At the present time, the number of accidents has enlarged speedily and in country like India per day there are about 204 accidents occurred. Accidents of two-wheeler compose a foremost segment of every accident and it can be true for the reason that two-wheelers like bikes not able to produce as many as security measurements normally incorporated in cars, truks and bus etc. General main rootcost of the two-wheeler accidents happen only when people community not remember to wearing a device helmet and during the driving time feels like sleep condition, alcohol disbursement, many of the drivers doesn't know heavy vehicles like Loory and buses approaching into very closer to their two wheelers, contravention of two wheelers in traffic rules and regulations. Let's overcome the above situations; our important objective is to develop an intelligent system device that can successfully facilitate in avoidance of every kind of problems. Suppose any of the above stated situations occurs, at that moment how system device identify and represents the commanders and community, and finally the stated situation be able to taken care of straight away without any further delay. A smart intelligent helmet system is a defending head covering used by rider for making bike riding safer than earlier. This is finished by incorporating sophisticated features like detecting the usage of helmet by the rider, connected Bluetooth module in helmet. In order to maintain the temperature inside the helmet device we need to include CPU fan module inside the device. RF based helmet prevents road accidents and identify whether people community is not using a component helmet or used. Main responsibility of the system is to detect accidents by vibration sensors, accelerometers and also with the help of modules global positioning system and global system for mobile commnicaiton module. A wireless communication device used to discover the accident area site location and likewise notifying the two-wheeler drived people's relatives and short message text information passed to the positioned hospitals.
Networking environments are exposed to outside attacks and privacy threats. Due to broadcast nature of radio transmissions, wireless devices experience more vulnerable situations than those of wired network devices. This paper assumes that a wireless device has two network interfaces, one for accessing internet using 3G services, and the other for constructing an ad hoc network. To deal with privacy threats, this paper introduces an approach in which wireless devices form a special ad hoc network in order to exchange data using anonymous communications. One or more intermediate peers should be involved in the construction of an anonymous path. The proposed anonymous communication mechanism discourages traffic analysis and improves user privacy. According to simulation results, the anonymous connection in an ad hoc network prefers the intermediate peer(s) which is located near the source and/or the destination peer, rather than randomly-selected peers.

Recently, there have been many research on fever management using u-healthcare technology. Especially, fever of infants requires continuous monitoring of body temperature by parents. For infants between 4 weeks and under 5 years old, it is recommended to use an electronic thermometer or chemical thermometer in the axilla, or to use an infrared thermometer. However, in order to overcome the reality of not being able to waste significant time on continuous monitoring, there have been demands of patch type thermometers with the internet of things (IoT) and wireless communication technologies. Existing IoT thermometers are difficult to attach to infants' body because they do not take into account its size, and their interoperability is not guaranteed because they do not comply with standards in communication. Therefore, in this study, a patch-type thermometer with a diameter of 20 mm and a weight of 2.9 g was developed to manage the fever of infants, while it communicates wirelessly with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication protocol and complies with IEEE 11073 PHD(Personal Health Device) at the same time. We verified its performance under the requirements of thermometers regulated by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

In this paper, we design a gateway protocol architecture for building an IoT-based smart factory. A smart factory system consists of several terminal devices, gateways and servers, and connects them through a wireless network. The terminal device collects information from various sensors and transmits the information to the server through the gateway. The terminal device controls the actuator by receiving a control signal according to a control algorithm of the server or by manual operation. Therefore, the gateway system connects Wi-SUN, a wireless smart utility network, and the Internet, serves as a Wi-SUN coordinator, and is equipped with Modbus-TCP to interwork with SCADA.
Due to recent explosion of information available online, question- answering (Q&A) systems are becoming a compelling framework for finding relevant information in a variety of domains. Question-answering system is one of the best ways to introduce a novice customer to a new domain without making him/her to obtain prior knowledge of its overall structure improving search request with specific answer. However, the current web poses serious problem for finding specific answer for many overlapped meanings for the same questions or duplicate questions also retrieved answer for many overlapped meanings fer the same questions or duplicate questions also retrieved answer is slow due to enhanced network traffic, which leads to wastage of resource. In order to avoid wrong answer which occur due to above-mentioned problem we propose the system using ontology by RDF, RDFS and mobile agent based on JAVA. We also choose wireless internet based embedded device as our test bed for the system and apply the system in E-commerce information domain. The mobile agent provides agent routing with reduced network traffic, consequently helps us to minimize the elapsed time for answers and structured ontology based on our proposed algorithms sorts out the similarity between current and past question by comparing properties of classes.

