Purpose: As Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) has increasingly been proven as a means of cost-effective and higher-quality healthcare, its successful implementing are challenging. This study done to identify EBP beliefs, knowledge and performance among nurses experienced as a preceptor. Method: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted with a convenience sample of 249 preceptor nurses working in 9 general hospitals in Korea. Reliable and valid questionnaires (EBP beliefs scale, Evidence Based Practice Questionnaire, Research-related activities) were used and the data were analyzed using SPSS win 17.0. Result: Perceived beliefs on EBP were relatively positive (mean score 3.57 out of 5), and the level of knowledge was moderate (4.21 out of 7). However, performance of EBP was low (3.82 out of 7). Regularity in reading research journals and searching evidences using core web-database were rarely conducted. Statistically significant correlations were found between beliefs, knowledge and performance of EBP (all p<.05). Conclusions: This result indicates that education and training programs to facilitate EBP performance are needed among preceptor nurses.

Gesture is applied in many applications such as smart-phone, tablet-PC, and web-browser since it is a fast and simple way to invoke commands. For gesture applications, a gesture designer needs to consider both user and system during designing gestures. In spite of development of gesture design tools, some difficulties for gesture design still remains as followings; first, a designer must design every gesture manually one by one, and, second, a designer must repeatedly train gestures. In this paper, we propose a gesture proposal system that automates gesture training and gesture generation to provide more simple gesture design environment. Using automation of gesture training, a designer does not need to manually train gestures. Proposed gesture proposal system would decrease difficulties of gesture design by suggesting gestures of high recognition possibility that are generated based on mahalanobis distance calculation among generated and pre-existing gestures.

Purpose: The web based KRAS risk assessment support system to facilitate risk assessment in small businesses and provides an assessment model for each type of business. In order to help understand risk assessment, private institutions have opened and operated training in charge of risk assessment. It will present the effectiveness of education in charge of risk assessment and measures to improve and revitalize it accordingly. Method: Using SPSS 22 for 670 workplaces that completed risk assessment personnel training within 5 years from 2017 to 2021, the disaster rate was analyzed through correlation analysis and t-test by dividing groups of less than 100 people into groups of 100 people. Result: Hypothesis 1-5 are adopted and reject 5-8. Conclusion: It is possible to consider the organization of a curriculum according to the size of a company for corporate education with more than 100 employees and to enhance the benefits of recognizing risk assessment.

This paper introduces platform of platform (POP) for global network on climate adaptation change and disaster risk reduction (CCA/DRR). The POP consists of disaster prevention technology e-market platform, e-learning platform, information sharing platform, and monitoring platform for AMCDRR action plan. The POP is developing based on Korean e-Government standard framework and supports Web and mobile service. Additionally the POP uses special product and technology to search and classify data about CCA/DRR.

최근 컴퓨터 해킹이 커다란 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 물론 시스템 보호를 위한 많은 상용 제품들이 존재하지만, 침입피해 상황에서는 대부분의 경우, 시스템 관리자의 현장 경험에 의존하는 실정이다. 따라서 시스템 관리자는 기존의 침입에 관한 해결방법 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 위협들에 대한 대처방안을 항상 준비 하여야 한다. 이러한 침입상황을 시스템 관리자들에게 교육하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 모의 훈련환경을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템의 특징은 우선, 지식베이스로부터 동적으로 생성되는 학습 주제들로 이루어진 교과 과정을 학습자에게 제시한다. 학습자에 의해 선택된 학습 주제는 학습목표로 간주되고, 이 주제는 교수 계획에 의해 다수의 임무(mission)들을 생성한다. 학습자는 각 임무에서 주어진 상황을 가상의 UNIX명령어들을 직접 사용하여 모의 실험해 봄으로써 임무 완수에 필요한 지식을 숙지할 수 있게 된다. 시스템은 임무 완수에 요구되는 해 경로(solution paths)를 유지함으로써, 학습자의 문제 해결 과정을 감독할 수 있고, 도움을 요구하거나 실수를 할 때 적절한 힌트를 제공한다. 시스템은 웹 기반의 클라이언트/서버 구조로 설계되어, 학습자는 브라우저만으로도 학습이 가능하고, 자바 애플릿으로 이루어진 가상 운영체제 하에서 직접 침입대처 상황을 학습 할 수 있다.

