Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the care manager curriculum for elderly's health & welfare and exam it's perspectives. Method: A descriptive survey was used. four hundred eight students of S university and seventy seven professionals were participated for this study. The curriculums evaluated for the elderly's health and welfare was care managers. eight times Brainstormings were done with five faculty members of S university to exam the current curriculums and to guide new perspectives. Result: Brainstorming results are as follow: the best curriculum contents is NEWSTART, we need new role for elderly's health & welfare. Conclusion: Even though, care manager have been working for the elderly, their role focuses not the direct care but the management. Therefore we need new role to do direct care to the elderly.

The old couple household is also growing up with the growth of the aged so this is problem that needs to consider the home welfare service aspect. Otherwise, by the decrease of the number of the child and facilities' space availability, the government searching for proper usage of that kind of space in terms of financial and administration. So this study have combining of elementary school and home care for the aged facility especially for the increase of home care for the aged service facilities and improvement of using elementary school's space. That will increase the elderly cares and have need the homewelfare-service in the future, we select study elderly welfare facilities. We use analysis that analyze the trend of an elderly and social changes and conclude for the complexation of elderly welfare facilities, compound form of an elementary school, traffic line, space organization and interaction space organization.

'고령화' 및 '고령사회'라는 표현은 20세기 말부터 우리사회에 회자되어 온 용어라 하겠다. 즉, 65세 이상의 인구가 차지하는 비율이 점점 높아짐에 따른 결과이다. 무엇보다 인구의 고령화는 사회경제적 차원의 많은 문제를 초래하기에 복지문제차원의 국가적인 문제로 대두되어 왔다. 이미 고령화를 일찍 경험한 선진국은 보건의료서비스, 소득보장 및 장기요양보호문제 등의 노후복지서비스 제공을 위한 국가 재정과 법제도적 차원의 대응방안을 모색하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인복지법이라는 법제적 차원의 선진 일본과의 비교법적 고찰을 실시하였다. 무엇보다 노인복지를 포함한 사회복지법제의 내용은 각 국가의 사회, 정치, 경제, 문화등과 밀접한 관련을 가진다. 또한 고령사회로의 진입에 따른 우리나라의 현실에서 법제도적 차원의 노인복지법에 대한 진단이 필요하다. 즉, 노인이라는 사회적 존재 및 역할에 대한 다양한 이슈는 바로 법제도적 차원의 진단에서 출발한다 하겠다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 노령화의 선발국가인 일본의 노인복지법을 바탕으로 향후 우리가 당면해야 할 고령 및 초고령사회를 위한 법제도적 장치에의 시사점을 제언하고자 한다.

Because of developing medical science, lengthening the average life span and so on, the population of the elderly goes on increasing. The population of the healthy and high-income old people are increasing, also. So this study aimed to grasp the facilities and program situation of the welfare hall for the elderly as a welfare-leisure institution. The elderly be going to a hall are anticipated too many, based on the number of the hall per local old people. The majority of the hall are organized similar spaces and progams in them. There are almost not different things among the welfare halls and the locations. So they should be set on the aged' higher requirements and the old man's need varying in different localities. Also, 'gyoungrodang' remodeled in facilities and programs near their houses is likely to be recommended as the nest best thing.

Purpose of this study is to find the research direction to solve the housing problems for the elderly which based on approaches and issues in related studies. Research method was interpretative analysis of the articles issued from 1976 to 2002. Each approach (rationalistic approach, ecological approach, micro-sociological approach, typological approach, environment-psychological approach, welfare approach) produced helpful information and had relative merits. But the researchers must regard housing for the elderly as a social problem in macroscopic view to solve the housing problems for older people with welfare approach. As a result, to solve the housing problems with welfare approach for the elderly who live in their own place with community care, studies about lifetime home, care and repair, and management of housing for the elderly might be needed. And research about existing services, transfer system of services, financial problems, man power to manage the system might be needed to spread out the services to the middle class elderly.

As the elderly population increases, concerns for the elderly's welfare become greater both quantitatively and qualitatively. In order to give a chance for the elderly to live in familiar dwelling and regional context to which they are accustomed, and to participate in their society actively, it is of great importance that suitable living spaces must be provided for the elderly. The practical ways of providing people with good living environment and its easy maintenance for healthy and valuable lives were discussed in this paper. This research is designed to propose pertinent policies related to social issues concerning the elderly. 137 seniors over 60 living in Gwanaju city were sampled and surveyed. The scope of planning for the elderly's lifestyle and welfare is divided into two parts, one is planning of space for the realization of stable and spacious dwellings and another is urban environment planning capable of supporting healthy and affluent lifestyles. Also, the realization of stable housing, the construction of urban structure for a healthy life, and the provision of barrier-free living conditions are investigated. For increasing the degree of stabilization and improvement for the elderly's life, self-governing bodies should grasp the demands of living condition and spatial requirements by taking the lifestyles of the elderly into account in urban or regional levels. Then, a master plan including development, improvement, execution, and maintenance of proper housing facilities and urban environments should be made for the best results.

