  • Recently, web services concept is rapidly rising as new solution to solve the integration problem among heterogeneous application systems . This web servic es concept is adaptable in the field of 4S application systems integration that handles the spatial information of GIS, SIIS, GNSS and ITS. So, this paper suggests a new 4S web services model for the infrastructures of nationwide spatial clearinghouse, which is mainly based on the OGC and W3C web services specifications. Conclusively, this proposed model that could serve various spatial data and services has some advantages of being flexibly and powerfully capable of integrating the 4S application systems owing to adapting the international standard specifications of OGC and W3C.

  • The Web Services Choreogaphy Description Language (WS-CDL) is an XML-based language that describes peer-to-peer collaborations of parties by defining, from a global viewpoint, their common and complementary observable behavior; where ordered message exchanges result in accomplishing a common business goal. In this paper, we survey and analysis the functionality of the WS-CDL, and propose new language, which enhance the WS-CDL for the conversation the message between entities.

  • The objective of this research is to analyze which functions make up web-based as well as mobile social media services and messengers. Services are clustered by their functionality. A total of 640 individual functions were identified, while investigating altogether 44 selected services in their web and mobile versions. Applying content analysis, functions were assigned to the services. The services were ranked by the number of implemented functions, and the functions were ranked by their occurrence in the services. Cluster analysis was applied to classify the services according to their functionality. Facebook and VKontakte were found to be the ones with the most functions; the most frequently implemented functions are support, profile, and account-related. Cluster analysis revealed six classes for mobile and seven classes for web applications. There is a noteworthy difference regarding the functionality scope between web and mobile applications of the same services. An example for this is Mendeley with 38 functions in the mobile and 91 functions in the web version. This is the first empirical attempt at clustering social media services based on their functionality.

  • Recently Web services have become a key technology which is indispensable for e-business. Due to its ability to provide the desired information or service regardless of time and place, integrating current application systems within a single business or between multiple businesses with standardized technologies are realized using the open network and Internet. However, the current Web Services Retrieval Systems, based on text oriented search are incapable of providing reliable search results by perceiving the similarity or interrelation between the various terms. Currently there are no web services retrieval models containing such semantic web functions. This research work is purported for solving such problems by designing and implementing an extended Semantic Web Services Retrieval Model that is capable of searching for general web documents, UDDI and semantic web documents. Execution result is proposed in this paper and its efficiency and accuracy are verified through it.

  • UDDI server is the web services registry enabling users to register and search for web services. However, the existing UDDI servers do not provide any information about web services qualify. We designed and developed a UDDI broker system which actively monitors and analyses the qualify of web services. The analysis results are presented to users in statistical figures and graphs. With this information a user can select a web service that meets his/her needs. Availability, performance, and stability were the metrics used for the service qualify measurement and analysis.

  • Web services are deemed as the natural choice for deploy- ing e-government applications. Their use enables e-government to fully get advantage of the envisioned Semantic Web. In this paper, we pro- pose WebDG, a comprehensive Web Service Management System for e-government applications. It aims to improve government-citizen inter- actions through an infrastructure built around the "life experience" of citizens. WebDG provides a framework for automatically composing e- government services, optimized querying services, and preserving privacy.

  • Mashups are new type of interactive web applications, combining content from multiple services or sources at run time. The www is currently experiencing a revolutionary growth due to its increasing participative community software applications. One of the interesting aspects of the Web 2.0 evolution is the wide-availability of various Web applications as APIs or Web services. These APIs expose informational services on the Web and take many forms of remote invocation of functions using standard Web protocols and XML for data representations. The paper describes mashups from a number of angles, highlighting current developments while providing sufficient illustrations to indicate its potential implications.

  • Recently, the cases of communications between the applications and interaction applications using the Web services in the implementation of the business logics among the enterprises are generalized. Therefore the needs for the more efficient business models are expanded. According to the vigorous usage of the Web services, the selection of the services which guarantee the optimum level of service quality among the various Web services is also important. Another trend of the industrial world is to apply the service sciences to the enterprise business together with the extension of the service industry. In this paper a business model which considers the quality aspect of the Web services is proposed. And the methods to apply the service sciences to this model are proposed.

  • Web services came true a services integration, but the XML document decreases the efficiency or the whole application program with connects frequently in relatively slow communication media like network environment embedded system or use the resource limited small-sized instrument like mobile. Thereupon, ITU-T and ISO/IEC suggested encoding standard of binary XML. In this paper, implementation, of Fast XML encoding system through introduction Fast Infoset algorithm and Fast Schema algorithm for web services increase performance. And, offered of test bed that build of Fast Web Services system through Fast XML Encoder.
