포아송회귀 모형을 활용한 생명보험 설계사들의 이직 요인 분석 (The factors of insurance solicitor's turnovers of life insurance using Poisson regression)

  • 본 연구는 생명보험사의 핵심 영업채널의 역할을 하고 있는 보험설계사들에 대한 설문을 바탕으로 보험설계사들의 이직횟수에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾고자 한다. 반응변수 이직횟수는 계수자료 (count data)이기에 일반화선형모형의 하나인 포아송회귀모형을 통해 분석된다. 현 조직에서의 보험설계사 근무경력은 보험설계사의 이직횟수에 직접적인 영향을 주는 변수로 본 연구모형에서는 통제변수로 설정되었다. 포아송회귀모형 적합결과, 보험설계사 이직의 횟수에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 현재 속한 회사 (대리점)으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 연령, 보험설계사로 입사하게 된 동기, 월평균 소득, 월평균 신계약건수, 최종학력 순으로 나타났다. 보험설계사가 현재의 속한 조직이 대형생보사이면 이직의 횟수가 가장 낮고, GA (general agent, 독립대리점) 소속이면 이직의 횟수가 높아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 연령은 적을수록 이직의 횟수는 증가하고 연령이 많을수록 이직의 횟수는 작아짐을 보여주었다. 보험설계사로 입사하게 된 동기는 친구, 친척, 가족 등 지인의 추천과 동료FP, 소장, 지점장 등의 권유이면 이직의 횟수는 작게 나타났고 단순한 경제적 수입의 니즈와 능력과 적성이 부합의 자발적인 경우는 오히려 이직의 횟수는 높게 나타났다.

군인의 직업특성과 군인아내의 결혼만족도 및 양육스트레스의 관련성: 부정적 인식과 군인가족 자부심의 매개효과 (Military Personnel's Occupational Characteristics and Family Life among Military Wives with Preschool Children: Underlying Processes)

  • Based on the stress process model, this study examined the process of how military personnel's occupational characteristics (i.e., long and unspecified work hours, frequent moving) is associated with their wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress. We focused on whether the wives' perception toward the characteristics of military occupation and the wives' military family pride mediated the association. An online survey was conducted with 323 women married to professional active-duty military husbands, had at least one preschool child, and lived with the husband and child. Using structural equation modeling, we found that the wives' perception of military occupational characteristics and military family pride mediated the relationship between their husband's work hours and the wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress. This serial multiple mediation indicated that the longer and more unspecified the husband's work hours were, the more negative the wife's perceptions were towards his military occupation, which led to lower marital satisfaction and higher parenting stress. The single mediation effect of negative perceptions was also significant. Frequent moving was indirectly related to the wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress through only the wives' negative perceptions toward military occupational characteristics. This result indicates that military spouses who experienced frequent moves are likely to have more negative attitudes toward military occupation, which leads to lower marital satisfactions and higher parenting stress. This study contributes to the literature by identifying the underlying mechanisms between military occupational characteristics and military wives' family life through the mediating roles of negative perceptions and military family pride.

브라질 상파울루시의 한식당 현황 및 만족도 조사 (A Study of the Current State of Korean Restaurants in São Paulo in Brazil)

  • To find an efficient solution for the globalization of Korean food in Brazil, we conducted a survey about the satisfaction of Brazilian natives who had visited a Korean restaurant, and possible suggestions for improvement. We also conducted indepth interviews with 13 owners of Korean restaurants in Seo Paulo, Brazil, about their plans to improve Korean food to be more appealing to the Brazilian palate. Our research shows that Korean restaurants had a below average reputation for employee kindness, menu taste and variety, interior, mood, and accessibility. As a result of the survey, we found that Korean restaurants were considered in general to be below average. The survey also showed that the higher the level of a person's economic standing, the less satisfaction they had with Korean food restaurants. We also found that the most common pieces of advice that Brazilian women had regarding Korean restaurants were to offer more variety in the menu, maintain a cleaner restaurant, and to actively engage in public relations. The general concerns of everyone surveyed focused on cleanliness and public relations of the restaurant. However, food-related people focused more on the taste and quality of the food. Sao Paulo is currently the most well-developed economic center in South America, so the world's food service industry is pushed to the front of its ongoing development. For Korean food to make inroads into Brazil, Korean restaurants need to change the niche that they occupy. First-generation family businesses and second-generation specialized family businesses coexist in that city. So first of all, to localize the Korean food for Brazilian tastes, a menu system that will easily allow natives to access Korean food must be established. And second of all, it must support the total food culture by improving distribution, sanitation management, and marketing methods that can get the natives to like Korean food ingredients.