본 연구는 남녀 독거노인과 부부노인의 증가추세에 주목하여, 이들의 생활수준과 만족도를 살펴보고, 복지서비스 이용을 파악하여 사회적, 국가적 차원의 노력들이 연구대상들에게 어떠한 상태로 개입되고 있는 지 분석하고자 하였다. 분석에는 한국복지패널 5차(2010년도) 자료를 사용하였으며, 2,716가구 노인들의 응답내용으로 기초통계, T검증, 카이스퀘어 검증, 분산분석, 사후검증, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 여성 독거노인의 경제수준과 건강수준이 가장 낮았고 노령연금수급과 식생활이나 간병, 일상생활지원 복지서비스에 대한 이용도가 높았으며, 남성 독거노인은 노후보장수준이 미약하며 가족과 사회적 관계 만족도가 가장 낮았고 의료비와 물품지원서비스 이용도가 높았다. 상대적으로 부부노인은 연령대가 낮고 복지서비스 이용 수가 적으며 일자리사업 참여율은 높게 나타났다. 회귀분석결과, 복지서비스 이용도에는 세집단 모두 공통적으로 노후보장 수준과 가족관계 만족도가 영향요인으로 검증되었다. 결과를 통해 복지서비스 개입 시 우선대상 선별기준을 예측할 수 있었으며, 경제 및 건강관련 복지서비스 영역 외에도 심리정서적 지원서비스가 필요함을 제언하였다.

Recently there has been increasing the population of the elderly, the welfare of the elderly is no longer family's and personal problems. It is a social issue that the communities have a role to supply the systematic welfare service of the elderly and the facilities. Therefore It is needed to study the extended function and role of Gyungrodang because Gyungrodang is the most wide spreaded welfare service facilities for the normal elderly in urban single housing district. The subject of this study is to propose the facilities' program improvement method for the Gyungrodang that hold a extended role as a community welfare service facility for the elderly. This paper Is assessed as an sustainable research of normalization of the old people's living. By the comparison analysis of the existing Gyungrodang in Daejeon City and the investigation results of the welfare service present condition of the elderly in Daejeon City, finally the facilities' program improvement direction for the Gyungrodang is proposed.

For 387 married women in their 20s to 50s, we inquired about the differences in whether they intended on moving into a welfare facility, depending on their views on supporting the elderly and the burden of supporting elderly parents, and tried to find out factors that would affect their decision to move into a welfare facility. With those objectives in mind, we conducted a survey targeting married women in their 20s to 50s who live in Seoul, Daejun or a city or county in Choongnam-do, and carried out frequency analysis, intersection analysis, one-way ANOVA and judge analysis. Our findings from those analyses are summarized as follows. First, when considering married women's characteristics and examining their intention of moving into a welfare facility for the elderly, there was a meaningful difference in their intention depending on age, academic background, occupation, and area of residence. Second, our analysis of the differences in their intention of moving in, based on married women's view on supporting the elderly and the burden of supporting elderly parents, indicates that due to these responsibilities, the greatest number of married women expressed their intention of moving in if a convenient facility for the elderly and service were provided. However, the analysis for the intention of moving in depending on savings for old age, did not exhibit any meaningful difference. Third, from the examination of determining factors for married women's intention of moving into a welfare facility for the elderly, based on age, academic background, occupation, residential area, responsibility for supporting an elderly family member and savings for old age, it was found that the burden of support was the only meaningful effective factor.

The elderly population ratio of domestic is the actual condition where the countermeasure which is various for there is a possibility of saying that is already experiencing the aging society, is considered. The expansion of the elderly welfare facility of the area where is located among the rest in the situation as a matter of metropolitan area of domestic ephemerality and the price of land which the earth has, duplication operation etc. is having a problem point and the ephemerality which are various. About of composition different facility and leads with alternative and expansion and function of function and facility leads and the synergy effect which is various shows. So this study is consequently does the school facility which is located in life circle of the city center in middle of composition of the elderly welfare facility and other facility and in the object and under proposing boil the complex at the time of spatial composition blueprint with the elderly welfare facility and the school.
