커버곡 검색 정확도 향상을 위한 적합도 기반 크로마그램 쌍별 유사도 (A relevance-based pairwise chromagram similarity for improving cover song retrieval accuracy)

  • 음악 유사도 계산은 음악 검색 서비스 구현에서 중요한 구성 요소 중 하나이다. 본 논문은 커버곡 검색 성능을 제고하기 위해서, 크로마그램 벡터 별로 커버곡 검색 적합도를 구하여 음악 유사도 계산 시 가중치로 활용한다. 커버곡 검색 적합도는 확률 적합도 모델을 이용하여 구한다. 커버곡 검색에 도움이 될 수 있는 분별도가 높은 벡터에 높은 가중치를 부여하고, 흔하게 존재하여 분별도가 떨어지는 벡터에 낮은 가중치를 부여하는 방식으로 음악 유사도 함수를 유도한다. 두 가지 커버곡 실험 데이터셋에서 성능 비교를 수행하여 제안한 음악 유사도 함수가 커버곡 검색 성능을 개선시킬 수 있음을 보였다.

형방패독산(荊防敗毒散)과 독활지황탕(獨活地黃湯)이 Wistar rat의 노화(老化)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Hyeongbangpaedok-san and Dokhwaljihwang-tang that Get Weight, Hematology, Biochemistry Change by Wistar Rat's Aging)

  • 1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out effects of Hyeongbangpaedok-san(HBPDS) and Dokhwaljihwang(DHJH) against decline of physical function as aging. 2. Methods Administrating HBPDS and DHJH to 40-week-old Wistar rat for 10 weeks so, I researched weight change, weight change of internal organs, and hematological and serological changes. 3. Results & Conclusions 1. Both examining groups, which were taken HBPDS and DHJH, got more weight than control group. But that was regardless. 2. Both examining groups got more weight on internal organs than control group. But that was regardless, too. 3. Both examining groups decreased in amount of MDA in serum, as contrasted with control group. But it was regardless. 4. Both examining groups improved on hematological condition. WBC, RBC, Hgb, monocytes and eosinophil rates were decreasing and HCT and PLT were increasing. Especially monocytes(p<0.001) and eosinophil(p<0.05) rate of DHJH taken group was decreased remarkably. 5-1. Both examining groups show decline in each item of functional examination of liver, such as ALT, AST, T-bilirubin, T-protein, ALB, A/G. T-chol, TG, etc. HBPDS taken group showed meaningful decline in Albumin(p<0.01) and A/G(p<0.01) and DHJH taken group showed meaningful decline in T-bilirubin(p<0.01). 5-2. Both examining groups showed decline in items of functional examination of kidneys. Specially HBPDS taken group showed meaningful decline in CRN rate(p<0.05) and DHJH taken group showed meaningful decline in BUN rate(p<0.05). As those results, HBPDS and DHJH are effective against decline of physical function as aging.

  • 1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out effects of Choeongsimyeonja-tang and Taeumjowi-tang on the against decline of physical function as aging. 2. Methods In Wistar rat 10, 30, 50 week and 40 week Choeongsimyeonja-tang & Taeumjowi-tang between 10 weeks form condition change of weight, change of intestine weight, hematology, blood chemistry, research result about serum content following conclusion get. 3. Results and Conclusions 1. Observed gain in weight than control group form of Cheongsimyeonja-tang & Taeumjowi-tang to aged Wistar rat. 2. Is thought to promote activation of living body action gaining intestine weight along with gain in weight. 3. Displayed decrease of MDA's content of serum than control group form of Cheongsimyeonja-tang & Taeumjowi-tang to aged Wistar rat. 4. Change that is Wistar rat's hematological value by aging according to 10, 30, 50 week WBC, RBC, Hgb, monocyces, eosinophil ere. increase, and HCT, PLT ere. showed tendency that decrease accorcling to old-week, and observed improvement that is hematological value than control group form of Cheongsimyeonja-tang & Taeumjowi-tang.5. Change that is Wistar rat's biochemical value by aging was measured highest in 50 week because ALT, AST, BUN, CRN, T-bili., T-chol., TG, TP, ALB, A/G. P ete. increase according to 10, 30, 50 week, and observed improvement that is biochemical value than control group form of Cheongsimyeonja-tang & Taeumjowi-tang. Is considered by being effect that Cheongsimyeonja-tang & Taeumjowi-tang living body function decline by aging by this result.