사서의 직무만족도에 관한 메타분석 연구 (A Meta-Analysis of Librarians' Job Satisfaction Studies)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구의 연구결과를 데이터로 간주하여 통계분석하는 메타분석방법을 사용하여 사서의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구하였다. 선행연구 27편으로부터 집단변수로는 남녀성별과 결혼유무, 종속변수로는 전체직무만족도와 7개 하위변수(직무자체, 급여, 승진, 감독, 근무환경, 사회적 인식, 자아실현)가 선정되어 분석되었다. 분석결과 남녀간 사회적 인식과, 승진, 감독, 근무환경의 효과크기는 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 감독과 근무환경의 효과크기만 동질적인 것으로 분석되었다. 이질적으로 분석된 사회적 인식과 승진에 대해서는 랜덤효과분석을 추가로 수행한 결과 승진의 효과크기만 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결혼여부에서는 직무자체와 급여, 자아실현의 효과크기가 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 이질적으로 판명된 직무자체의 효과크기는 랜덤효과분석에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 못하였다. 연구시기 (2000년전후)는 중재변수가 되지 못한 것으로 분석되었다.

온라인 쇼핑의 데이터 융합 기반 사이즈 추천 서비스: 서비스 품질, 정보 신뢰, 고객 만족의 구매 의도에 대한 역할 (Size Recommendation Technology Convergence in e-Shopping: Roles of Service Quality Information Credibility and Satisfaction on Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 패션 리테일링에서 최근 이용이 증가하고 있는 데이터 융합 기반 사이즈 추천 테크놀로지 서비스 품질이 정보 신뢰와 만족 및 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구를 위한 설문은 아마존 미케니컬 터크에서 시행되었으며, 사이즈 추천 테크놀로지의 사용 경험이 없는 18세 이상 60세 이하의 미국 거주 여성을 대상으로 하였다. 이들은 설문에 제시된 링크를 클릭하여 특정 패션 온라인 리테일러의 웹페이지에서 사이즈 추천 테크놀로지를 경험한 뒤, 설문에 답하였다. 불성실한 응답을 제외한 213부를 SPSS 27.0과 Process Macro(모델 6번, 5,000 bootstrapping sample)를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 사이즈 추천 테크놀로지 서비스 품질의 하위차원은 반응성과 사용 편의성으로 나타났으며, 두 하위차원은 모두 정보 신뢰와 만족을 매개로 하여 구매 의도에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 사이즈 추천 테크놀로지의 상용화를 위한 전략을 제언하였다.

입원한 환자에 대한 약사의 복약지도 서비스 평가 (Evaluation of Pharmacists Medication Teaching Service for Hospitalized Cancer Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the patient education provided by the pharmacist for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in the hospital. One time patient medication teaching including verbal instruction and written materials were provided by a pharmacist for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy on the first or second day of hospitalization. After providing medication teaching by a pharmacist a written survey was performed in order to measure the patient's satisfaction with the medication teaching and to evaluate the effectiveness of the patient medication teaching. This one-time patient medication teaching by a pharmacist was provided for 44 solid and hematological cancer patients (23 male, 21 female). The results of 27 written surveys completed by the cancer patients revealed that almost all cancer patients $(96.3\%)$ felt that medication teaching is a must in order to understand and accept the chemotherapy by cancer patients. In addition, almost all patients $(92.6\%)$ stated that they were extremely satisfied with the medication teaching provided by the pharmacist. The levels of understandings on the chemotherapy.

