최근에는 정보와 지식의 교환을 위한 시맨틱 웹 구축의 연구가 활발해 지고 있다. 동영상 콘텐츠를 시맨틱 웹상에서 지식으로 활용하기 위해서는 의미적 검색이 선행 되어야 하는데 현재는 동영상 콘텐츠의 메타데이터와 키워드의 일치성 판단에 의한 검색이 주를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 집단 지성을 사용하여 동영상 콘텐츠의 의미적 검색 및 활용이 용이하도록 사용자 참여 정보를 확대하고, 의미적 요소인 유용성 수치와 히스토리 데이터를 추가한 온톨로지 구축 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 온톨로지 스키마를 활용하면, 시맨틱 웹상에서 동영상 콘텐츠의 의미적 검색 시 기존 검색 방법 보다 재현율이 높으며, 각종 동영상 콘텐츠를 지식으로 활용 가능하게 한다.

인터넷과 뉴미디어의 발달로 인해 발생된 웹은 정보공유의 매체로서 뿐만 아니라 새로운 커뮤니케이션으로의 수단이 되고있다. 이에 따라 웹이 정보공유와 커뮤니케이션 목적을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 웹 인터페이스에 관한 디자인 방법론이 정립되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 다양한 표현양식의 범위를 포함하는 웹의 효율적인 활용을 위해 웹 인터페이스디자인의 분석방법을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 웹 인터페이스디자인 방법론의 선행연구로서, 웹의 컨텐츠 분류, 정보구조, 웹사이트의 페이지디자인, 인터페이스의 구성원리와 디자인 구성요소를 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 웹 인터페이스디자인의 구성요소를 중심으로 하는 인터페이스 디자인의 분석 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹 인터페이스디자인의 분석방법은 웹 분류, 인터페이스디자인의 구성요소분석, 종합분석의 3단계로 나뉜다. 분석결과는 인터페이스디자인을 분류하고 유형화시킴으로써 구체적 디자인 개발의 과정에서 즉각적으로 피드백되는 인터페이스디자인의 가이드라인으로 이용될 수 있으며, 디자인의 예상되는 결과를 미리 검토할 수 있는 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

교육학의 학습이론이 웹기반 도서관 이용자 교육에 응용될 수 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 10개 대학 도서관 웹사이트를 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 평가요소는 수업관련 교육, 협동학습, 학습평가 등 9개 항목이었다. 양적인 평가에서는 수업관련 교육, 정보검색 및 이용자 교육의 실시, 사서와 이용자간의 상호작용, 내용구성도, 탐색보조도구의 사용, 동화상정 보의 제공 등에서는 대체로 만족할 만한 수준에 있는 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 질적인 면에서는 사이트에 따라서 많은 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 웹기반 이용자 교육 모델설계는 학습 설계에서 4가지, 인터페이스 설계에서 10가지 요소를 고려하여 이루어 졌다.

E-Business분야는 다양한 소비자의 욕구를 지원하기 위한 컨텐츠를 기반으로 활성화되고있다. 즉, 효율적인 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리를 위한 기법들이 연구되고 있으며 EJB와 같은 웹 기반 컴포넌트 기술이 응용되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 웹 기반 EJB 컴포넌트 기술을 응용한 효율적인 E-Business 컨텐츠 관리 및 처리를 위한 워크플로우를 설계하였다. 이에 따라, 다양한 컨텐츠의 핸들링을 위하여 웹 서버 컴포넌트 모델인 EJB를 사용하였으며, 기능단위의 컴포넌트들이 다양한 컨텐츠를 처리함으로써 재사용, 유지보수등의 시스템 개발 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

