A questionnaire was used to collect date on general characteristics, health status, social health status and utilization rate for health services. The instruments used in this study were the Lawton scale, to measure daily routine function, the MMSE-K developed by Folstein and modified to fit the Korea situation, for mental health status, and the CES-Dtool developed by Radloff, for emotional health status. the SPSS Window program was used to calculate percentages. Tests of significance were done using t-test and ANOVA. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify variables influencing the use of health services. The results are as follows : Of those utilizing senior citizen centers, 40.9% of males and 17.3% of the female thought they were healthy. The average score for IADL was 7.4. The daily routine of female respondents consisted of buying household articles and drugs, and other IADLs such as riding the bus or subway alone. These resulted in a higher score compared to males. For emotional health, 7.6% of the males reported depression compared to 21.6% of the females. For mental health, 48.5% of the males and 28.8% of the females were found to be in the group suspicious for dementia. On social health, 57.6% of the males and 62.6% of the females reported no intimate human relations. Of those older people who had close human relations, 52.5% of the males indicated a friend as the closest person and 53.8% of the females, their children. On use of health services, there was a significantly higher need for mobile medical care services treatment for those with lower education levels and status of window/widower. There was a significantly higher need for health exmination services for those with lower levels of exercise, greater satisfaction with sleep, higher levels of oral health care, and higher social contacts. In conclusion, there is a need to provide varied programs for the promotion of health, along with parallel resolution of social, psychological and economic issues. It is recommended that health services for elderly people provided by the health centers be implemented with full recognition of these characteristics and differences.
This study examined the factors that affect the relationship between window bakery employee psychological capital l, job satisfaction and customer orientation. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed to employees, of which 205 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 15 unusable responses. The Internet is absolutely contributed to information telecommunication revolution nowadays. Realizing local network at the various type of buildings such as a company and a university, ethernet is used for subnet and FDDI, ATM are used for backbone mainly in order to get internet services. Processing TCP/IP protocol suite and analyzing the protocol exactly is essential to detecting the problem occurring in the network and developing communication equipment. This paper presents implementation of ethernet LAN protocol analyser which monitors and simulates ICP/IP protocol suite carrying the Internet and non-Internet protocol such as Netware and NetBIOS. MS window98 and visual C are used for development environment and application program operates on the NDIS firmware. The performance analysis on the proposed system is carried out as monitoring and simulating the traffic over LAN of a university. In the result of monitoring the system, the processing time of a packet captured over the LAN is about 1.5ms. In case of simulating the system, the processing time to be taken carrying out TCP connection and disconnection once is packet is about 8.6ms. The performance analysis of monitoring and simulation results satisfies with 10 Mbps ethernet LAN environment.
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the self- perceived stress of high school students on their oral health care and the relationship between stress and oral health care. The subjects in this study were the students in four different high schools located in Chungcheongnam-do, on whom a self-administered survey was conducted. The answer sheets from 939 respondents were analyzed by PASW Statistics ver.18.0 for Windows. The girls were more stressed than the boys about their studies, appearance and material resource, and the sophomores felt more stress about their home and studies. The group whose academic achievement was good in the past semester had the lowest stress about home and material resource, and the group whose economic standard was higher were less stressed about appearance and material resource. As a result of comparing their oral health care by general characteristics, the groups who were sophomores and whose academic achievement was good in the past semester were most excellent in that regard, and the students whose economic standard was higher and whose average weekly allowances were larger took better care of their oral health. Concerning the influential factors for oral health care, stress about peer relationship was positively related, and stress about material resource was negatively related. Given the findings of the study, the development of oral health care programs that include how to relieve stress is required, and more intensive education is necessary as well. Besides, education for school personnel in charge of student health management and the development of related manuals are both required.
In addition to wired communication technology, wireless communication technology has had communication revolution nowadays. Bluethooth technology carries out data/voice communication within pico-net. Nowadays the various services are supported by access network connected to public network. This paper presents implementation of bluetooth protocol analyser which simulates bluetooth protocol. MS window98 and visual C are used for development environment and application program is operated over the firmware loaded on the bluetooth device connected to the PC through UART which of the maximum transmission rate is 115kbps because transmission rate less than 20kbps affects rarely the performance. The performance analysis on the propose system is carried out as simulating the signalling information for the voice test and the traffics between two bluetooth systems for file transfer. The throughput analysis for file transfer service and call processing capacity for voice service are considered as performance analysis parameters. File access time is very important parameter and throughput is 13 kbps in case breakpoint time to file access is 0.04sec. Also call processing time is about 16.6ms in case of communication with the headset. The performance analysis of simulation results satisfies with bluetooth device development.
The purpose of this study is to measure the relation of employment stress and self-esteem in some health college students and to consider a proper means for the solution. The population of the research is some randomly chosen health college students located in Seoul City during the period from May 10 to June 11 2010, and the sample of 295 students were recruited as the analysis object group. The data on general characteristics and employment stress were collected by a questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The following shows the results of this study. 1. Employment stress was low in high group of satisfaction in campus life. It was statistically significant(p<0.001). 2. Mean scores of total self-esteem in study population were 3.1 and positive self-esteem level(3.76) were higher than negative ones (2.44)(p<0.001). 3. The relation between employment stress and selfesteem(r=0.132) revealed significant correlation. 4. In regression analysis, home economy, competence for a schoolwork, satisfaction in campus life, self-esteem(p<0.001) were proved as significant factors that is related to the employment stress. In other words, It is significant statistically that the lower home economy, competence for a schoolwork, satisfaction in campus life, self-esteem, the higher employment stress level. I suggest with the result of the study that for coping effectively employment stress of health college students, we will need to open an educational development considering self-esteem and an exclusive employment counsel window for better administrationwelfare service in campus, to expand industry-academic cooperation in community. Because of students are independent responsibility of employment, active effort must take precedence in order for the solution of problem by themselves. Also, we will need to create better academic environment and show more concern, consideration, love in family.
