본 연구는 국내 섬유의류산업의 공급사슬관리 시스템인 QR(Quick Response) 시스템 구현에 웹서비스 기반의 ASP(WS-ASP) 모델을 제시한다. 국내 섬유의류산업은 대부분 중소기업으로 구성되어 있어서 전문 IT인력을 확보하기 어렵고 대규모 IT 투자여력도 없는 형편이다. ASP 모델은 소프트웨어 온 디맨드 서비스를 저렴한 사용 수수료로 제공받을 수 있다는 장점 이 있으나, ASP 벤더에 대한 의존도가 높아 벤더 위험이 크다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구는 WS-ASP모델을 통해 소프트웨어 온 디맨드 서비스를 여러 특화된 WS-ASP벤더에 분산시켜 벤더 위험을 감소시킴으로써 ASP모델의 단점을 보완하여 QR 시스템에 적절함을 제시하였다.

웹 접근성이란 '어떠한 사용자(장애인, 노인 등)'가 어떠한 기술 환경에서도 사용자가 전문적인 능력 없이 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 모든 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 그러나 홈페이지 구축 비용 등의 문제로 장애인 관련 단체나 학교 등 가장 필요한 사이트 조차 접근성을 준수하고 있지 못하다. 따라서, 저비용으로 쉽게 웹 접근성 준수 학교 홈페이지를 구축할 수 있는 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 서비스는 HTML/XHTML 표준에 맞게 올바른 마크업 언어를 사용하고, CSS를 통해 구조와 표현을 완전 분리하여 개발하여 웹 접근성의 기본이 되는 웹 표준을 준수하였으며, 표준 지원 브라우저들과 모바일 웹 환경의 종류와 특성을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 브라우저 간 상호 운용성을 보장하기 위해 자바 스크립트를 표준 문법과 구조에 맞게 사용하고, W3C의 표준 DOM을 이용하여 홈페이지에 필요한 기능들을 설계하였다.

In this monograph, we developed a Remote Courseware Management System so we can more easily cultivate a courseware with various multimedia applications through an easy interface with the internt. In the view of Developer of view, we could develop RCMS rapidly using the application of ASP.NET and have tried to adapt ourself to the future environment using it. ASP.NET provides much richer event programming model than ASP and event processor which are executed on Server. In the view of User, they can used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of courseware for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of web courseware.

The health and medical service attracts more public attention as the economy of Korea is rapidly growing up and the standard of living is elevated. Especially, the interest and demand on the prehospital emergency medical service that consists of the important part of primary medical service that is directly related to the life of patients are gradually increased. However, as compared with other advanced countries such as America in this area, Korea actually fell behind in the utilization of IT (Information Technology) to maximize the efficiency of emergency service system as well as has a problem in the general service system. This study suggested the necessity to introduce EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) system that takes a great role as the core part in the prehospital emergency medical service that is not systemized in Korea yet. In addition, this study proposed the implementation model of EMD ASP system using ASP (Application Service Provider) in EMD system to flexibly deal with the change of IT and efficient implementation and integration of information system as well as to significantly reduce cost through wire/wireless high speed Internet network that is politically promoted in Korea on the basis of EMD. The system analysis and design was executed by HIPO (Hierarchy Plus Input Process Output) analysis that was the conceptual design technology for EMD information system modeling based on ASP and DFD (Data Flow Diagram). This study proposed DB table configuration and data schema to implement the application of web browser interface in EMD system through ERD(ER-Diagram) of EMD ASP system. Finally, this study described how to implement and utilize EMD information system. This study aims to facilitate the qualitative development of emergency medical service in the future as suggesting the concrete models for the implementation of high value-added prehospital emergency medical information system as applying ASP concept to EMD system of prehospital emergency medical service area.

최근 기업들은 생산성 향상과 새로운 기회의 창출이라는 관점에서 e-Business 기업으로의 변환을 시도하고 있다. e-Business 기업으로의 변환에 있어서 솔루션의 도입은 거대한 자본이 소요되어 특히 중견/중소기업으로서는 엄두도 내질 못하는 실정이다. 이로 인하여 IT 아웃소싱의 극대화된 형태로 대두된 ASP를 이용하여 임대하는 성향이 나타나고 있는데, ASP는 웹을 기반으로 하여 어플리케이션을 공급하는 형태로 로컬 ERP를 도입하는 것과 비교해 볼 때 초기투자에 따른 자본절감효과를 누릴 수 있는 등의 여러 가지 장점을 지니고 있으므로 e-Business구축에 적합한 형태라 볼 수 있다. 하지만 ASP의 활성화는 매우 더디게 진행되고 있으며 중견/중소기업들의 ASP에 대한 인식부족은 이들 더욱 지체시키고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 ASP 방식을 이용한 ERP구축 사례를 연구하고 명확한 ASP 방식의 ERP 도입을 위해 필요한 요소들을 살펴보고자 한다.

