City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.

데이터베이스에 저장된 수많은 자료들을 사용자의 질의에 맞추어 웹상에서 표현해주는 것이 바로 리포팅 툴의 역할이다. 그에 관한 연구들로 BBQ(Blended Browsing and Querying), EASY BASE, QURSED(Querying and Reporting Semistructured Data)와 같은 여러 리포팅 툴들이 상용화되어 있다. 하지만 사용자가 보다 쉽고 직관적으로 XML 문서를 작성하고 관리할 수 있는 툴들은 미흡한 것이 사실이다. 이 논문에서는 XML과 XSL문서를 각각 그룹핑하고 직관적인 구조로 표현 해주며 사용자의 관점에 맞추어 XQuery를 지원하는 시스템을 설계 구현하였다.

This paper presents shear deformation characteristics in reinforced concrete beams. Based on the relationship between shear and bending moment in beams subjected to combined shear and bending, the behavior of a beam is explicitly divided into two base components of the flexural action and the tied arch action. Transverse elongation of the web and deflections are calculated from shear compatibility condition in a beam and compared with test results.

이전까지의 결재방식은 직접 결재문서를 들고 결재자로부터 결재를 받는 방식이었으나 이제는 결재자가 집에서 또는 출장 중에 있어서도 웹 상에서 서버에 접속하여 결재자에게 전달되어진 결재문서를 검토, 결재할 수 있도록 하는 그룹웨어시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구개발의 주된 목적은 사내에서 기존의 결재방식을 웹 상에서 전자결재방식으로 변경하여 문서의 기안작성, 검토, 결재 및 결재상황을 실시간으로 파악할 수 있도록 하였으며 또한, 이러한 모든 결재문서들을 데이터베이스에 최근문서, 일반문서, 정형화된 문서로 구분되어 저장되도록 하여서 권한이 부여된 사용자가 필요시 찾고자하는 문서를 실시간으로 검색 될 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하였다.

본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 교육매체에 익숙해져 있는 유아를 대상으로 하는 웹기반 환경교육용 2D 애니메이션을 설계하였다. 유아들에게 환경오염의 심각성을 일깨우고, 지속적인 환경교육을 통한 교육 효과의 질적 향상을 위하여 유치원에서 환경교육 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 환경오염 중에서 토양오염을 주제로 애니메이션을 제작하고 내레이션을 통하여 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

영상 검색 시스템들은 아직까지 내용 기반에 의한 검색 기술이 실용적으로 쓰일 만큼 높은 성능을 보이고 있지 않기 때문에 대부분 텍스트기반에 의한 검색을 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 에이젼트를 이용하여 웹상에서 멀티미디어 정보를 검색하는 것으로 HTML문서에 나타나는 텍스트 중 영상 이름이나 링크에 붙어 있는 텍스트를 추출하여 멀티미디어 자료를 데이터베이스화하였다. 이 데이터베이스에 저장된 영상 자료는 웹 브라우저에서 질의자의 스케치에 의한 검색과 그리고 예제 영상 질의로 검색하는 방법을 제시하여 질의 효율성을 개선하였다.