수중운동 프로그램이 건강한 중년여성의 체중, 근력과 유연성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Aquatic Exercise Program on Body Weight, Muscle Strength and Flexibility in Healthy Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: Aquatic exercise program is known to have positive effects for health maintenance and improvement in inpatients with arthritis. Aquatic exercise program could be a way to obtain wellness in middle-aged women. However, there have been few studies to evaluate physical function. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of aquatic exercise on physical health such as body weight, BMI, muscle strength (grip strength, pinch pressure), and flexibility in healthy middle-aged women. Method: The subjects of the study were fifty healthy middle-aged women (40-59 years) who had no experience with exercise. Twenty five subjects were assigned to the experimental group and 25 to the control group. An aquatic exercise program which consisted of approximately one hour of exercise in the water two days per week. for six weeks was given to the experimental group. Data were gathered from October 2000 to April 2001 using a questionnaire and physical function measure tool (pinch pressure, grip strength. weight. centimeter ruler). Data were analyzed with the SPSS win 10.0 using frequency, t-test, $x^2$ test, paired t-test. and ANCOVA. Result: The results of this study are as follows: There were significant differences in body weight, BMI, right, left grip strength and right and left pinch pressure between the two groups. Conclusion: From these results, it is concluded that the aquatic exercise program for healthy middle-aged women can be effective in increasing physical health in these women.

Using variational method, we obtain some existence and multiplicity results for such problem in two cases when the weight function V (x) may change sign or not.

  • Erythrosine used as a colouring agent in drugs, cosmetics and foods in Korea, was examined for its effects on murine immune system and methemoglobin formation. As immunotoxicologic assay parameters, we adopted circulating leukocytes and immunoorgan weights for pathotoxicology, IgM plaque forming cells and arthus reaction for humoral immunity, delayed hypersensitivity reaction of cell mediated immunity and carbon clearacnce for macrophage function. Erythrosine's effects were observed as follows; 1. Ery throsine showed no significant effects on circulating leulocyte counts and relative immunoorgan weight. 2. Erythrosine diminished IgM plaque forming cells. 3. Erythrosine decreased arthus reaction, in the dose dependent manner. 4. Erythrosine had no significant effect on delayed hypersensitivity. 5. Phagocytic and corrected phagocytic index were not affected. 6. Methemoglobin content was similar in the test and control groups.

  • 본 연구에서는 Bueckner의 가중함수법을 열충격 문제에 도입하여 열충격 응력 세기계수를 구하고, 평면변형을 파괴인성치와 비교하여 재료가 열충격을 받은 후 파괴 되는 시간을 이론적으로 계산한다. 또한 음향 방출법을 이용하여 파괴시간을 측정하 고 이론치와 비교한다.

  • In this study, structural optimum design was applied to the girder of magnet over head crane. The optimization was carried out using ANSYS Code for the deadweight of girder, especially focused on the thickness of its upper, lower, side and reinforced plates. The weight could be reduced up to around 15% with constraints of its deformation, stress, natural frequency and buckling strength. The structural safety was also verified by the buckling analysis of its panel structure. It might be thought to be very useful to design the conventional structures for the weight save through the structural optimization. The objective function and restricted function were estimated by the orthogonal array, and the sensitivity analysis of design variable fur that was operated.

  • Meta-analysis refers to quantitative methods for combining results from independent studies in order to draw overall conclusions. We consider hierarchical models including selection models under a skewed heavy tailed error distribution and it is shown to be useful in such Bayesian meta-analysis. A general class of skewed elliptical distribution is reviewed and developed. These rich class of models combine the information of independent studies, allowing investigation of variability both between and within studies, and weight function. Here we investigate sensitivity of results to unobserved studies by considering a hierarchical selection model and use Markov chain Monte Carlo methods to develop inference for the parameters of interest.

Effect of Growth Improvement in Photosynthetic Bacteria as a Function of 880 nm Light Emitting Diode Luminosity

  • Light Emitting Diode (LED) of 880 nm was used as a function of luminosity in culture of the photosynthetic bacteria including Rhodobacter sp.. An array of 880 run LED was driven with an energy density of $6.0mW/cm^2$. In processing time, we were able to show that the cell growth were gained of significant changes in the pigment and in the dry weight. And we also showed that photosynthetic bacteria had the resonable relativity of optical density to dry weight. LED-880nm is of great significance for the potential use of photo-bioreactor construction.
