As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors' effect on users' satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.

The technique and process for the acquisition of components by searching and testing the reusable components using Web Service in the CASE tools for component-based application development are proposed. The technique and process for the notice of components using Web Service in order to reuse developed components are also proposed. As using the technique and process, a repository does not need to construct and the reusability of components will rise because components are easily and efficiently searched using Web Service. Furthermore, it is easy to develop application through the plug-and-play of components which are acquired using Web Service, and errors of application by reused components will be minimized because proper components are acquired after pretesting reusable components in the analysis and the architecture phase.

The rapid development of information and communication technologies has resulted in rapid increase in the qualitative and quantitative information that can be accessed by information technology. Furthermore an enormous amount of information is provided in various formats. However, there are a group of people who are not able to even approach to targeted information due to physical or environmental problems. Visually handicapped users constitute a class of these users. In this paper, a method of developing user interface for web-based education service is described for the visually handicapped users to access information more efficiently. First, this paper analyzed the problems of visually handicapped users to access information targeting representative domestic sites that supply education services. And based on the results of the above analyses, Nest, this paper explains the web-based education service interface implementation method according to types of the content to be delivered. Lastly, the validity of this method is provided by testing a web page based on the implementation method according to the types of content.

본 연구에서는 비전공자들을 대상으로 한 웹서비스 개발 교육의 어려움을 k-mooc 강의에 게시된 수강생들의 질의응답을 통해 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방법들을 제안한다. 질의 응답 분석을 통해 비전공자들은 웹서비스 개발 강좌를 수강하면서 주로 익숙하지 않은 도구 사용, 클라우드 서비스의 비용 문제, 서버 환경 설정, 코드 작성에서 어려움을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 클라우드 서비스의 모델 중 하나인 BaaS (Backend as a Service)를 활용해 서버 비용에 대한 문제와 서버 환경의 복잡도를 낮출 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 리액트 라이브러리를 사용하여 긴 코드를 작은 단위로 모듈화하여 한번에 작성해야 할 코드 길이를 줄일 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 마지막으로 피그마를 활용해 얻은 디자인 산출물을 활용하여 동작하는 웹 애플리케이션을 구현함으로 IT 비전공자들도 쉽게 학습할 수 있는 개선안을 제안한다.

전자정부 서비스는 국민, 기업, 정부부처에 새롭고 빠른 서비스를 제공하여 업무의 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 열린 정부, 투명한 정부를 지향하고 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위해서 필수 불가결한 국가적 과제이다. 전자정부 서비스는 그 특성상 매우 민감한 데이터를 전송하거나 처리하므로 전자정부 서비스에서 보안은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 현재까지 전자정부에 대한 연구는 다양한 컨텐츠와 인프라에 대한 개발만을 해왔다. 최근에서야 전자정부 선진국을 중심으로 전자정부 서비스에 대한 보안을 고려하기 시작하였다. 전자정부 서비스는 웹 서비스로 구축되어지고 있으며 보안을 고려할 때 웹 서비스 보안 기술에 대한 분석과 이를 전자정부에 적용하기 위한 전자정부에 대한 분석이 선행되어야한다. 본 논문에서는 전자정부 서비스 발전 단계를 고려한 웹 서비스 보안 적용 시나리오를 위해 전자정부와 웹 서비스 보안 기술을 분석하였으며 이를 기반으로 향후 구축될 범정부 통합전산환경에서 웹 서비스 보안 기술 적용을 위한 시나리오와 전체 뷰(view)를 제시하였다.

This study was concerned about mobile web-service of a VMI in the SCM system. The VMI would be a main module part of the SCM and regarded as very important thing on supply chain. Therefore, it was essential to react in real time of materials production and situation of used auto-part in procurement company. We could find an affordable method to realize the VMI in a web service. The web service has made inter relevant enterprise easy to collaborate because of supporting most operating system and frame-work. Moreover, the use of a mobile tools was guaranteed a product recording and requirement of materials to real time in a rapid changing of production environments. The result of this research was very useful to apply the VMI system in medium and small sized auto parts company. This web service package has programmed the Visual Studio Dot Net 2003 and the MS SQL 2000 as database.