정보기술의 발전과 e-Business 환경이 급속히 확산됨에 따라 기업에서는 다양한 목적의 정보시스템을 개발 및 이용하고 있다. 그러나 규모가 작은 국내 중소규모 기업 및 조직에서는 여러 가지 제약 조건과 인식부족으로 경제적 환경변화에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 더욱이 중소규모 교육기관에서의 e-Business환경 구축은 전통적인 비즈니스 프로세스 기반의 특성으로 인해 전환을 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 이에 경제적인 인트라넷을 구현하여 활용함으로써, e-Business환경 변화에 적극 대응하고, 수요자 욕구에 반응할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 그 성과를 다양한 측면에서 해석하여 인트라넷 구현의 가치를 평가하였다.

Document filtering is a task of deciding whether a document has relevance to a specified topic. As Internet and Web becomes wide-spread and the number of documents delivered by e-mail explosively grows the importance of text filtering increases as well. In this paper, we treat document filtering problem as binary document classification problem and we proposed the News Filtering system based on the Bayesian Classifier. For we perform filtering, we make an experiment to find out how many training documents, and how accurate relevance checks are needed.

분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 지식을 공유하기 위한 자동적인 정보 교환을 위해서는 정보의 내용이 무엇이지 나타나 있어야 하며, 정보 교환 시스템들 간의 정보의 구조에 대한 암묵적인 합의가 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 분산되어 있는 가상 교육 시스템들이 자동적으로 강의 컨텐츠 정보를 교환할 수 있는 구조를 위해 XML Schema를 이용하여 설계한다. 이러한 설계는 강의 컨텐츠의 재사용과 확장성 및 처리 프로세스를 통한 자동 변환의 편리함을 제공해야 웹에서 강의 컨텐츠를 공유하여 학습자와 교수자에게 양질의 학습자료를 빠른 시일에 제공할 수 있으며 이것은 더 나은 학습 결과와 ROI(Return Of Investment)를 기대할 수 있다. 또한 XML 문법의 XML Schema를 사용함으로써 XML의 장점은 모두 이용할 수 있다. 즉, 세계 각 대학이나 연구소 및 기업에 분산되어 있는 여러 데이터소스로부터 필요한 정보만을 실시간으로 추출하여 수집, 통합, 통계 처리할 수 있어서 궁극적으로 최고의 WBT의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 차별화 서비스(Differentiated Service)를 구현하기 위하여 퍼지 이론을 적용한 웹 서버 컴퓨팅 노드들의 동적인 성능 분리(Performance Isolation) 기법에 관하여 논하였다. 제안된 기법은 컴퓨팅 노드의 현재 부하량, 사용자 계층별 요청률을 퍼지 입력 변수(Fuzzy Variables)로 하여, 애매모호한 노드의 정량적 부하를 정성적으로 표현할 수 있도록 하였으며, 이를 통해 계층별 요청률의 급격한 변화에 대응하여, 계층별 요청을 처리하는 담당 노드의 수를 동적으로 조절할 수 있게 하였다. 성능분석을 통해 제안된 퍼지 기반 성능 분리 방식의 서비스 응답시간이 퍼지기법을 사용하지 않은 일반적인 성능 분리에 비해 개선되는 것을 확인하였다.

기존 분산 가상환경 시스템에서는 참여자들 사이의 언어 외적인 의사교환을 지원하기 위해 참여자의 아바타에 몸짓이나 얼굴 표정 등을 표현할 수 있도록 애니메이션 가능한 아바타를 사용한다. 하지만 아바타 애니메이션으로 참여자의 의사 및 감정 표현을 표현하는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 가상 환경 내의 다중 사용자들의 의사 교환 및 감정 표현을 극대화할 수 있는 방법으로 실시간 화상 대화 가상 환경 학습.훈련 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계한 시스템은 학습 참여자의 화상 및 음성 스트림을 전달함으로써 기존 응용들에 비해 풍부한 의사 교환을 지원하고, 가상 공간에서 학습에 필요한 다양한 모듈들을 포함하고 있다.
