  • The real-time monitoring and controlling between the interior and the field signaling security devices is a necessity for the train safety in terms of the train operating plan. The type wiring lower the safety level of signaling security device, because too much wiring makes the maintenance more difficult and it might be have a problem of an induction field and contact. It also need high cost. The single network communication(Fieldbus) does not need that much wiring, and the maintenance will be easier. It also guarantee the high level of stability.

3상 히터의 불평형전류 검출에 의한 결함예측 및 보호장치의 선정 (Fault Prediction Based on Unbalanced Current Detection of Three Phase Heater and Selection of the Protective Device)

  • Three phase heaters in 7 buildings of 2 sites were examined for precise diagnosis. The sample size was 626. Precise examinations of current and the heater wiring status revealed contact failures and arcs in equipments that had CUF larger than 10%. Contact failures and arcs may cause electrical fire. Therefore, the correlation between the CUF and the imperfections in heater equipment and its wiring was analyzed for three phase heaters. In addition, the protection devices used for detection of heater imperfections were found to be unsuitable for the purpose. Current status of the protection devices was analyzed, and suggestions for improvements were made for new standards of the protection device selection.

  • The method of conductor wiring is that a messenger wire is installed, the end of the wire is connected to the conductor and a engine puller pulls the conductor. The length of one section of wiring is $3{\sim}5km$ and one group messenger wire pulls simultaneously $2{\sim}4$ group conductor, while a tensioner maintains wiring tension to prevent the deflection of the conductor. However, there are many obstacles such as roads, power lines, communication lines, buildings, farms and crops. Therefore to prevent damage from conductor deflection a staging is used. The currently used staging is scaffolding lumber which is difficult to secure and it's construction efficiency is very low because it requires a lot of time and manpower. So this study developed a insulating defense tube and pipe connecting device, and a truss structure fabrication module using steel pipe which reduces construction time and cost through a compressive and dielectric strength test.

  • 현재 저압 배선 선로에 있어서 단선 사고로 인해 발생하는 스파크와 열은 전기화재의 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 단선사고 시 발생하는 전류는 일종의 써지(Surge) 전류가 되어 통신, 가전제품, 컴퓨터 그리고 각종 측정기기의 소손 및 고장을 일으키며, 특히 단선사고는 다양한 안전점검 시 발견이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 누전차단기(Earth Leakage Breaker)의 보조 제어장치, 즉 전기화재예방 제어장치(Electrical Fire Prevention Control Device)를 개발하여, 상기 단선사고 시 누전차단기의 동작신뢰성을 제고시켜, 스파크 및 열에 의한 전기화재를 예방하고자 한다.

  • In this study, We have discussed the development of a diagnostic device to detect and prevent electrical fire due to the arc caused by contact failure and partial disconnection at the connection part of the three-phase electric heater wiring used in the industrial field. The arc caused by contact failure and partial disconnection at the connection part of the electric heater shows a change in the current effective value. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether there exists a defect by analyzing the current unbalance factor and the number of current fluctuations with the diagnostic apparatus. The three-phase unbalanced heater is considered to be capable of determining defects through periodic measurement and trend analysis of the current unbalance factor. It is also expected that this device can be used not only for electric heaters but also for detection of defects in wiring and connections of electrical equipment having a characteristic of constant load current.

옥내배선, 콘센트 및 플러그 개선을 통한 전기화재 예방대책 (Electrical and Fire Prevention Measures through Improvement of Indoor Wiring, Outlets and Plugs)

  • 국내에서 발생하는 화재사고 중 약 20%가 전기설비에서 기인한 화재로 확인되고 있다. 복잡하고 대형화되어있는 건축물에서 전기화재는 재산 피해와 인명 피해가 증가하면서 대형화하는 양상으로 발생하고 있다. 여러 가지 전기화재의 원인 중 누전에 의한 발화가 약 71.5%를 차지하고 있고, 전기설비별 분류에서는 배선 및 배선기구에서 발생하는 화재가 약 38.3%를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 사용되고 있는 옥내배선 형태를 개선하여 누전으로 인한 전기화재를 예방하는 방법을 제시하고, 배선기구에서 범용 되고 있는 콘센트와 플러그를 개선하여 배선기구에서 발생하는 화재를 예방하는 근원적 방안을 찾고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해서 제시되는 전기화재 예방대책은 전기화재의 근원적 원인을 제거하여 많은 인명과 재산을 보호하는 대책으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • As device sizes are scaled to submicron dimensions, planarization technology becomes increasing1y important, both during device fabrication and during formation of multilevel interconnects and wiring. Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) has emerged recently as a new processing technique for achieving a high degree of planarization for submicron VLSI applications. This paper is presented the results of CMP process window characterization studies for 0.35 micron process with 6 metal layers.

  • 이 논문은 서지보호기의 설치조건에 따른 보호효과에 대하여 기술하였으며, 뇌서지로부터 정보통신설비를 효과적으로 보호하는 설치기법을 제안하기 위해 서지보호기의 보호효과에 미치는 설치위치, 분기회로의 길이, 배선방법, 전선관 재료의 영향에 대해서 실규모 조건에서의 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 보호하고자 하는 각각의 전자기기의 입력단에 서지보호기를 설치하는 것이 효과적이며, 선간에 서지보호기를 설치할 때는 접속선의 길이가 최소가 되도록 하는 배선방법이 효과적이다.

  • Electric car tract plays the role of supply high electric power to the electric car from the substation by using Pantograph of the electric car. It is always exposed to the external atmosphere, which results in quite substantial fluctuations in current and voltage during operation of electric car. This generates possibility of occurrence of accident at all times. Since range of wiring metallic globe installed on the catenary cannot achieve complete electrical contact, accidents are occurring due to circulating current caused by arc caused by incomplete contact due to occurrence of hairline fracture of Pantograph due to pressure or vibration of wiring. Furthermore, rapid increase in the operational current due to increase in the operational frequency of the electric car is causing erosion and short circuit of the metallic globe at the contact points. This study on arc is generated as current transmitted out of the substation courses through power line or wiring metallic globe other than the main circuit as the current is being collected at the electric car through feeder and feeder divergence device. Accordingly, since heat generated by the arc becomes the cause for generation of circulating current due to melting of metal or softening of metal due to increase in temperature accompanying increase in contact resistance, this research shall describe causes and measures against occurrence of circulation current.
