Recently, the marine leisure industry has begun to make a mark on the growth engines of the Korean economy. Hence, various government research projects are in progress to catch up with the fundamental yacht technologies of advanced countries. Research on the integrated management technologies of sail yachts is carried out as a part of those projects. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a basic architecture for robust and high-level management systems. In this paper, we suggest a product-oriented Yacht Work Breakdown Structure (YWBS). General WBS has a drawback in that it can only follow the targeted purpose, but YWBS allows for a generic WBS approach. This concept allows us to apply WBS to multi-purpose uses. The YWBS is used as an infrastructure in information management and for data relationships in sail yacht management systems. YWBS is designed and managed by a web application, and the system is implemented with a website as a user interface. This application has not only a design function, but also a data transfer function that is based on the Microsoft Silverlight platform, a kind of Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology. Using this application, YWBS designers can communicate with the management system without added tasks like as uploading and updating.

본 논문에서는 다 계층 구조와 다양한 웹 언어로 구성된 한국내 쇼핑몰로부터 상품평 수집을 위한 래퍼 데이터베이스 기술 언어 및 모델을 제안한다. 기존에 제안된 래퍼 기반 웹 크롤러는 HTML 문서를 수집할 수 있고, 수집 대상으로 하는 문서의 계층 구조는 2~3계층이다. 그러나 한국형 쇼핑몰 사이트는 HTML 문서뿐만 아니라 다양한 웹 언어(JavaScript, Flash, AJAX)로 구성되어 있고, 그 계층 또한 5계층으로 이루어졌다. 웹크롤러가 이 5 계층 사이트에 있는 상품평만을 수집하려고 하면 상품평이 있는 위치를 정확히 알고 있으면 된다. 우리가 제안하는 래퍼에는 이러한 정보를 포함하고 있도록 하였고, 이러한 정보를 기술하기 위해 필요한 래퍼 데이터 기술 문법도 제안한다.

선진국을 중심으로 의료시장 개방 압력이 거세지고 있다. 아울러 일반인들도 건강정보에 대한 관심이 점차 증가되고 있다. 최근 건강(의료)정보 포털 사이트의 폭발적 증가를 가져왔으나 시대의 흐름에 적합한 양질의 의료정보 검증에 대한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건강정보 웹사이트의 소비자 중요도와 만족도 면에서 사용성, 정보구조 및 내용, 그리고 상호작용성과 이와 관련하여 재방문 의향 여부를 측정하였다. 이를 위하여 정보시스템 품질평가에 유용한 도구로 평가되는, 수정된 기술수용모형을 기반으로 개발된 WebQual 모형을 이용하여 건강정보 웹사이트의 소비자 중심 품질 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구 목적에 적합한 수정된 WebQual 품질 요인 48개의 문항으로 323명의 충청지역 거주자에 대한 건강정보 웹사이트 품질 요인을 조사 분석하였다. 조사 분석결과는 WebQual 품질 요인 중에서 소비자 중심의 품질요인으로 크게 사용성, 정보품질(정보체계, 정보내용), 상호작용성(개인화, 개인정보보호) 각각의 세부 주요 요인들을 도출하였으며 재방문성과의 관련 정도를 나타낼 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 무한 경쟁 시대의 건강정보 웹사이트 구축에 유용한 시장 전략을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용은 컴퓨터의 기술적 발달과 함께 다양하게 변화하여 왔으며 웹의 보편화와 함께 웹의 특성을 반영한 다양한 형식과 방법의 상호작용이 시도되고 있다. 이러한 다양한 상호작용의 개념중 대화형 에이전트는 대화의 대상으로 캐릭터를 사용하며 대화에 의한 상호작용을 통해 자연스럽고 인간적이며 직관적인 상호작용을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 연구는 그 구현을 중심으로 진행되고 있으며 웹에서의 실질적인 적용은 시험적 단계를 거치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가상 강좌 사이트에서 보다 적극적인 활용대상으로서 대화형 에이전트를 적용하기 위해 대화형 에이전트의 상호작용 방식의 주요 개념인 대화에 대하여 고찰하였다. 다음으로 웹에서 이루어지는 대화적 특성을 연구하고 웹에서의 대화 구성 방식을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 대화형 에이전트를 구현하여 가상 강좌 사이트에 적용하였으며 사이트 운영 및 평가를 통해 대화형 에이전트의 적용 가능성을 살펴보았다.

This study investigates the effects of a two-sided message on product attitude and purchase intention by using a message structure variable, such as attribute importance in the context of online consumer reviews (OCRs). Study 1 explains the previous inconsistent results of a two-side message by comparing a one-side message and a two-side message by using the attribute importance in negative reviews. Study 2 determines the reasons for the inconsistent results of a refutational two-sided message research by using the attribute importance in negative reviews and website trust. Two experiments are designed to test our hypotheses. The first experiment is a $2{\times}2$ factorial design with 84 participants. The second experiment uses a $2{\times}2{\times}2$ factorial design with 196 participants. In study 1, two-sided OCRs are more credible than one-sided OCRs, and two-sided OCRs that use low important attributes are more effective in making favorable product attitude/purchase intention. In study 2, refutational two-sided OCRs that use high attribute importance render positive effects on product attitudes in trustworthy websites. However, the refutation could negatively affect product attitude/purchase intention in low trustworthy websites.