In this paper, we introduce the sharable and reusable learning objects which are suitable for XML Web services in e-learning systems. These objects are extracted from the principles of pedagogical paradigms for reusable learning units. We call them LIO (Learning Item Object) objects. Existing models, such as Web-hosted and ASP-oriented service model, are difficult to cooperate and integrate among the different kinds of e-learning systems. So we developed the LIO objects that are suitable for XML Web services. The reusable units that are extracted from pedagogical paradigms are tutorial item, resource, case example, simulation, problems, test, discovery and discussion. And these units correspond to the LIO objects in our learning object model. As a result, the proposed model is that learner and instruction designer should increase the power of understanding about learning contents that are based on pedagogical paradigms. By using XML Web services, this guarantees the integration and interoperation of the different kinds of e-learning systems in distributed environments and so educational organizations can expect the cost reduction in constructing e-learning systems.

본 논문의 목적은 기존의 정적인 정보검색의 형태를 탈피하여 동적이면서 사용자 지향적인 범용 3D모델 데이터 렌더링을 인터넷 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 환경을 설계 및 구현하는 것이다. 이는 3차원 렌더링 프로그램을 실행하여 사용자가 원하는 정보의 결과를 확인하거나 변경하는 등의 동적 정보를 제공하는 웹 서비스를 구현하는 것이다. 이를 위해 가장 보편적인 3차원 모델 데이터, 3D 스튜디오 맥스의 텍스트 출력물인 ASE 포맷 파일을 파싱하여 렌더링 해주는 3D Viewer 프로그램을 제작하고, 이를 ActiveX 컴포넌트인 OCX로 만들어 웹 페이지 상에서 실행 가능하게 한다. 데이터의 효율적 관리와 사용자와의 상호작용을 위하여 ASE 모델들을 위한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 사용자 상호작용적인 Web 3D 웹 서비스를 실현한다. 이를 통하여 인터넷을 통한 실시간적인 정보 교환이나, 네트워크상의 가상공간 내에서의 공동 업무 작업의 가능성을 내다본다.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 빠른 보급으로 인하여 기존의 인터넷 환경 뿐 아니라, 하드웨어, 운영체제, 애플리케이션, 서비스까지 모든 면에서 변화하고 있다. SaaS 기반 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 웹 플랫폼 기술과, 웹 클라우드 서비스가 더욱더 밀접하게 연계되는 형태로 발전하고 있다. 전자도서관 시스템도 기존의 ASP 방식에서 벗어나 SaaS 기반의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 서비스모델로 진화하고 있다. 웹 인터페이스 측면에서 접근했을 때 SaaS 기반의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 중요한 부분은 사용자를 위한 커스터마이징이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 SaaS 기반의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용성과 접근성을 고려한 사용자 맞춤형 웹 인터페이스를 제안함으로써 기업과 사용자들에게 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 쉽게 웹 사이트를 검색할 수 있도록 제안 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사용자 맞춤형 웹 인터페이스 개선을 위한 디자인을 제시하고 연구대상인 SaaS 기반의 전자도서관 서비스인 LinkSaaS 웹사이트에 적용해 본 후, 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 각각의 사용자 개인에게 맞는 인터페이스 디자인을 구성할 수 있는 UI환경을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 이기종 교육 시스템들 간의 통합의 어려움, 상호 운영성 결여, 시스템 확장성 부족, 시스템 구축과 유지보수의 비용 증가 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 재사용 가능한 학습객체를 CBD방법으로 설계하고 이를 XML 웹 서비스를 이용하여 구축한 방법을 소개한다. 특히 학습 객체를 교수법적 설계 개념을 근거로 재사용 단위를 추출한 후 LIO 학습 객체로 모델링하였다. 모델링을 통해 설정된 LIO 학습 객체는 개요, 사실, 해보기, 퀴즈, 탐구학습, 토론 및 평가의 요소로 구성되고 각 LIO요소별로 재사용할 수 있도록 구축하였다. 이러한 모델링은 학습자에게 학습 활동과 관련한 연관성을 쉽게 얻어 학습 효과를 높일 수 있으며, 수업의 전과정을 설계하는 교수자 혹은 교수 설계자에게 학습 영역이 명확하게 드러나 다른 학습 컨텍스트에서 학습 컨텐츠를 효과적으로 재사용할 수 있어 적시적격의 학습 코스 변경이 가능하게 한다. 또한 분산 환경을 위한 e-러닝 시스템을 구축해야 하는 교육 기관은 인터넷에 접속되어 있는 어떠한 컴퓨터라도 위치하여 호출 및 등록이 가능한 XML 웹 서비스로 구축되어 빠른 비즈니스 변화를 수용하고 협업함으로써 시스템 구축 및 통합 기간이 단축되며 시스템 확장성도 증가시킬 수 있다.
