The purpose of this was to investigate the differences in recognition of brand and advertisement image according to the life style segments of adolescents. The subjects selected for the final analysis were 613 female high school students whoe were residents in Seoul Pusan and Taejeon. The statistics used for data analysis were factor analysis one-way ANOVA Duncan's multiple range test paired t-test frequency distribution and percentage by the SPSS program The results of this study were as follows : 1. The life style of adolescents wee classified into five groups : Sports Uninterest group Friend Preference/Fashion Uninterest group Sports Preference/Home Oriented group Fashion Interest group and Confidence group. 2, The brand image and advertisement image recognition didn's correspond in general 3. The brand image and advertisement image recognition were significantly different among five groups of life style. The Confidence group and Friend Preference/ Fashion Uninterest group recognized brand image and advertisement image lower than the other groups.

This study examined the effect of abolition of school uniform on personality. The subjects were 317 boys(mean age : 18) and 312 girls(mean age : 18) in third grade of high school. the subjects were selected from 4 uniform high schools and 4 free-choice wearing clothes high school in which were situated at north and south part of Han-River in Seoul. They wee administered with the following questionnaires to measure the creativity individuality self-efficacy. conformity of behaviour conformity of attitude autonomy and responsibility. Results indicated that (1) the effect of abolition of school uniform on personality must be considered in the moderator effect of the preferred clothes of students. These results were discussed and its implication and following study were suggested.

Hot deformation behavior of GCD-50 cast iron has been investigated by employing the compressive test. Phenomenological deformation behaviors, which were modeled based on the dynamic materials model and the kinetic model, have been correlated with the microstructural change taken place during compression. Microstructural investigation revealed that the adiabatic shear band caused by the locallized deformation was taken place in low temperature and high strain rate. On the other hand, the wavy and curved grain boundaries, which repersent the occurrence of dynamic microstructure change such as dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization, were observed in high temperature and low strain rate. Deformation model based on hyperbolic sine law has also been suggested.

Magnetic Characteristics of an InSb hall device of multilayered structures were investigated. For the measurement of electrical properties of the hall device InSb thin films fabricated with series and parallel multilayers wee evaporated. Hall coefficient hall mobility carrier density and hall voltage were measured as a function of the intensity of magnetic field. We found that the XRD analysis of InSb thin film showed good properties at 20$0^{\circ}C$ 60 minutes. Resistance of ohmic contact was increased linearly due to increasing current. Hall voltages at 0.01 T showed 5$\times$10$^{-4}$ [V] and $1.5\times$10$^{-3}$ [V]. Some of device fabrication technique and analysis of magnetic characteristics were discussed.

Italian furniture companies play a leading role in the world furniture market and are acknowledged as good design trend leader. Their craftsmanship which has been handed down from the past is thoroughly applied to the process of design and production. Two well-known furniture companies in Italy, 'B&B Italia' and 'Kartell', are chosen as a case study model to grasp the key of their success. In general and objective material collecting and researching, this study aims at understanding the method of the advanced corporations' design development, marketing strategy and brand identity This study is expected to use as a research material for Korean furniture industry to escape from the serious depression after IMF shock.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰과 스마트폰이 블루투스로 연결할 때 페어링 진행을 최초 1회만 하는 것에 대한 위험성에 관하여 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구현한 트로이목마 어플리케이션은 희생자 스마트폰과 페어링이 되어 있을 경우, 실행과 동시에 공격자의 스마트폰과 블루투스로 연결되도록 하였다. 희생자 스마트폰의 어플리케이션은 스마트폰의 카메라를 작동시켜 사진을 촬영하고 스마트폰에 저장된 주소록 데이터를 추출하며, 촬영한 사진과 추출한 주소록 데이터를 공격자의 스마트폰으로 전송한다. 공격자는 희생자의 스마트폰에서 탈취한 정보를 확인할 수 있다.

Europium doped yttrium vanadate ($YVO_4$:Eu) phosphor thin films were grown using a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique on silicon substrate. The structural characterization carried out on a series of ($YVO_4$:Eu films at post annealing temperature in the range of 550 $^{\circ}C$-1150 $^{\circ}C$ indicating that films were preferentially (200) oriented at post annealing temperature above 950 $^{\circ}C.$ Photoluminescence of thin film increased with the increase of post annealing temperature and ambient oxygen pressure though the thin film has the powder-like surface morphology at oxygen pressure above 200 mTorr. Photoluminescence decay from $^5D_1$ level of $Eu^{3+}$ show the great concentration dependency, which can be used as a good parameter to control the composition of ($YVO_4$:Eu thin film.

Comparative biological activities of 70fr methanol extracts from the main roots and rhizomes of both red and white ginsengs were investigated using several in vitro experimental models. The main root of red ginseng and the rhizome of white ginseng strongly inhibited lipld peroxidation of hepatic microsomes induced by the non-enzymatic $Fe^{+}$ / Ascorbate system. The main root and rhizome of red ginseng markedly inhibited the release of G07, GPT and LDH by $CCl_4$-induced cytotoxicity in primary cultured rat hepatocytes as compared with those of white ginseng. And also, the main root of red ginseng showed a slight differentiating activity on HL-60 cancer cell line. The results suggest that the rhizome of ginseng have potential as a source of medicinal crude drug with possible pharmacolobica1 applications .

To Identify phenolic components known to exist in Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) by GC/MS, three derivatization methods were employed for their analyses. First, phenolic components in ether soluble acidic fraction prepared from Korean red ginseng powder were taimethylsilylated. Secondly, phenolic acids in the same fraction were esterified with diazomethane followed by trlmethylsilylation. Thirdly, acidic components in ginseng powder were extracted and esterified concurrently by methanolic sulfuric acid, followed by fractionation of phenolic components with Silica Sep-Paka and trimethylsilylatlon. All phenolic components found in ginseng except gen tisic acid were identified by retention times and mass spectrums of standards. Besides, 5 phenolic components including salicyl alcohol and 1-H-indole-2-carboxylic acid were first identified from Korea an red ginseng by GC/MS.
