This research aims to produce and implement web-based continuing nurse education programs in response to nurses' educational needs, and to verify them, thus preparing for the times that the program will be offered via web. This research designed, produced and implemented 'emergency nursing' and 'medical fee schedule management' subjects based on Jung, In-seong's(1997) web-based instructional system design, and then compared the learning achievements of web-based learning group of 38 people with those of face-to-face learning group of 39 people. The questionnaire have been developed by these researchers to measure pre-learning knowledge on 'emergency nursing' and 'medical fee schedule management.' Data collected for this research have been given statistical analysis, using SPSS 10.0 for Windows Program. As a result of giving Mann-Whitney test, with respect to pre-learning prior knowledge level, there was no significant difference between the web-based learning group and the face-to-face learning group(Z=-.092, p=.926), while after completing learning, there was a significant difference in the learning achievements between the web-based learning group and the face-to-face learning group(Z=-2.406, p=.008). That is, this research revealed this: the web-based learning group and the face-to face learning group with both having no significant difference in the pre-learning level, after receiving the continuing education each with different methods(face-to-face education and web-based education), showed that the web-based learning groups attained higher learning achievements than the face-to-face learning groups. This result proves the effect of the web-based education to be no worse or even better than that of the face-to-face education, provided that choices of appropriate themes and quality courses composition, as well as systematic design development effective implementation are guaranteed.

인터넷을 통한 웹 기반 교수-학습 시스템은 상호작용 증진을 통한 학습자 위주의 교육환경으로 지속적인 변화를 지향해 왔다. 그 결과 학습자는 시간과 공간의 제약에서 벗어나 다양한 교육정보를 접할 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있게 되었다. 결과적으로 인터넷의 발달은 교육환경의 변화를 가져왔다. 인터넷을 통한 웹 기반 원격교육은 이제 교육의 여러 분야에 폭넓게 적용되고 있다. 사실, 인터넷을 통한 원격교육은 이제 새로운 교육패러다임으로 자리를 잡았다. 본 논문에서는 교사를 대상으로 하는 원격 교육 시스템에 한정하여 시스템 개발에서 운영에 이르기까지의 모든 과정에 대한 경제적, 교육적 효율성 확보를 목적으로 하였다. 따라서 시스템 개발에서는 주요 모듈의 컴포넌트화를 시도하여 재사용성 증대를 통한 설계 기간 및 비용의 감소를 이끌어 내어 개발의 효율성을 높이고, 구성주의 원리를 교육학적 기반으로 함으로써 교육의 효율성을 최대로 끌어올릴 수 있도록 설계하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based education program on control vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) infections and to identify the effects of the program on knowledge and performance of nursing students. Methods: The web-based VRE infection control education program was developed by using the network-based instructional systems design model. The nursing students in the experimental group could access this web-based education program at any time, and as many times as they wanted, during the clinical training period. Effects were evaluated by assessing knowledge and performance of VRE infection control measures during the clinical training period. Results: The contents of the education program included diagnosis, transmission, and treatment of VRE, contact precautions, hand washing, personal protective equipment, environment management, and quizzes. The lecture portion was filmed in a virtual screen studio using flash animation, video, and sound effects, and it was uploaded on an internet site. The knowledge and performance scores of the experimental group after using the education program were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: The results suggest that the web-based VRE infection control education program is an effective educational method to enhance knowledge and performance of VRE infection control measures.

이 연구는 인터넷 기반 분류체계를 제공하는 주제별 디렉토리인 Yahoo Korea와 Argus Clearinghouse, DDC의 분류체계, ERIC시소러스의 분류체계, KEDI교육 시소러스의 분류체계를 비교. 분석하여 봄으로써 웹 주제별 디렉토리의 교육학 학술정보의 분류체계의 모형을 구축하기 위해 시도되었다. 이들의 분류체계는 주제범위의 포괄성, 분류체계의 논리성, 주제 용어의 정확성 탐색의 효율성의 4가지 척도를 가지고 분석되었다. 새로운 교육학 학술정보를 위한 검색엔진의 분류체계 모형은 학술적인 면과 실용적인 면을 고려하여 주제영역의 내용, 정보자료의 형태, 이용자의 탐색의 효율성을 고려하여 16개의 대구분 주제항목과 47개의 중구분 주제항목으로 전개되어 구축되었다.

This paper presents a web-based virtual classroom which can be creating efficiencies in the learning process of PHP language. The proposed flash animations which explain the important principles of several topics for PHP language are designed for the learners to easily understand by executing them through simple mouse clicks. The proposed flash animations enables the learners to achieve efficient and interesting self-learning since the learning process is designed to enhance the multimedia capabilities on the basis of various educational technologies. Also, internet-based on-line voice presentation and its related texts together with moving images are synchronized for efficient, language learning process. Through the proposed virtual classroom, the learners will be capable of learning the concepts related to PHP language and its coding. The results of this paper are to allow the implementation of an efficient virtual classroom, and are also expected to make a contributions to the activation of internet-based educational systems.

