Purpose The mail goal of this study is to find out factors influencing users' satisfaction of public application with the emphasis of service quality of public web and public value. For this purpose, we applied IS success model to develop the research model that explains users's satisfaction and public performance. Design/methodology/approach The proposed research model was developed based on IS success model along with two moderating effects - Service Quality of Public Web and Public Value in order to empirically test proposed causal relationships withing the model. A total of 377 survey responses were analyzed by forming the structural equation modeling with AMOS 24.0. Findings The analysis results show that the service, information, and system quality from IS success model are positively associated with user satisfaction, which in turn is positively associated with public app performance. The results also show that the relationship between user satisfaction and public app performance is positively moderated by public value. However, the relationship between public app service quality and user satisfaction isn't moderated by public web service quality.

광범위하게 이용하고 있는 웹은 기존에 텍스트나 이미지만을 제공하던 정적인 정보에서 사용자 위주의 서비스 중심으로 변화하고 있다. 웹 환경의 변화는 Web Services를 등장 시켰고 산업계에서 이미 이를 위한 표준화 작업 및 표준에 따른 Web Services 개발을 주력하고 있다. 이에 Web Services를 이용한 어플리케이션 개발이 또 다른 소프트웨어 공학적 이슈로 대두되어 그를 위안 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 Web Services 어플리케이션 개발을 위한 목표 지향 분석 방안을 제시하고 결론과 시멘틱 웹 의 표현 기준의 하나인 DAML로 변환하는 알고리즘이 향후 연구되어야 할 과제임을 논한다

개방형 네트워크로의 진화는 third­party업체들의 참여를 가능하게 하였고. third­party애플리케이션의 대표적인 예로 VoIP를 들 수 있다. 최근 플랫폼에 중립적이며, 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 Web 서비스의 등장은 많은 개발자들의 흥미를 유발하고 있다. 이에 Parlay Group에서는 개방형 네트워크에서 Web서비스를 지원하기위해 Parlay X API를 제정하였다. 본고에서는 개방형 네트워크에서의 Web서비스 제공을 위한 방법으로 VoIP Web서비스를 구현하여 Parlay X API를 활용하여 보았다.

본 논문은 Directory Service(white page, yellow page, green page)를 분산환경에 적합하고 시스템 유연성을 고려하기 위해서 EJB(Enterprise Java Bean)기반 Webservice로 구현한 방법론 및 그 시스템에 관한 논문이다. 기존 개발된 Directory Service가 대부분 폐쇄적 네트워크를 사용하고 있으므로 시스템 자체에 유연성이 없는 정적인 시스템으로 구현이 되어있고, 플랫폼에 의존하는 아키텍쳐로 설계 되었다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 서비스 비개방 특성을 극복하기 위해서 개발 아키텍쳐를 웹서비스(Web Service)환경을 기본으로 하고 분산컴퓨팅환경(Distributed Computing Environment)의 특성을 고려하기 위해서 EJB로 개발이 되었다.

Record Information Services is an aggressive action of connecting documentaries focusing on the information needs of user. However, recent studies on the parliament's written information service recognize the necessity that it should segment the user's information requests, and provide personalized service, but have not discussed for specific cases or measures. While the importance of Web services written with the proliferation of information and popularization of the Web is emerging right to know but, it is not being performed properly by lack of sufficient manpower and budget along with lack of recognition in hands-on sites upon the user analysis. So, while increasing the efficiency of the hands-on workers of Record Information Services, the introduction of analytical tools that can be utilized in low budget agencies is needed. Web analytics is to analyze the behavior by analyzing Web logs which web users have left you visit the site. To estimate the behavior they want to request information of the analyzed Web user aims to provide a Web service, the Web service further continued improvement. There are several types that include among them Google Analytics offering a variety of analysis items for free and all over the world, many people are already using. This study introduces a Google Analytics web analytics focused and proposes a service improvement plan with specific web user segmentation analyzes the cases of Korea Democracy Foundation of Open Archives introduces them to the actual institutions.

The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of service and appropriateness of information provided in gastric cancer web sites. Method: The study investigated the status of the web sites retrieved when the keyword "gastric cancer" was searched on seven(7) different Internet portal sites. Among the retrieved information sites, 51 domestic websites, available on June and July 2008, were selected. They were evaluated based on two criteria, quality of service (7 items) and appropriateness of the information (11 items) on a 4-point scale($0{\sim}3$). The analysis of data was done using SPSS 12.0 PC+ program for descriptive statistics and ANOVA tests. Results: Findings revealed that the quality of service provided by the web sites had an average of $1.61{\pm}.55$. The score of information appropriateness was $.79{\pm}.64$. Among the studied websites, only 4(7.8%) scored higher than 22, placing them in the top 30%. Conclusion: This study suggests that most sites do not provide diverse types of gastric cancer-related information and that reliability is important in developing web-based programs related to gastric cancer in order to effectively promote and disseminate health information to the general public.

Evaluating information quality of government Web service, applying quality measurement methods for web - database was conducted. This approach intended to control the quality of information service by indicating the problems and weak points in terms of retrieval, use of easiness, and user support, and by suggesting the guidelines for improvement. There were two main results to most of the investigation. The first one indicated that web information service of eighty-two percent of domestic government sites was not good enough (less than middle score). and only eight percent of them got higher score than middle point. The second result was that user support aspect was the worst part that we need to consider future course of action for service improvement. More specific guidelines were summarized at the discussion section.

The technique and process for the acquisition of components by searching and testing the reusable components using Web Service in the CASE tools for component-based application development are proposed. The technique and process for the notice of components using Web Service in order to reuse developed components are also proposed. As using the technique and process, a repository does not need to construct and the reusability of components will rise because components are easily and efficiently searched using Web Service. Furthermore, it is easy to develop application through the plug-and-play of components which are acquired using Web Service, and errors of application by reused components will be minimized because proper components are acquired after pretesting reusable components in the analysis and the architecture phase.