자궁절제술을 받은 여성과 배우자의 성생활 (Sexual Life of Husband and Wife after Hysterectomy)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data from confirming factors that could help nurses tailor counseling program for married couples who were facing the prospect of a hysterectomy. A descriptive design was used to study a total of 81 married couples(total of 162 subjects) between 2 to 18 months after hysterectomy, due to a benign gynecology disease at a University Hospital in Daegu by questionnaires from March, 1999 to June, 2000. This study used Sexual Knowledge Measurement of Koo, Ja-sung(1996), Sexual Attitude Scales of Hudson, Murphy and Nurius(1994), Sexual Attitude Measurement of Jang, Soon-bok(1989), Sexual Activity Questionnaires of Thiriaway, Fallowfield and Cuzick(1996) modified and supplemented by advice of experts in order to measure sexual knowledge, sexual attitude and sexual activity, and Sexual Function Inventory of Derogatis(1979) translated by Jang, Soon-bok(1984) was used to measure sexual satisfaction of the subjects. For data analysis, the study executed $x^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression in accordance with the purpose of study by SPSS/PC+ WIN 10.0 program. Also this study obtained Cronbach's alpha for examination of reliability. The results are as follows : 1) The sexual knowledge of the husband was higher than that of the wife after hysterectomy by showing the mean 11.27(${\pm}2.72$) in case of the wife and the mean 11.57(${\pm}2.28$) in case of the husband, but there was no statistically significant difference(t=.681, p=.497). 2)The sexual attitude of the husband was more liberal than that of the wife after hysterectomy by showing the mean 3.25(${\pm}.48$) in case of the wife and the mean 3.42(${\pm}.48$) in case of the husband, and there was statistically significant difference(t=2.399, p=.018). 3)There was no statistically significant difference between the score of sexual activity of wife and husband by period elapsed after hysterectomy. 4)There was no statistically significant difference between the score of sexual satisfaction of wife and husband by period elapsed after hysterectomy. 5)The wife subjects showed positive correlation among sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, sexual activity and sexual satisfaction. The husband subjects showed positive correlation only between sexual knowledge and sexual activity, sexual activity and sexual satisfaction, sexual attitude and sexual satisfaction, sexual knowledge and sexual satisfaction. There was a positive correlation between the sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, sexual activity and sexual satisfaction of the wife and husband. 6)Only the variable of sexual activity among factors of sexual satisfaction of the wife subjects showed the statistical significance(F=52.452, p<0.001), while variables of sexual attitude (F=20.360, p<0.001) and sexual activity (F=14.142, p<0.05) among factors of sexual satisfaction of the husband subjects showed a statistical significance.

강 하구역 활성화를 위한 자원의 중요도·만족도 분석 - 낙동강 하구역의 사례를 중심으로 - (Importance and Satisfaction Analysis for Vitalization of River Estuary - Focused on the Nakdong Estuary -)

  • 본 연구에서는 낙동강 하구 자원들의 중요도와 만족도 분석을 위해 통계분석 SPSS 24.0 Pearson chi-square을 사용하였으며, 연구 결과를 3가지로 요약하였다. 첫째, 낙동강 하구 자원의 중요도 분석에서 생태자원이 27.1%로 가장 높았으며, 경관자원 18.5%, 수변레저자원 6.5%, 복합문화자원 5.4%, 역사문화자원 3.3% 순으로 분석되었다. 설문대상 그룹별 중요도의 유의확률은 성별과 연령별, 조사장소별 조사에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 여성은 남성보다 생태자원의 선호가 2배 높았으며, 미술관 등 복합 문화자원에서 3배 이상 높은 것으로 나타난 반면, 수변레저 자원에서는 남성이 2배 높은 값을 보였다. 연령별 분석에서 수변레저 자원 선호는 20~30대에서 타 연령대보다 높은 값을 나타냈으며, 복합문화자원은 30대에서 타 연령대보다 약 3배 이상 높은 값을 보였다. 직업에 따른 선호는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다(p>.05). 둘째, 만족도 분석에서는 경관 자원의 만족도 평균은 6.01, 생태자원은 5.65이며, 문화자원이 5.15로 분석되었다. 성별에 따른 경관자원과 생태자원, 연령에 따른 경관자원, 지역에 따른 생태자원, 직업에 따른 경관자원과 생태자원의 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 성별에 따른 경관자원과 생태자원의 만족도는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었으나, 문화자원에서는 유의확률(p=0.012)을 보였다. 연령에 따른 경관자원의 만족도 조사에서 40~50대에서 경관자원의 만족이 높은 반면, 20대에서는 상대적으로 낮게 평가되었다. 부산 경남 거주자와 그 외의 거주자들의 경관자원과 문화자원의 만족도는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 생태자원의 만족도 분석에서는 두 집단의 유의한 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 직업에 따른 경관자원과 생태자원의 만족도 조사에서 대학생, 공무원, 일반인, 전문가 집단의 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 문화자원의 만족도는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 낙동강 하구 자원의 중요도와 만족도를 분석한 결과, 경관, 생태, 문화 자원이 중요하다고 응답한 각각의 집단의 경관자원 만족도 평균은 각각 6.19, 6.08, 5.67로 분석되었으며, 생태자원의 만족도는 5.95, 5.57, 5.41로 분석되었다. 중요도와의 상관관계는 유의하지 않은 수준으로 분석되었으나, 문화자원에 대한 만족도 상관관계는 유의한 차이(p=0.025)가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 하구 자원의 가치 향상과 활성화를 위해 15개 세부 항목을 분석한 결과, 생태관광 활성화(49.5%)와 갈대습지 복원(47.5%)이 우선적이었다. 생태자원의 가치 향상에 대한 인식이 돋보였으며, 하구 주변의 인프라 개선과 자전거길, 산책로, 수변레저 등이 강 하구 활성화의 요건으로 분석되었다.

