth engine, it is necessary to nurture professionals for information protection and white hackers through special programs. Politicians should make related regulations as soon as possible to remove factors that prevent swift management of cyber attack due to lack of legislation. Government should pay lot more financial investment to nurturing professional manpower than now. Protecting life and asset of nation is responsibility and duty of our government. We all should recognize that controlling cyber attack is a part of national defense.

This study aims to provide a method of extracting the most recent information on US patent documents. An HTML paring technique that can directly connect to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Web page is adopted. After obtaining a list of 50 documents through a keyword searching method, this study suggested an algorithm, using HTML parsing techniques, which can extract a patent number, an applicant, and the US patent class information. The study also revealed an algorithm by which we can extract both patents and subsequent patents using their closely connected relationship, that is a very distinctive characteristic of US patent documents. Although the proposed method has several limitations, it can supplement existing databases effectively in terms of timeliness and comprehensiveness.

This study suggests optimal policy options for collection of used diapers through benchmarking of foreign countries and perception surveys. By conducting a survey, this study can identify the actual problems involved in the collection process and enhance the social acceptance toward diaper recycling policies. As a perception survey result, the economic burden of emission bags and sanitary issues were most important for the collection pilot test. Respondents thought that twice-a-week collection frequency was appropriate and that free emission bags might be preferable to participants. Currently municipal wastes are subject to waste management laws, which are applied by local governments. Diaper waste is categorized with municipal waste, so it seems to be treated by municipal waste systems. In terms of connection with government, possible alternatives were suggested to identify the relevant local government. Useful data could be obtained, to determine the economical viability of any future diaper recycling system implementation in the entire Seoul metropolis and adjacent areas of dense population.

The model of family decision-making in child protection has been widely discussed and adopted in many countries. The purpose of this study was to introduce the model and, then, investigate whether this process is applicable in child care and protection services in Korea. The main goal in the study has been to explore the philosophical and practical foundations of the family involvement approach in decision-making and describe the international applications of the model. Family group conferencing, originally developed and enacted in New Zealand, has been critically examined. The potential contributions of the study may include seeking a more effective intervention for child protection through determining whether the model is appropriate or desirable in issues of philosophy, practice and policy within the Korean culture.

The ICT industry has developed into an industry that generates national competitiveness. The policy to support the ICT industry, initiated by the government, has been activated mainly on the Teheran Road of Gangnam-gu in Seoul. In this regard, this study examined the emergence background and formation factors of the new innovation district in the urban area of the Teheran Valley. In addition, this study examined the characteristics of the innovation district in the integrated urban and industrial parks with various facilities and institutions supporting the startup. This study examined the status of the Teheran Valley as an urban innovation district by dividing the indicators of the urban innovation district in the Teheran Valley into economic assets, spatial and physical assets, network assets, and human capital. It also examined the ICT technology leading the innovation and analyzed the implications for regional economic development.

This study explored the educational effects of the digital citizenship teaching and learning model on middle school science classes. For this purpose, two classes of the third grade of middle school in Gyeonggi-do were selected, and the experimental group(28 students) was taught science classes using digital citizenship learning model, and the control group(28 students) was taught in regular lectures. The measurements used to verify the effects of science classes using the digital citizenship learning model were digital citizenship and empathy tools. The data collected for the effect verification were analyzed by independent sample t-test and ANCOVA. As a result, the experimental group applying the digital citizenship learning model showed higher scores of digital citizenship and empathy than the control group. Therefore, it can be seen that the middle school science class applying the digital citizenship learning model was effective in cultivating the digital citizenship and empathy of middle school students. In future studies, it is necessary to examine the effects of digital citizenship learning model at different school levels and other subjects.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the online lifelong education program which is a key words card production and demonstration on the job preparation skills for work for part-time developmental disabilities. The subjects of this study were three developmental disabilities workers working in a restaurant business on a part-time basis, and the experimental environment was composed of the home and subway stations where they reside. The study method used a single subject study, and the baseline, intervention, and maintenance were reflected as the design conditions of the experiment. As a result, the subjects of the study effectively acquired and maintained the job preparation skills for work work through the online lifelong education program for the production and demonstration of key words cards. Through the results of this study, it was possible to discuss and conclude that the significant functional relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables is valid.
