In this paper, W-DCAP-HTR(Web-based Design Compatibility Assessment Program for High Temperature Reactor) which will be used to check the design criteria for high temperature reactor is newly proposed. To do this, the assessment procedure of the ASME Sec.III Div.5 such as time-dependent primary stress limit, accumulated inelastic strain, and creep-fatigue damage evaluation were investigated. Furthermore, the trend of candidate materials for high temperature reactor was also reviewed. Then, all assessment procedures for high temperature reactor have been computerized to enhance the efficiency and to reduce the possibility of human error during calculating procedure by hand calculation. It can be directly conducted by adopting the actual thermal and structural analysis results. The validation of W-DCAP-HTR has been demonstrated by benchmark analysis.

네트워크의 발달은 전통적인 교육이 가지고 있는 한계점을 보완해 주는 웹 기반 교육(WBI : Web Based Instruction)이라는 교육 분야를 창출하였고 지금 이 순간에도 웹 기반 교육에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지면서 다양한 모양의 학습 모형이 제시되며 구현되고 있다. 웹 기반 교육에서의 평가는 기존의 객관식 위주의 채점평가가 그대로 적용이 되고 있는 상황이고 학생의 실제적인 수행을 검사하고 판단하는 수행평가(Performance Assessment)에 대해서는 상당수 구현이 되어 가고 있는 반면에 실제로 점수를 부여하고 행정적으로 처리를 하는 선생님의 입장에서 구현이 되어진 수행평가 프로그램은 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 편의를 위해서 널리 보급되어 있는 인터넷을 이용한 수행평가 방법이외에 실질적인 행정업무를 처리하는 선생님의 입장에서 보다 편리하게 수행평가를 수행할 수 있도록 수행평가 프로그램을 구현하였다.

Formative assessment of student progress and attitudes is important to our continuous improvement process, but collecting and compiling the data is burdensome without access to computer tools. This research is to set up a mobile computer based lab that will enable faculty who teach in rooms without computers to use testing and survey tools. The technologies necessary to develop such system including wireless communication, World Wide Web (WWW), database, and mobile computing are investigated in this research. The real-time based formative assessment of student is proposed. A hardware configuration for real-time assessment is also presented in the research.

이기종의 분산시스템들을 통합하여 기업 환경에 적용할 수 있도록 여러 다양한 연구들과 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 웹서비스가 갖는 특별한 구조 즉, 서비스 제공자, 서비스 요청자, 그리고 서비스 저장소의 세 역할을 갖기 때문에, 웹서비스 기술에 기존의 시스템 개발 방법론을 직접 적용하기는 어렵다. M4WSD(Method for Wes Services Development)는 웹서비스 개발 프로세스 모델로서, 요구사항 분석 단계에서 유도되는 유스케이스 모델을 기반으로 하는 웹 서비스 개발 절차 및 가이드라인을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 서비스를 구현하기 위하여 주요 구현 전략을 어떻게 결정하는지에 초점을 맞춘다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 평가 가이드라인은 구현 전략을 결정하는 문제를 구조화할 수 있도록 한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of a convergent web-based educational program on cognitive function, depression, and dementia prevention behavior among elders living in the community. Method: Participants were 16 elders over 65 years of age (8 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group). The educational program was given twice a week for 9 weeks. Results: Cognitive function and dementia prevention behavior improved in the experimental group. Cognitive function and dementia prevention behavior were reduced in the control group compared to the results of the pre-inspection; however, no statistically significant difference was found. As homogeneity test was not conducted previously for the assessment of depression, the assessment was conducted based on covariates, Although no significant difference found between the two groups, depression level did increase in the control group. Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate that the educational program prevented worsening of depression and was effective in reducing depression. For further assessment, it is necessary to conduct long-term research including a revision and supplementation of the contents and length of the program.

