We have designed embedded web sewer system and ported Linux operating system version 2.4.5 at our system. And then We implemented to control and monitor widely separated hardware and implemented to monitor widely separated image using CMOS image sensor HV7131B. Web server is the Boa web server with General Public License. We designed for this system using of Intel's SA1110 ARM core base processor and connecting input and output device at GPIO port of SA1110. Device driver of General purpose I/O for Embedded Linux OS is designed. And then the application program controlling driver is implemented to use of common gate interface C language. User is available to control and monitor at client PC. This method have benefit to reduce the Expenditure of hardware design and development time against PC base system and have various and capacious application against firmware base system.

We proposed a Web cache replacement technique of a divided scope base that considered a size reference characteristics of a Web object for efficient operation of a Web base system and, in this study, analyzed performance of the replacement technique that proposed it though an experiment. We analyzed a reference characteristics of size to occur by a user reference characteristics through log analysis of a Web Base system in an experiment. And we divide storage scope of a cache server as its analysis result and tested this replacement technique based n divided scope. The proposed technique has a flexibility about a change of a reference characteristics of a user. Also, experiment result, we compared it with LRU and the LRUMIN which were an existing replacement technique and confirmed an elevation of an object hit ratio.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

The purposes of this paper are first, to develop and adapt auditing methodology of rural amenity resource investigation and second, to propose strategic planning of amenity web data base system. Relating with auditing methodology, we make the life cycle of rural amenity resource investigation based on value chain method. we make 8 stage of auditing process and 105 auditing items in details. We adapt these guidelines in real world and then improve developed methodology. Therefore we expect to promote the quality and accuracy of investigation project using these guidelines. Relating with blue print of strategic planning, we first analyse external environment about Competitors, Suppliers, New entrants, Buyers, Substitutes with 5 force model for amenity information system. We second make the blue print of strategic planning of amenity web data base system project. Then we propose the FIRST, BEST, MOST strategy of amenity web data base system and the web hub system.

The base composition for a construction information union and application is insufficient, because the existent information driving for the underground facility is separately promoted from management organization. The aim of this research was performance of Web-based real time DGPS using MS visual basic 6.0 Active X control. This system supported the navigation of rover by transmitting the DGPS correction information of base station via internet and monitored the moving of rover by displaying the corrected results received from rover as well as permitting Web users monitoring for rover. The Web-based DGPS server and the client system using MS visual basic 6.0 Active X control for DGPS displayed on Web-browser with the pre analysis was constructed and the system loading test via Web-browser was performed after debugging this system through the static GPS test and publishing it on Web. Also, the wireless internet DGPS test on Web by changing the distance between a base station and a rover was carried out. As the result of the test, the real time DGPS could be performed by transmitting the correction message which calculated from the server system to the client system continually. The rover could be managed by displaying the location information which received from the client system. Other users also could monitor the rover by connecting with this system via internet in real time.

Lots of the agricultural information come from human experiences and are in non-numerical forms. Therefore, it is difficult to process to be processed in a conventional data processing way. An internet expert system for agricultural application using the ASP(active server page) was developed to solve this problem and consisted of databases, an inference engine, and an user interface. The databases were composed of rule base, question base and link data. The inference engine was developed with the ASP for connection with web between databases. The used interface was developed with the CGI(common gateway interface), so that question could be answered on a web browser, and the session technique was used to provide proper result to each of multi-users. A prototype internet expert system was developed for diagnosis of diseases and nutritional disorders of paddy rice. The expert system was interactively worked through WWW(world wide web) at remote sites by multi-users, even at the same time. The rule base could be easily updated and modified from a web server computer by a knowledge engineer.

In this paper, "The PLC Controlling on Web Browser" is designed and implemented to remote control and to monitor FA system. Protocol bidirectional communication with PLC is written and sotted. Then Administration system sets Web server and JAVA Sevelet Program. The client system located at the monitoring Web browser are a JAVA Sevelet base system, and sends some commands to the server system which guards and controls the PLC system. The commands are delivered to the server system and the driver software exists in the server controls the PLC system directly.

As for the software development, it is complicated, and size of software is growing larger. And contraction of a software development period is required acutely because it is short a period of software life cycle. Also, it becomes harder development and a maintenance because it is short a life cycle of developed software. According to this an effort is increased in order to reduce a development cost and time as using a component to have been implemented previously in development of software. A current component technology is developing into a very fast speed and is bringing a large change into development of a Web base system in addition to existing software development method. In this paper, we were handling a related technology for Web system development of a CBD base systematically and derived an issue to apply it to development of a Web system and presented an efficient practical use method of a component technology. First of all we looked into a component technology and a CBD methodology systematically and described a component technology in Web. Also, we proposed a method to increase development and efficiency of practical use of a Web system based on a component. The this study result can decrease a development cost of a Web system and a load of maintenance management through the re-use of a code.
