Web 2.0기술이 출현함에 따라 도서관 이용자들이 이미 웹상에서 다양한 기능들을 경험하고 있고, 이러한 경험들을 도서관 정보시스템에 요구하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 Web 2.0개념과 기술 및 Library 2.0, Catalog 2.0(OPAC 2.0) 개념들을 문헌고찰을 통해 이해를 높인다. 그리고 Web 2.0 기술이 적용된 대표 사이트들과 국내외 도서관 사이트를 분석하여 Web 2.0 기술 중 활용도가 높은 기술들을 분석한다. 마지막으로 분석된 내용을 토대로 향후 도서관의 정보시스템이 이용자 중심의 시스템으로 발전하는데 필요한 목록, 검색, 부가서비스 영역에서의 활용방안과 이러한 기술들이 적용됨으로 나타날 수 있는 부작용에 대해서도 함께 제시하였다.

Web 2.0 which is characterized by openness, sharing with others and users' active participation has a strong impact on Individual and business environments. New technology such as open-API, RSS, collective intelligence gives various benefits to the website user. Recently, the Web 2.0 paradigm has also affected the public service. Many public service organizations are also adopting Web 2.0 applications to improve their ability for serving users more effectively. However, there is a contradiction between value of public service and that of web 2.0. Web 2.0 which pursues openness and freedom of expression can impair the accuracy and reliability of public information in the public sites. We conducted a case study on EBS which reflects the Web 2.0 strategy for websites renewal. To cope with environmental changes, EBS began reorganization of the web site and applied Web 2.0 strategy for leveraging an easy to use and user satisfaction. This research shows that how to Implement the Web 2.0 strategy and what is the limitation of it. The findings of this study suggest practical implications for Web 2.0 strategy in public web sites, especially for educational fields.

국내 병원들은 u-Hospital 서비스 구현을 위한 진료예약시스템을 구축, 운영하고 있고, 운영되고 있는 시스템의 대부분은 웹 기반의 방식을 사용하고 있다. 최근 등장하고 있는 Web 2.0 기술은 웹 방식에 있어서 편리한 UI 구조 제공, 빠른 응답서비스 등의 장점을 가지고 웹 영역의 많은 부분을 변화시켜 나가고 있다. 이 기술은 웹 영역을 넘어 모바일 영역에서 일부 응용이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Web 2.0 기술을 적용하여 모바일 진료예약 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 기존의 모바일 및 웹 기술에 비해 적은 페이지 뷰와 빠른 로딩속도로 인해 사용자의 편리성 및 응답속도를 개선하였고 성능실험을 통해 이를 증명하였다.

Web2.0 refers to a new service models based by a community oriented philosophy. This creates new opportunities for technology providers and service. The agricultural technology information service in the base of open source technology provide opportunities for increased distribution and visibility to farmer and general user. We would like to find out vest service models and platform that will find new ways of agriculture technology information service. This study suggests that these new agriculture information service strategy in new paradigm of web 2.0. should be revised and adapted to Open API and new applied strategy in agriculture should be developed considering the impact of web 2.0.

The new paradigm called the web 2.0 recently appeared in the web environment. We pay attention to the positive effects which may be brought about by application of the web 2.0 to e-learning; we think that it can improve problem solving skills of learners and reinforce their creativity. But until now, e-learning model, which understood the web 2.0 concept completely, has been never developed. In this context, we propose the web 2.0-based e-learning platform which induces all the courses for education such as the selection of topic, preparation of lecture schedule and contents, teaching and learning, to be decided by participants. We believe that this platform can replace or supplement the e-learning of web 1.0 age, and realize the positive effects.

This study examined the perception and use of web 2.0 applications for academic purposes by medical students of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. The objective was to investigate the medical students' perceptions of web 2.0 applications, web 2.0 tools use, extent of use, perception and purpose for using web 2.0 applications. Descriptive survey method was used for this study. The total population of this study was 3670 and the sample size was 367 representing 10% of the study. The purposive sampling technique was adopted, and the instrument used for this study was questionnaire, a total of 367 copies were administered and 321 were found useful for the study. Percentage means and standard deviation on table and chart were used to analyze the data collected using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Findings showed that the perception of web 2.0 applications of medical students AAU was positive and few of web 2.0 applications were used for academic purposes. It was recommended in the study that medical students should be provided with the facilities in a format more familiar to them and used by most of them and institutions need to equip the learning process with the needed facilities which will be of utmost benefit even for future purposes.