Parallel and distributed simulation is concerned with the efficient execution of large-scale discrete event simulation models on multiprocessors and distributed platforms. After the development of WWW, many efforts in the parallel and distributed simulation have been made for modeling, particularly building simulation languages and creating model libraries that can be assembled and executed over WWW. However, web-based parallel and distributed simulation is restricted by heterogeneous computing environments. Recently, the advent of XML and web services technology has made these efforts enter upon a new phase. Especially, the web services as a distributed information technology have demonstrated powerful capabilities for scalable interoperation of heterogeneous systems. This paper aims to develop and evaluate the parallel and distributed simulation using the web services technology. In particular, a prototype multi-pass simulation framework is implemented using Java-based web services technology. It focuses on the efficiency of multi-pass simulation used for optimization through the distribution of simulation replication to several simulation service providers. The development of parallel and distributed simulation using web services will help solve efficiently large-scale problems and also guarantee interoperability among heterogeneous networked systems.

IoT (Internet of Things) systems are based on heterogeneous hardware systems of different types of devices interconnected each other, ranging from miniaturized and low-power wireless sensor node to cloud servers. These IoT systems composed of heterogeneous hardware utilize data sets collected from a particular set of sensors or control designated actuators when needed using open APIs created through abstraction of devices' resources associated to service applications. However, previously existing IoT services have been usually developed based on vertical platforms, whose sharing and exchange of data is limited within each industry domain, for example, healthcare. Such problem is called 'data silo', and considered one of crucial issues to be solved for the success of establishing IoT ecosystems. Also, IoT services may need to dynamically organize their services according to the change of status of connected devices due to their mobility and dynamic network connectivity. We propose a way of dynamically composing IoT services under the concept of WoT (Web of Things) where heterogeneous devices across different industries are fully integrated into the Web. Our approach allows developers to create IoT services or mash them up in an efficient way using Web objects registered into multiple standardized horizontal IoT platforms where their resources are discoverable and accessible. A Web-based service composition tool is developed to evaluate the practical feasibility of our approach under real-world service development.

XML Web Service based on internet can cause problems on transmission speed and data error. Also system analysis results simulated by several different research groups can hardly have reliability because of error data that come from improperly managed files. In order to solve this problems, algorithm sever using XML Web Service is shared on the internet so widely that various application programs based on basic analysis module with a united IO can be developed. And also XML Dataset DB is interacted with XML Web Service, which prevents propagation of error data. It causes to improve reliabilityon the load flow analysis result and solve the problems on data error or transmission speed that can possibly come from internet.

본 연구는 웹의 플랫폼화에 대응하기 위한 서비스 유통 및 소프트웨어 개발방식의 핵심이슈로 '규모의 경제'와 '서비스화'이라는 모순적인 요구를 동시적으로 해결하는 것임을 제시했다. 소프트웨어 관점에서 본 이른바 웹 2.0 시대의 주요한 특징은 웹의 플랫폼화와 롱테일 서비스 시장의 등장이다. 웹이 독립적인 유통채널로 기능하게 되는데, 본 연구는 개발자 및 사용자 커뮤니티를 구축하기 위한 플랫폼전략을 규모의 경제와 상호소통(Interaction)의 관점에서 분석했다. 플랫폼 전략에서 제기된 이슈를 해결하기 위해서는 소프트웨어 개발전략도 오픈소스 커뮤니티를 활용한 레고형 개발이 필요하다. 비용절감과 사용자 채널을 확보하기 위해서는 오픈소스 커뮤니티를 이용한 조직화방식이 필요하고, 고객화된 서 비스의 가격경쟁 력을 확보 하기 위한 레고형 개발 방법이 필요하다.
