  • 웹 2.0을 적용한 블로그, 위젯, RSS 등의 여러 가지 기술들의 발전은 계속적으로 변화하는 교육에 필요한 다양한 툴을 제공해 주고 있다. 현재의 초등학교 교육은 단순히 지식을 전달하고 그것을 학습하는 과정뿐만 아니라 교수자와 학습자, 학습자와 학습자 사이의 상호작용을 통한 교수.학습과정이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 교육은 교수자와 학습자 모두가 참여하는 형태로 발전하게 될 것임에 분명하다. 그러나 이러한 상호작용에만 국한될 경우 학습자들이 기본적으로 알아야 할 핵심지식에 대한 교육이 소홀해 질 수 있다. 따라서, 교수자와 학습자가 원활한 상호작용을 이루어 질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 학습 환경이 필요함과 동시에, 핵심지식의 전달이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 툴이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 2.0의 여러 가지 기술들을 통해 교수자와 학습자가 원활한 상호작용을 이룰 수 있는 환경에 대한 분석을 통하여 핵심지식의 전달이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 교육용 위젯을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교육용 위젯을 활용한다면 교수자와 학습자의 상호작용을 통한 교육에서 다루지 못하는 부분의 핵심지식 교육을 보충함으로써 학습자들의 핵심지식의 습득 및 학습효과를 증진시키는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 데스크탑에서 실행되는 이동형 개인맞춤 SW 플랫폼 YouFree의 개인용 위젯들을 사용자가 용도로 모아 배포하고 공유하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템에서는 사용자가 외부로부터 위젯 모음들을 다운받아 자신의 작업환경을 구축하거나, 사용자가 생성한 위젯 모음을 다른 사용자가 이용할 수 있도록 공유하는 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 개별적으로 위젯들을 설치하는 것보다 위젯 모음 공유 기능을 통해 더 빠르게 사용자는 자신의 작업환경을 구축할 수 있다.

  • Time series data is a sequence of data points, measured typically at successive, spaced at time intervals. Many devices for an efficient exploration is developed according as the items of time series data increase. Among these devices, there is a Timebox widget as a representative device of dynamic query for interactive data exploration. Timeboxes are rectangular query region of interest. The users can draw the region of interest using simple mouse manipulation and the query result sets is displayed. But there is a limitation to represent the concrete query region and Timeboxes visualize the query region inconsistent with the mental model of users. To resolve these problems, we propose a new device called DQB(Dynamic Query Band). DQB is a qeury region consisting of user defined polyline with a thickness on time series data. This device is possible to concretely specify the query region. Also, it provides a simple and convenient interface and a good conceptual model.

  • Since the appearance of smartphones, the smartphone market has been in fierce completion by new technologies and marketing trends. The smartphone market is now somewhat saturated, and the manufacturers are trying to improve their position in the market through the repurchase of existing customers and the influx of competitors. At the same time, customers have their own purchasing criteria for smartphones. Therefore, manufacturers need to determine new technology and marketing trends based on customer purchasing trends and usage characteristics. The aim of this study is to analyze the quality attributes of smartphones. We conducted a survey on 220 respondents, and divided the respondents into several groups by purchasing trends and usage characteristic through cluster analysis. The groups are analyzed and compared based on the Kano model for the quality attributes of smartphone. The analysis result are as follows. Firstly, purchasing trends divide responders into groups that prefers high-end premium smartphones and those that take into account practicality in terms of purchasing trends. Secondly, usage characteristic divide responders into three groups: those with clear usage pattern, those who prefer ease of use, and the rest, and we find out that those with clear usage pattern are important customer in viral marketing. Lastly, Kano analysis is revealed the 'Slow/hi-speed camera', 'Private mode', 'Widget', 'Health care' are attractive quality attributes.