융합은 유비쿼터스 사회에서 새로운 가치창출의 원동력이 되는 핵심 메커니즘이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 도서관을 구현하고자 할 때 고려해야 할 개념 중 하나인 정보융합의 개념을 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 도서관 환경에서의 정보융합 메커니즘을 두가지 관점, 즉 시스템-이용자간의 융합, 그리고 정보/지식간의 융합으로 나누어 살펴본 후, 도서관 환경에서 정보융합을 지원함으로써 얻을 수 있는 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 융합 메커니즘을 지원하는 기술로 이동성을 기반으로 시스템-이용자-정보간 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션을 가능하게 하는 기술인 모바일 웹 2.0을 제안하고, 유비쿼터스 도서관에서의 이용자 서비스를 위해 모바일 웹 2.0을 구성하는 세부기술의 응용 방안을 제시하였다.

기존의 웹 서비스가 정적이고 수동적인데 반해 최근의 웹 서비스는 점차 동적이고 능동적으로 변화하고 있는데, 이러한 웹 서비스 변화의 흐름을 잘 반영하는 것이 웹 2.0이다. 웹 2.0의 특징은 사용자가 능동적으로 참여하여 정보를 생산하는 것인데, 이렇게 되면, 생산되는 정보의 양이 지속적으로 증가하게 되므로 더 빠르고 정확한 정보를 공유할 필요가 있다. 이러한 필요성을 충족시키는 기술이 웹 2.0의 웹 신디케이션 기술과 태그 기술이다. 웹 신디케이션은 웹 사이트의 내용을 다른 사이트나 사용자가 받아볼 수 있도록 피드를 만든다. 태그는 정보의 핵심이 되는 단어로, 여러 인터넷 사용자들이 태그를 통한 검색으로 좀 더 빠른 정보의 공유를 가능하게 한다. 이 논문에서는 웹 2.0의 핵심 기술인 웹 신디케이션과 태그의 활용을 높이기 위한 방법으로 데이터 수집 엔진을 만들어 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하는 기법을 제안하였다. 데이터 수집 엔진은 데이터베이스에 저장된 사용자의 웹 사이트 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 웹 사이트에 접속하여 업데이트된 데이터를 수집한다. 이 논문에서 제안한 데이터 수집 엔진을 사용하여 실험한 결과 기존의 기법에 비해 검색 속도가 최대 3.14배 향상되었고, 연관 태그를 구성하는데 사용되는 데이터 건수가 최대 66%까지 감소함을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 SOA와 웹서비스의 개념을 살펴보았고, SOA를 구현하는 웹서비스의 주요 프로토콜인 SOAP, REST, SRW/U, OAI-PMH에 대한 기술을 분석하였으며, 국내외 도서관에서 SOAP과 REST 기반 웹서비스 구축사례를 각각 제시하였다. 또한 국내외 도서관에서 Web 2.0 기술을 활용한 Library 2.0 적용사례와 SOA 기반 웹서비스 프로토콜의 Library 2.0 적용방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 REST 기반 Open API를 이용하여 도서관 OPAC, 온라인서점, 웹 포털, 종합목록 등을 결합한 메타검색 시스템의 구축과 활용을 통한 Library 2.0 적용방안을 제안하였다.

Government itself produces a vast amount of highly valuable information, and the internet increases its potential social and economic value. So far, government provide web services that is web 1.0 style. To meet the user's needs, that is online collaboration and sharing, government web services also change to web 2.0. This paper argues that government could now grasp the opportunities that are emerging in terms of web 2.0. Current policy and action is not yet adequate to grasp these opportunities. So, this study focused on the strategic development of electronic government services based on web 2.0. For the purpose, we reviewed the web 2.0 cases and former electronic government services. And then, we defined government 2.0 that is electronic government services based on web 2.0, and provided reference model of government 2.0. Government 2.0 reference model will help the administrators to find better ways to use the technological infrastructure and save efforts for trial and errors from the lack of systematic approach.
