A locating text technique capable of locating and extracting text blocks in various Web images is presented here. Until now this area of work has been ignored by researchers even if this sort of text may be meaningful for internet users. The algorithms associated with the technique work without prior knowledge of the text orientation, size or font. In the work presented in this research, our text extraction algorithm utilizes useful edge detection followed by histogram analysis on the genuine characteristics of letters defined by text clustering region, to properly perform extraction of the text region that does not depend on font styles and sizes. By a number of experiments we have showed impressively acceptable results.

Because of various style-sheet and Korean-Fonts, converting from WYSIWYG types of HTML data to forms of PDF has many limitations. In print-work areas, for printing specific fonts, it has to use CMYK colors instead of RGB colors. This paper describes about the process to make web font to printing PDF files, which is high resolution image captured document based on HTML, by using COM component feature of hardware.

After automatic translation system for hangul's romanization based on the World Wide Web converting korean-word, sentence, document to Transliteration letters by applying algorithm based phonological principles. even though a user do not know the basic principles of the usage of Korean-to-Romanization notations, It refers to corresponding character table that has been currently adopted the authority's standard proposition for Korean-to-Romanization notation rule concurrently, add to make possible to convert a machinized code as well. It provides font for toggling Korean-English mode, insert-edit mode by assigning ASCII codes and Unicode are hardly used to them. To develop an effective web site, Ajax, jQuery and various techniques have been developed. Administrator interface to powerful, where the administrator can easily create a variety of functions from the menu, but this is not leaving the form of text or code, modify it and then when is low. To solve these problems, in this paper we are making conjunction with CSS which provide the database with open font and CSS features in variety of images, converted into text using the open font, these existing production methods with a Web site that provides a differentiated ways.

In this paper, English pronunciation system and the methods of its notations which is used in the internet web sites or in electronic English dictionaries are analyzed and new font table and its key layout are presented to input it efficiently. By using this method, English pronunciation can be inputted to the spreadsheets, databases and presentations as well as word-processors, and each application program's data can have compatibility. Furthermore, it can have compatibility within another type of computers and increase inputting speed. In the result of experiments, every data can have the compatibility in all of application programs and inputting speed is increased highly compare with using the pre-existing functions of word-processors.

Homepage design on the Web is incredibly growing fast as the integrative information method than any other media. At the beginning the homepage was designed by text mostly, however, it has been changed to use the multimedia. Design in the Web is changed by the development of computer technology. The purpose of this paper is to provide a search system using a method of accessing the web in real time without using a database server in order to guarantee the up-to-date information in a single network, rather than using a plurality of bots connected by a wide area network Design. The method of the research is to design and analyze the system which can search the person and keyword quickly and accurately in crepe system. In the crepe server, when the user registers information, the body tag matching conversion process stores all the information as it is, since various styles are applied to each user, such as a font, a font size, and a color. The crepe server does not cause a problem of body tag matching. However, when executing the crepe retrieval system, the style and characteristics of users can not be formalized. This problem can be solved by using the html_img_parser function and the Go language html parser package. By applying queues and multiple threads to a general-purpose web crawler, rather than a web crawler design that targets a specific site, it is possible to utilize a multiplier that quickly and efficiently searches and collects various web sites in various applications.

Due to the complex registration & downloading process of the native applications, and, software and their non-standardized APIs, mobile web application is now being an alternative software for smartphones. Hybrid web application, one of the types of mobile software, because develop and has reasonable performance by using the webkit engined in smartphones. It can be easily developed by using the exiting programming skill such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Additionally these programming techniques can be easily used in any smartphone regardless of its platforms. Most smartphones have a webkit engine or web rending engine for high performance and smooth display in web browser. Webkit is now equipped in iPhone and Android phone. In this paper, we try to find out by comparison that the various aspects of webkit APIs of iPhone & Android phone, such as screen font size, screen orientation, touch event, gesture event and their performance. We also evaluated which one is more convenient for developers when making web programs using webkit. As a result, we found out that webkit in iPhone has more excellent performance than Android.

This paper illustrates a calculus module which generates step-by-step solutions using J/Link that connects Java and Mathematica. Such a module provides intermediate and low level students with a practical environment where they can easily follow the solution paths on their own paces. The extra feature of this module depicts graphical images for a given function and its differentiated result to enhance the visual understandings of calculus concepts. Mathematica as a mathematical expert system that provides systematic mathematical knowledge to students with step-by-step solutions will be possibly extended to the tutorial or CMI development. The proposed module is implemented in a Java servlet that links to Mathematica FrontEnd. This approach results in adopting font systems to express two dimensional mathematical expressions in web documents as an alternative typesetting tool.