치과위생사의 예방처치업무행태가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of behavior of preventive treatment on job satisfaction in dental hygienist)

  • Objectives : The author has studied the effects of behavior of preventive treatment on job satisfaction in dental hygienist. Methods : The hygienists who had worked from June 27th to August 1st in 2011 were explained about this research objectives and only the hygienists who agreed with this research participation were conducted a self-administered Questionnaire survey and the results were collected immediately. The collected questionnaire was 297, but the final 250 questionnaire were decided as a target except for the trustless ones. This analysis was extracted using SPSS(SPSS 12.0 for windows, SPSS Inc, Chicago, USA). Results : 1. Preventive treatment of dental hygienist was shown as this order - Educational needs 4.25, Importance 4.12, Usefulness 4.09, Perform 3.42. Job satisfaction was reached the moderate level. 2. Analysis of preventive treatment of hygienist was shown as this order - Basic brushing education 4.72 was ranked the highest, Taking patient history and Incremental dental health care 4.58 was held the second place. Dental caries activity tests 3.30 was shown the lowest figures. Response of preventive treatment conducting was like this order - Taking patient history 4.30, Dental prophylaxis 4.28, Basic brushing education 4.11, Incremental dental health care 4.04. Dental caries activity tests 2.05 was shown the lowest figures. 3. General characteristics in behavior of preventive treatment was resulted in this case that the respondents who have worked for less one year in current job than the ones who have worked for more than five years was shown such a low level, this was taken as a meaningful difference.(p=0.008) 4. It was shown that the higher fulfillment of preventive treatment(${\beta}$=0.340, p<0.001) and the greater earnings(${\beta}$=0.194, p=0.001) and usefulness of preventive treatment(${\beta}$=0.130, p=0.042), the higher job satisfaction. Conclusions : Considering these results, environment where the hygienists can concentrate on preventive treatment which is their proper job should be built up as soon as possible. And through this environment, the atmosphere where hygienists, as oral health professionals, can play a role to improve the oral health of the people by boosting job satisfaction should be created. Also It is thought that an institutional, actual improvement-changing the social awareness towards hygienists and dentists, the recognition of scope of the hygienists' work - should be established urgently.

가전제품의 품질에 대한 객관적 평가와 주관적 평가기준 비교 분석 (Analysis and Comparability of the Subjective and Objective Evaluation for Home Appliance's Quality)

  • This research aims to analyze and compare the objective and subjective evaluation criteria for home appliances. In addition, this research examined the correlation between those evaluation criteria. Furthermore, consumers are divided by the level of the differences between those criteria; consumer groups whose subjective evaluation level for the quality of home appliances is greater than objective evaluation level, consumer groups whose subjective evaluation level is almost the same, and consumer groups whose subjective evaluation level for the quality of home appliances is lower than objective evaluation level, and this study investigated the differences those three groups by the socio-demographic characteristics and consumers' behavior in the stage of purchase. Results of this research could be summarized as follows. First of all, there were statistically significant between the level of the objective and subjective evaluation in the quality of home appliances. Second, when consumers purchased the expensive home appliance, imported-brand home appliance, home appliances in department store, the level of subjective evaluation level for the quality of home appliances is higher than objective evaluation level. Third, the level of satisfaction for the price, quality, AS, overall satisfaction, and the level of willingness to repurchase were higher in consumer groups whose subjective evaluation level was higher than objective evaluation level.