UI Elements Identification for Mobile Applications based on Deep Learning using Symbol Marker (심볼마커를 사용한 딥러닝 기반 모바일 응용 UI 요소 인식)

  • Recently, studies are being conducted to recognize a sketch image of a GUI (Graphical User Interface) based on a deep learning and to make it into a code implemented in an application. UI / UX designers can communicate with developers through storyboards when developing mobile applications. However, UI / UX designers can create different widgets for ambiguous widgets. In this paper, we propose an automatic UI detection method using symbol markers to improve the accuracy of DNN (Deep Neural Network) based UI identification. In order to evaluate the performance with or without the symbol markers, their accuracy is compared. In order to improve the accuracy according to of the symbol marker, the results are analyzed when the shape is a circle or a parenthesis. The use of symbol markers will reduce feedback between developer and designer, time and cost, and reduce sketch image UI false positives and improve accuracy.

  • Recent increase in the number of websites as one of the most used communication channels beyond just for promotion has led to the increased need for integrated management for member websites, as well as brand sharing among websites. Studies on how to deal with website authorship issues more efficiently has been ongoing since early 2000. However, these studies have mostly dealt with single website management and were not applicable to authoring and management related issues for centralized platform for multiple websites. This study intends to design a management platform for authoring and managing of centralized websites in the education field, utilizing various designs while building websites.

  • This study was written to create educational content in non-destructive fields based on Mixed Reality. Currently, in the field of radiation, there is almost no content for educational Mixed Reality-based educational content. And in the field of non-destructive inspection, the working environment is poor, the number of employees is often 10 or less for each manufacturer, and the educational infrastructure is not built. There is no practical training, only practical training and safety education to convey information. To solve this, it was decided to develop non-destructive worker education content based on Mixed Reality. This content was developed based on Microsoft's HoloLens 2 HMD device. It is manufactured based on the resolution of 1280 ⁎ 720, and the resolution is different for each device, and the Side is created by aligning the Left, Right, Bottom, and TOP positions of Anchor, and the large image affects the size of Atlas. The large volume like the wallpaper and the upper part was made by replacing it with UITexture. For UI Widget Wizard, I made Label, Buttom, ScrollView, and Sprite. In this study, it is possible to provide workers with realistic educational content, enable self-directed education, and educate with 3D stereoscopic images based on reality to provide interesting and immersive education. Through the images provided in Mixed Reality, the learner can directly operate things through the interaction between the real world and the Virtual Reality, and the learner's learning efficiency can be improved. In addition, mixed reality education can play a major role in non-face-to-face learning content in the corona era, where time and place are not disturbed.

  • Social cost has been increased by traffic accident and congestion since early 1990s. The construction of roadways and railways has been suggested as countermeasures. However, ITS has finally introduced as a logical solution because the expenses of infrastructures are costly. The data collection field has developed through numerous researches and pilot projects. However the information provision field does need a lot of study. The traffic information broadcasting whether simple traffic information or the value-added information has been available via radio, television and internet which does not require tremendous investment compared with data collection stage. Therefore, this study reviews the suitability of the gadget service usually offered by window vista users which is the result of the development of technology and the changes of internet environment. It also suggests to using the RSS(Really Simple Syndication) manner as a basic method to provide the traffic information based on the needs of user in order to enhance the usability of traffic information. For this, this study analyzes the current methods and techniques of traffic information service which is widely available by local governments and companies and suggest possible changes and methods in order to provide Gadget-based service to the public.

  • In this paper, we presents an efficient rich media framework based on MPEG-4 LASeR PMSI. Rich media provides distinctive features such as dynamic updates and object-based interactivity over the conventional AV centric media service. It rapidly gains its popularity as the convergent multimedia services between broadcasting and telecommunication. MPEG-4 LASeR is an international standard which provides specifications for such rich media services. Recently MPEG added an extension to LASeR called PMSI. It provides an efficient technique to present SI on a scene by referencing specific portions of SI from PI. The presented rich media application is using PMSI of MPEG-4 LASeR standard to provide users a widget-like rich media application. This application utilizes MPEG-4 LASeR with PMSI technique as PI, and this PI references SI to present information that resides in SI on a scene. In this paper, we provide descriptions of technical ingredients used to build the presented application. The framework is presented followed by the implementation result. Possible impacts and applicable services are described in the conclusion.