대부분의 이러닝 시스템은 복잡한 가입 절차를 거쳐야 하고 교육과정 또한 여러 부분으로 나뉘어 있어 서비스를 이용하기가 쉽지 않다. 이는 사용자가 학습에 대한 관심을 쉽게 잃게 만들 수 있고 학습 능률도 떨어뜨릴 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한 대부분의 이러닝 과정은 유아 및 초등학생들을 대상으로 하고 있지 않아 보호자 없이는 학습을 원활이 할 수 없는 설정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초등학생들을 대상으로 하는 영어 이러닝 시스템을 설계 및 구현 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자들의 나이가 어리다는 것을 참고하여 사용자 측면의 환경을 최대한 쉽고 흥미롭게 구성 한다. 본 시스템은 3가지의 클래스로 구성되고 사용자들은 능력에 맞게 미리 정해진 코스 정보를 이용하여 각 클래스별로 코스를 진행하게 된다.

운영체제는 추상적 개념과 기법들을 다루고 있지만, 대부분 이론 수업 위주로 진행되고 있다. 이론 수업은 강의 내용에 대한 이해와 집중력 저하를 유발하므로 학습 내용의 이해를 돕고 흥미를 유발하는 다양한 방법들이 시도되었다. 본 논문에서는 CPU 스케줄링 알고리즘들의 이해를 돕기 위해 학습자가 언제, 어디서나 웹 브라우저나 스마트폰을 사용하여 다양한 상황을 설정하고 알고리즘의 스케줄링 과정을 모의 실험해 볼 수 있는 웹 기반의 교육용 CPU 스케줄링 시뮬레이터를 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 시뮬레이터를 수업에 활용한 후 2014학년도 수강생들을 대상으로 구현된 시뮬레이터의 사용 편의성과 유용성에 대한 만족도 설문조사를 통해 시뮬레이터가 학습 내용에 대한 이해도 증진과 문제해결 능력을 배양하는 교육용 도구로 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다.

지필검사는 매우 제한적인 학생정보만 제공한다. 그래서 온라인상에서 웹기반으로 실시하는 컴퓨터이용 검사가 개발되고 시도되어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 기존의 시스템은 문항을 자유롭게 이동하며 시험을 치를 수 없다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점으로 인하여 각 문항에 소요된 시간, 답안 변경 내역, 각 문항의 방문 횟수등과 같은 심화된 정보를 얻어낼 수 없다. 이러한 심화된 정보는 교육평가 영역에서 매우 중요시되는 정보이다. 심화된 정보를 알기 위해서는 응시자가 문항을 자유롭게 이동하면서 시험을 치를 수 있어야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 기존의 시스템이 제공하는 기본 정보 이외에 심화된 정보를 얻을 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 67명의 학생들에게 지필검사와 함께 각각 적용하고 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사를 실시한 이유는 개발된 시스템에 대한 유용성을 확인하기 위함이다.

웹 사이트가 정보와 지식 습득을 위한 일상생활의 필수도구로 인식되면서 정보취약계층을 위한 웹 접근성이 중요시 되고 있다. 특히 2008년 장애인차별금지법의 시행으로 접근성 있는 웹 사이트의 제작이 의무화됨에 따라 웹 접근성 관련 전문 인력의 수요가 더욱 증가하고 있으나, 국내 대학의 정규 교육과정에서 웹 접근성 교육은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 타일러 모형과 교수체제 설계기법에 기반을 두고 국내 대학에서 활용 가능한 웹 접근성 교육과정을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 웹 접근성 교육목표를 설정하고, 국내 423개 대학과 국외 4개국의 197개 대학을 대상으로 웹 접근성 관련 교육현황 및 교육내용 구성과 특징을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 웹 접근성 교육 내용을 구성하였고 웹 접근성 전문가 자문을 통해 이의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 논문은 국내 대학이나 기관에서 웹 접근성 전문 인력 양성을 위한 교육과정의 기초자료로서 활용이 가능하다는 점에서 실무적인 공헌도가 있다.

웹 서비스 사용자가 증가하면서 웹 애플리케이션을 공격하는 방법들이 여러 가지 유형들로 나타나면서 웹 애플리케이션 보안에 관한 중요성의 인식도 증가하고 있다. 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 도래한 지식정보사회는 급변하는 사회에서 창의성과 인성 교육에 필요한 웹사이트의 구축이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 창의 인성 교육기반의 디지털 큐레이션 시스템에서 제공하는 교육 콘텐츠에 대한 SQL Injection과 XSS에 대한 공격 방법과 취약점을 분석한다. 그리고 SQL Injection과 XSS에 대한 웹 공격에 대응하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