In this paper, we propose a specification-based intrusion detection system for WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability). In proposing the system, we focused on providing lightweight code, supporting multiple languages and hardware independence. The proposed system is based on an algorithm which detects an intrusion to main API of WIPI-HAL(Handset Adaptation Layer) and defines the prototype of mIDS(mobile IDS) API group that it can be added on the HAL. Moreover, we prove apply possibility through a WIPI emulator using java library.

This paper proposes a system called Wireless Link based on Global Communication Channel (WLGCC) to enhance the spectrum sharing between digital broadcasting (DB) services and the cognitive radio (CR) system in the licensed band of 470-790 MHz. The WLGCC aims to enhance the spectrum sensing and geolocation database (GLD) spectrum sharing methods in the CR system. Spectrum sensing can be enhanced by receiving the status of the used frequencies from the WLGCC, thereby eliminating the need for a low detection threshold (i.e., avoiding the hidden node problem). In addition, the GLD can be enhanced by providing a reliable communication link between the database and the CR device in the form of an unused TV white space that is reserved as the proposed Global Communication Channel (GCC). This paper analyzes the coexistence of the new WLGCC system and the DB service in terms of avoiding additional interference. Specifically, we mathematically determine the WLGCC parameters, such as the in-band and out-of-band power levels, and operation coverage, and verify them using Monte Carlo simulation. The results show that WLGCC does not degrade the existing DB service and reliably transmits information of the vacant (or used) frequency bands to the CR.

In the many countries, research about ultra wideband wireless transmission technique is widely studied for efficient utilization of frequency resource due to a sudden increase of demand of frequency resource all over the world. The ultra wideband communication system has the some specific advantages. First, it can transmit data with high speed, second short transmission range can increase the frequency reuse rate, and finally it has high security property. However, there is a interference between ultra wideband system and other communication system but study to solve this problem is insufficient. To efficient utilization of limited frequency resource, a novel frequency avoidance technique and setup the standardization of frequency interference must need. So, the purpose of this paper is that increases communication efficiency of microwave communication systems to analyze the technical trends for transmission of the low power device, and to research the implementation and technical research of wireless access network technique of wideband communication systems.

With the advances in wireless communication technology and the advent of smartphones, research on location-based services (LBSs) is being actively carried out. In particular, several spatial index methods have been proposed to provide efficient LBSs. However, finding an optimal indexing method that balances query performance and index size remains a challenge in the case of wireless environments that have limited channel bandwidths and device resources (computational power, memory, and battery power). Thus, mechanisms that make existing spatial indexing techniques more efficient and highly applicable in resource-limited environments should be studied. Bitmap-based Spatial Indexing (BSI) has been designed to support LBSs, especially in wireless broadcast environments. However, the access latency in BSI is extremely large because of the large size of the bitmap, and this may lead to increases in the search time. In this paper, we introduce a Selective Bitmap-based Spatial Indexing (SBSI) technique. Then, we propose an Adaptive Bitmap-based Spatial Indexing (ABSI) to improve the tuning time in the proposed SBSI scheme. The ABSI is applied to the distribution of geographical objects in a grid by using the Hilbert curve (HC). With the information in the ABSI, grid cells that have no objects placed, (i.e., 0-bit information in the spatial bitmap index) are not tuned during a search. This leads to an improvement in the tuning time on the client side. We have carried out a performance evaluation and demonstrated that our SBSI and ABSI techniques outperform the existing bitmap-based DSI (B DSI) technique.

Due to advances in wireless communications and portable terminals, any-time, any-where, and any-device Internet access is possible. In particular, Internet access in moving vehicles is an emerging and challenging issue. Even though a variety studies have been conduced for vehicular networks, little attention is paid to vehicular Wi-Fi networks where a Wi-Fi access point (AP) is installed at the vehicle and the AP is connected to an external base station (BS). In this paper, we conduct a measurement study on the uplink and downlink throughput for Internet access in vehicular Wi-Fi networks. We consider diverse network environments: high-speed train, car, and subway. Measurement results demonstrate that current Internet access in vehicular Wi-Fi networks are not satisfactory for interactive multimedia applications. Therefore, in-depth study on resource management in vehicular Wi-Fi networks is strongly required.
