This study empirically investigates the effect of web-based research ethics education to principal investigator who conduct national research project. The web-based research ethics education program was devised and operate for each research field. After education educational satisfaction, understanding and moral judgement were investigated. The research results revealed that education was improving educational satisfaction and but also understanding whereas moral judgement was not. These findings imply that moral judgement was not enhancing though short-term research ethics education as preceding research. Moreover, this paper speaks to a supplemented program with methods of ethics education which needs more interactive communication within long-term education for enhancing effectiveness of instruction.

The purpose of this study is to develop the contents for Cyber Learning System of Korean Costumes on WBI(Web Based Instruction) that can be applied to home economics learning and teaching and used to help learners get more positive attitude toward home economics education through various activities. The contents consist of the materials about Korean costumes that are divided into five periods, that is, three ancient kingdoms(Shilla, Packche, and Koguryo), Unified Shilla, Koryo Dynasty, Chosun Dynasty and early 1900s in Korea. They also consist of lectures on kinds, characteristics, and changing procedures of those costumes. These lectures are supposed to help learners understand the traditional culture of Korean costumes. Furthermore, the lists of terminology on Korean costumes enable learners to solve the problems related to the costumes on their own. In conclusion, the developed contents on Korean costumes for Cyber learning make it possible to learn and teach home economics in the distance by applying the educational information system to secondary schools and to support the learning system for the home economics education in the schools.

We have been setting in The age of Ubiquitous that people are able to connect networks whenever and wherever by developing network. We can take any classes anytime we want even right checking out the result of a test through the internet with the spread of networks. The development of net-works has created WBI(Web Based Instruction) which has covered the limit of conservative education for instance, there are some content differences whenever a teacher teaches for each class, it is hard to take a lesson after having a certain period, the process of the class is changed as time goes by and so on. As the study of WBI is actively being worked in this moment, a various of class models are showing and materializing. In WBI, the exiting Objective Checking Assessment is applicable, some of the Performance Assessment which inspects and judges students' actual performance is Working whereas teachers who actually give them points don't have a embodied Performance Assessment Program. In this paper, I will present a Performance Assessment to use conveniently Performance Assessment Program not just students carrying out Performance Assessment using the internet but also teachers dealing with actual administrative works.

Distance Learning Education has been adopted as an alternative educational method to actively face the changing educational field. Fashion design education essentially requires not only a theoretical but also a practical process in which feedback comes through personal interactions between an instructor and a student. Hence, the existing WBI system exemplifies its limitations by applying only a one-way methodology that limit interactions based only on the theoretical texts. The objective of this study was to reveal the effects of an originally designed Distance Education program factoring in a teaching-learning methodology that addresses the practical demands of a fashion design program. So It analyzed the pre-existing conditions through a questionnaire survey of 472 students and 60 fashion design instructors to determine how the traditional fashion design education is different from other programs and which method is being applied. then, It designed and applied an original web-based distance educational system specifically incorporating the needs of the fashion design curriculum based on the data collected from the survey questionnaire.

This paper analyzes if the rapidly increasing cyber universities' remote education provides services based on web accessibility standard and suggest the direction to reduce information difference between people. It selected 10 cyber universities recognized by the government and analyzed the application situation of the web accessibility using' A-Prompt', an evaluation and analysis tool for web accessibility focusing on factors that can be evaluated technically. It also compared it with $\ulcorner$cyber universities remote education web accessibility result$\lrcorner$ performed in 2006 to confirm if the accessibility is improved according to 'web contents accessibility instruction (KWCAG) 1.0. The result shows that the items such as the use of text and the support of supplementary explanation tool have improved. But it was analyzed that it is difficult for people to use web contents provided by domestic cyber universities. So the educational contents' accessibility application must be considered to solve such problems and publicize the remote education.

It is difficult for existing construction support system to provide real-world information such as geographical and spatial data, geographic information system is expected to be able to supply efficiently analyzing and supporting function as well as actual data by connecting construction support system. Furthermore, the providing method and content of GIS are varied by building various network and information service, and use of web GIS which can offer diverse and dynamic solution on network is spreaded. In this study, information management system for construction works(CIMSGIS : Construction Information Management System on Web GIS) based on web GIS is developed, which can confirm instantly state of advance and manage construction progress by real-time reporting and instruction. Also CIMSGIS can support decision making on intuitive understanding and manifold operation reporting.

First of all, Developing information technology makes it possible to change a paradigm of all kinds of areas, including an education. Students can choose learning goals and objects themselves and acquire not the accumulation of knowledge but the method of their learning. Moreover, Teachers get to be adviser, and students play a key role in teaming. That is, the subject of leaning is students. Constructivism emphasizes the student-oriented environment of education, which corresponds to the characteristics of hypeimedia. In addition, Internet allows us to make a practical plan for constructivism. Web Based Internet provides us with a proper environment to make constructivism practice md causes an education system to change. Sure Web Based Instruction makes them motivated to learn more, they can gain plenty of information regardless of places or time. Besides, they are able to consult more up-to-date information regarding their learning use hypermedia such as an image, audio, video, and test, and effectively communicate with their instructor through a board, an e-mail, a chatting etc. A school and instructors have been making effort to develop a new model of a teaching method to cope with a new environment change. In this thesis, with 'Design and Implementation of Web Based Instruction Based on Constructivism', providing online learner-oriented and indexed video lesson, learners can get chance of self-oriented learning. In addition, learners doesn't have to cover all contents of a lesson but can choose contents they want to have from a indexed list of a lesson, and they ran search contents they want to have with a 'Keyword Search' on a main page, which can make learners improve learner's achievement.

The web is expected to cause the lot of its utilizing as a means of computer instructed learning and recently the applying instance on the web is more increasing in the education. From educational perspectives. the web-based instruction is much superior to any other medium in the view of interaction and greater to the amount of transmitted information. The various learning contents of WBI program can make students feel more excited and interested in learning activities. Also the creative talent and application abilities of the learner are able to be developed by mixing various sorts of multimedia materials up such as moving pictures. graphics and sounds. In this study, a WBI courseware learning program for the problem solving was designed and Proposed on the base of the theory of constructivism for the subject of social science in the 6th grade of elementary school. The experimental results showed that the learning accomplishment of an experimental class was much better than that of an existent class.

Web based lecture & learning system has changed the conventional learner-oriented educational environment by adding mutual interactions. From the learner competency-based education. the necessity of the learner-oriented education and the mutual cooperation among the learners has been increased. A project-based education system will achieve a progressive development in understanding and the competency for the job to be performed by the mutual interactions between the learners and between the learners and the lecturer. This paper presents the project-based learning system in order to facilitate and achieve the goals of the industrial business processing system implementations in the ongoing popular Internet environments. In the proposed project-based system, the lecturer presents a problem to be solved and leads the education as a supervisor The learner can maximize the efficiency for study by taking advantage of the learner-oriented comparison study and the patterning.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of online information literacy instruction as liberal arts course offered at Sungkyunkwan university. For this purpose, Curriculum was designed in the way of interactive online tutorials. And the results of pre-and post-tests and the term-end student course evaluation data were analyzed. The results were as follows. Five basic information literacy competencies were improved through Online course. And the effect of Online instruction did show the statistical significance. but had a difference by department. Also, There appeared to be a relatively high level of Students' satisfaction with the curriculum. Therefore, this study revealed that online information literacy instruction as liberal arts course is a highly effective method for teaching information literacy to undergraduate students.