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 한국판 섭식장애 진단척도 DSM-5 (Korean version Eating Disorder Diagnostic Scale, K-EDDS)를 웹 기반 진단 시스템으로 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는 데 있다. 방 법 본 연구는 섭식장애 환자(38명)와 대학생(81명)을 포함하여 총 119명이 참여하였다. 모든 참가자는 지필 섭식장애 스크리닝 검사인 Sick, Control, One, Fat, Food (SCOFF) 후 별도의 사이트에서 웹 기반 K-EDDS, 섭식장애검사(Eating Disorder Examination-Questionnaire, EDE-Q), 임상손상평가(Clinical Impairment Assessment Questionnaire, CIA)를 작성했다. SCOFF 점수가 2점 이상인 사람을 대상으로 EDE (Eating Disorder Examination Interview) 면담을 진행하였다. 검사 후 2주 이내에 웹 기반 K-EDDS, EDE-Q, CIA를 재실시하였다. 결 과 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 신체불만족, 폭식행동, 폭식빈도, 보상행동의 4가지 요인이 추출되어 총 분산의 82.4%를 설명하였다. 웹 기반 K-EDDS의 4개 하위요인은 EDE-Q의 4개 하위요인과 각각 유의미한 상관관계가 있었으며, 우수한 내적 일치도를 보였다(Cronbach's alpha=0.93). 웹 기반 K-EDDS와 EDE의 진단 일치도는 96.83%, 웹 기반 K-EDDS의 검사-재검사 진단 일치도는 92.86%로 우수하였다. 웹 기반 K-EDDS와 CIA에서 환자군과 정상군 간 차이가 유의하게 나타나, 본 척도의 판별 타당도를 검증하였다. 결 론 본 연구를 통해 웹 기반 K-EDDS는 임상 및 연구 현장에서 DSM-5를 기반으로 한 섭식장애 진단에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 타당한 도구임을 확인하였다.

웹의 발달로 세계 각국에서는 웹상에서 교육할 수 있는 코스웨어 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 비주얼 베이직 언어도 웹기반 교육으로 많이 개발되고 있으나 실용적인 내용과 실습을 필요로 하는 주제임에도 불구하고 실습 환경이나 다양한 상호작용을 제공하지 않아 학습 효과를 높이지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹기반 교수-학습 체제 설계모형을 기반으로 하여 1) 멀티미디어 요소를 가미하고 2) 실습환경으로 학습자의 학습효과를 높이고 3) 학습자의 반응을 분석, 평가하여 적절한 피드백을 제공하고 4) 학습자들간의 상호작용이 활발히 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위해 5) Real Active X등의 기술을 이용해 멀티미디어 코스웨어를 개발하고 이를 학교 현장에 적용시켜 보았다.

This paper proposes a Web Based Online Real-time Information System for Outage Cost Assessment. This system developed in this study is just only prototype as previous stage but no commercial system. Using this system, the evaluation of reliability worth is the customer cost associated with a loss of supply may be assessed and the information will be serviced online real time on smart phone.

Web-based analysis programs for reliability assessment of machine tools were developed in this study. First, the reliability data analysis program was developed to search for failure rate using failure data and reliability test data of mechanical part. Second, failure mode analysis was developed through performance tests like circular movement test vibration test for machine tools. This analysis program shows correlation between failure mode and performance test result. Third, tool life was predicted by correlation between flank wear and cutting time, using the extended Taylor tool life equation in turning data and the equivalently converted equation in order to apply ball endmill data to Taylor tool life equation in milling data. All the information related to input and result data can be stored in theses programs.

This article begins by exploring recent developments in the use of the world wide webs in language testing about what a Web-based language test (WBT) is and how they are used in language testing. After a brief review of computer-based testing, WBTs are defined and categorized as low-tech or high tech. Since low-tech tests are the more feasible, they will constitute the focus of this paper. Next, item types for low-tech WBTs are described, and validation concerns that are specific to WBTs are discussed. After a brief overview of the combination of computer-adaptive and Web-based tests, the general advantages as well as design and implementation issues of WBTs are considered before examining the role that testing consequences play in deciding whether a WBT is an appropriate assessment instrument. It is argued that WBTs are most appropriate in low-stakes testing situations; but with proper supervision, they can also be used in medium-stakes situations although they are not generally recommended for high-stakes situations. Some possible ideas for future research are suggested.(169)