본 논문은 통합 개발 환경에서 여러 관점으로 작성된 설계 내역들을 효과적으로 분석하기 위한 방법론을 제안한다. 이 방법론은 설계 정보의 역할과 기능을 잘 명세하는 고유의 세부 내역과 관계를 추출하고, 연관된 다른 내역들을 웹 위에서 쉽게 접근하고 파악하기 위한 수단을 제공한다. 이를 위해, 이 방법론은 세부내역을 구분하여 분석 관점의 관계를 정의하는 방법, 웹 객체로 변환하는 방법, 웹 상에서 관계 정보에 따라 관련 내역으로 항해하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법론은 다음과 같은 세 가지 장점을 가진다. 첫째, 고안된 설계내역을 다양한 관점에서 분석하는 방식을 제공하며, 둘째, 여러 형식의 연관된 설계정보들을 웹의 하이퍼텍스트 항해 방식에 따라 쉽게 접근할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 웹을 기반으로 각 개발 방법론 내 설계내역의 고유 표현 방식과 독립적인 표현 수단을 사용함으로써 원격지 설계내역에 대한 공유 및 접근이 용이하다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a Web-based Nursing Education & Instruction Program to help the clinical nurses improving their knowledge and skills of ostomy care. This program was developed in three different steps: analysis. design. and development. The results of the study were as follows: The analysis step was designed to select the study contents for effective and easy educationthrough the analyses of specialized books. This surveyed and analyzed study contents were categorized into five different sections. Introduction. ostomy classification. ostomy management. elimination management. and life style. After that each section describes necessary information of each category. In the design step. the image files used in this program were created using Adobe Photoshop 6.0. and HTML files were designed and developed using Namo Editor 5.0. In the development step. the developed program was published into Web using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and then finalized after trial operation for testing of real users. In addition. this Web-based Nursing Education & Instruction Program will be used as excellentand effective tool for continuous and lifelong education in nursingfield. In this study. computer-aided education program was developed for ostomy management and managed at the Web-Server (http://hshong.knu.ac.kr/ostomy) in order to help nurses real-time education in clinical field by this program.

The purpose of this paper is to propose an analytical model for evaluating Internet Web sites, that is comprehensive and flexible enough to accomodate different categories of Internet Web sites. This paper is intended to identify critical success factors of Internet Web sites to determine criteria for evaluating the Web sites, and use the criteria to develop a framework for comprehensive evaluation of Internet Web sites. The framework consists of eight categories, including design, business functions, trustworthiness, interface, technology, community, contents, and others. An empirical study designed to validated the framework has been conducted for each of the three Web site categories, including (1) information provision, (2) product sale, and (3) customer service. The results show that ‘content ’ is the most important for information provision Web sites, ‘trustworthiness’for product sale Web sites, and ‘design’ for customer service Web sites. The framework may be used not only as a tool to evaluate Internet Web sites, but also as a checklist to improve the quality of a Web site that is under development.

기존의 교육시스템에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 동기화표현이 불가능하거나 별도의 클라이언트 어플리케이션이 필요하였다. SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language)은 멀티미디어 객체들의 시간적, 공간적 배열이 가능한 XML기반의 언어로서 웹브라우저 상에서 효과적인 멀티미디어 표현을 가능하게 한다. 기존의 웹기반 교육콘텐츠에 SMIL을 적용하게 되면 별도의 클라이언트 어플리케이션이 없이 웹브라우저만으로도 고품질의 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능하게 된다 본 논문에서는 SMIL를 적용한 멀티미디어 교육 콘텐츠 개발 방법을 제안하고, XSLT를 이용하여 SMIL 문서에서 XHTML 문서로 변환시킴으로써 별도의 플러그인이나 어플리케이션을 이용하지 않고 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 저작툴을 설계하였다.

Increasing affectability of high-speed Internet and convenient access devices has made the Internet a major source of information search and sharing. As the provision of information has rapidly becomes an important and viable business model, the objective utility and marketability of information contents have become a focus of interest among many academicians and managers. Researchers have traditionally focused on the design of the interface, availability of resources, network accessibility, the format of web sites and their underlying systems. However, the usefulness of contents has been left as a little explored issue. To correctly diagnose and pursue the viability of contents provision business a shift of perspective is required : a shift from technology-oriented perspective toward user-oriented perspective, and a shift from form and design focus toward content focus. This research attempted to analyze consumer-oriented information quality in a more systematic way by focusing on a limited domain travel-related information contents. We proposed a relationship among consumers'behavior, characteristics of information, and the values of information measured by users. An empirical examination of the model was performed using a survey on Internet users in Korea. Implications are drawn for managers responsible for creating marketable contents.

웹 애플리케이션은 복잡한 비즈니스 소프트웨어 및 온라인 서비스의 바탕이 되는 플랫폼으로서 더욱 많이 사용되고 있다. 초기 JSP 분야에는 모델 1과 모델 2라는 두 가지 아키텍처 설계 용어가 등장한다. 이들 두 용어는 현재 JSP 분야 문서에는 언급되고 있지는 않지만, 현재 웹 애플리케이션의 아키텍처 설계에는 광범위하게 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 애플리케이션 프레임워크 정의 및 프레임워크 패턴, 설계시 고려사항 등을 토대로 컴포넌트가 실행되는 기반을 구성하는 프레임워크를 설계한다.