Microorganisms play an important role in the geochemical cycles, industry, environmental cleanup, and biotechnology among other fields. Given the high microbial diversity, identification of the microorganism is essential in understanding and managing the processes. One of the most popular and powerful method for microbial identification is comparative 16S rRNA gene analysis. Due to the highly conserved nature of this essential gene, sequencing and later comparison of it against known rRNA databases can provide assignment of the bacteria into the taxonomy, and the identity of its closest relatives. Isolation and sequencing of 16S rRNA genes directly from natural environments (either from DNA or RNA) can also be used to study the structure of the whole microbial community. Nowadays, novel sequencing technologies with massive outputs are giving researchers worldwide the chance to study the microbial world with a depth that was previously too expensive to achieve. In this article we describe commonly used research approaches for the study of individual microorganisms and microbial communities using the tools provided by Ribosomal Database Project website.

초고속이면서 소요 메모리의 크기를 극소화한 IP 라우터용 Lookup 알고리즘을 제안하고 성능을 분석하였다. 메모리 크기가 작으므로 고속/고가의 SRAM(10ns)을 사용할 수 있고, 구조가 간단하여 하드웨어로 구현 가능하였다. 본 장치는 1${\sim}$3회의 메모리 접근을 통해 Lookup이 가능하고, IPMA 사이트에서 구한 40,000개의 라우팅 정보를 이용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과 대략 ${\sim}$316KB의 포워딩 테이블용 메모리만이 소요된다. 이때 압축을 수행하는 옵셋 임계치는 8이다. ALTERA EPM7256시리즈에 100MHz 클럭을 이용하여 모사시험한 결과 10ns 접근속도를 가진 SRAM 기준으로 2회의 메모리 접근만으로 Lookup하는 경우 45ns의 접근시간이 소요되며, 3회의 메모리 접근이 필요한 경우는 ${\sim}$177ns의 접근시간이 소요된다.

Prolamins are the main seed storage proteins in cereals. Gluten proteins seem to be prolamins because their primary structure have the meaningful quantity of proline and glutamine amino acid residues. Gluten proteins are found in crops such as wheat (Triticum aestivum), barley (Hordeum vulgare), and rye (Secale cereale) which are major food crops in the Triticeae tribe. Glutenin and gliadin, hordein, and secalin are typical gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye, respectively. Gluten affect grain quality so that many researches, such as isolation or characterization of their genes, have been carried out. To improve the quality of grains in the Triticeae tribe, it is necessary to understand the relationship within their gluten proteins and their evolutionary changes. The sequences of nucleotides and amino acids of gluten protein including glutenins, gliadins, hordeins, and secalins were retrieved from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) and Uniprot (http://www.uniprot.org/). The sequence analysis and the phylogenetic analysis of gluten proteins were performed with various website tools. The results demonstrated that gluten proteins were grouped with their homology and were mostly corresponded with the previous reports. However, some genes were moved, duplicated, or disappeared as evolutionary process. The obtained data will encourage the breeding programs of wheat, barley, rye, and other crops in the Triticeae tribe.

Purpose. For more effective hospital management, it analyzes the trend through general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratio analysis, grasps the causes of the problems, and analyzes management of the hospital in order to use the result as baseline data for development of the hospital in the future. Methods. The collected data of 3 years from 2011 to 2013 about 3 tertiary hospitals in metropolitan cities from Alio (provider of public institution information; www.alio.go.kr), Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (www.hira.or.kr), and the website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (www.mw.go.kr) were analyzed and general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratio, analysis are used as data. Results & Conclusions. From the result of data analysis from 2011 to 2013, general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, financial ratio analysis, and pie charts could lead to conclusions as follows. In the result of comprehensive analysis, the 3 tertiary hospitals showed increase of fixed expense due to extension of the buildings and so did the scale of fund and asset. Although medical revenue increased, the margin of increase for medical expense was greater than that of medical revenue, which consequently led to loss. In prediction for the 3 tertiary hospitals based on characteristics so far, it is expected to see improved revenue structure after building extension is completed, but it is necessary to exert management effort to maintain its optimal level by enhancement in stability of management and inventory turnover through management of inventories.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between cue utilization and perceived website quality and purchase intention for an online store. To achieve this, we suggest a conceptual model that examines the relationship among product introductions, online communications, online reviews, perceived quality, and online purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This research utilizes SPSS 19.0 and AMOS17.0 to analyze the data. We used factor analysis to shape the structure of the original data and saved the information with multiple dimensions. We then deployed the AMOS software to analyze the model. We performed both factor analysis and structural equation analysis. Results - The findings of this study show that graphic and word descriptions, online chatting, and online reviews have a positive influence on perceived quality. Furthermore, perceived quality has a positive influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - First, detailed product information should be added to influence quality perception. Second, consumers expect a certain level of service while shopping. Simultaneously, online products reviews from consumers deserve attention as they can impact consumer purchase intention.
