Metaverse business research for revitalizing the music ecosystem in the web 3.0 era: Focusing on strategies for building music platform (웹 3.0 시대 음악 생태계 활성을 위한 메타버스 비즈니스연구: 음악 플랫폼의 발전 양상 및 구축 전략을 중심으로)

  • This paper is a study aimed at facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the music metaverse platform that will emerge in the era of Web 3.0 and exploring productive strategies for its construction. We examine the significance of the metaverse music platform from various perspectives and investigate the developmental process of digital music platforms from Web 1.0 to 3.0. Subsequently, assuming the emergence of metaverse platforms as a transition to Web 3.0, we align this transition with technological(VR technology, wearable devices, generative AI), cultural(digital avatars, fandom), and economic(NFT) discussions related to Web 3.0. These discussions are integrated with the developmental strategies of the metaverse music platform. Through this study, we hope to enhance the understanding of the metaverse music platform and provide insights into potential construction strategies.

Mycelial Production and Amylase Activity of Fungi for Brewing in Different Submerged Culture Conditions (액체배양에서의 양조용 곰팡이의 균체 생산 및 전분분해효소 활성)

  • In this study, twelve strains of brewing fungi were individually cultivated on wheat extract broth (WEB), potato dextrose broth (PDB) and malt extract broth (MEB) in order to determine the microorganism with good culture characteristics as well as with amylolytic activity. The strain cultured in PDB exhibited mycelia production from 12.6 g/L (Rhizopus oryzae KACC 45714) to a maximum of 48.0 g/L (Aspergillus oryzae KACC 46959), which was 2.3~9.2 times lower than that of the strain cultured in WEB and 1.7~14.6 times lower than that of the strain cultured in MEB. Accorfing the results, We found that the commercial strains of A. oryzae Suwon, CF1001 and CF1003 had a higher dry cell mass than the wild-type strains KACC 46421, 46423, 46424 and 46959. For Rhizopus sp., the acidity levels in WEB, PDB and MEB were 0.12~0.47%, 0.22~1.0% and 0.16~0.68% (equivalent lactic acid concentration) respectively. For A. oryzae, the acidity levels were 0.06~0.11%, 0.03~0.04% and 0.06~0.08% (equivalent lactic acid concentration), respectively. Amylase enzyme from Rhizopus delemar KACC 46419 exhibited an enzyme activity of 0.013 U and 0.019 U in WEB and MEB cultures, respectively. The enzyme activity of the amylase enzyme from A. oryzae was 0.019~0.037, 0.017~0.033 and 0.028~0.046 U in WEB, PDB and MEB cultures, respectively.

Antioxidant and Anti-inflammation Effects of Water Extract from Buckwheat (메밀 추출물의 항산화 및 항염증 효능)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the hot water extract from buckwheat (WEB) in RAW-264.7 macrophage cells against lipopolysaccharide (LPS). In these experiments, we evaluated the anti-inflammatory effects of WEB by measuring MTT assay, nitric oxide (NO), inducible NOS (iNOS) production, and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression by Western blotting. The extracts showed a protective effect by increasing cell viability on LPS in RAW264.7 cells. WEB (0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 mg/mL) significantly suppressed LPS-stimulated production of NO. Also, WEB reduced the expression of iNOS and COX-2 proteins. The present results show that WEB has potent anti-inflammatory effects on RAW264.7 cells. In addition, WEB has various antioxidant effects as a result of 2,2'-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) and 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) which possess a radical scavenging activity. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of the WEB were $13.22{\pm}3.69mg\;GAE/g$ extract and $38.53{\pm}5.20mg\;CE/g$ extract respectively. The present results give the understanding of biological activities of buckwheat and encourage their application for supplements.

  • The early web technology was 2D type and exchange of information was passive generally. AS the time had passed, users wanted to participate in the 3D environment which is similar to real world actively. However VRML which is expected to bring big changes of the web environment has not been expanded owing to various circumstances. At a recent Web 2.0 is the most popular topic in the Internet business. Basic concept of Web 2.0 is implementation of comfortable UI(User Interface) and implementation of more active web than previous web. Concept of RIA(Rich Internet Application) is one of the Web 2.0 important technologies. In this paper, we designed and implemented Web Environmental Sensor Data System which has fantastic UI and various functions by using Flex.

  • 웹을 이용한 클라이언트-서버 데이타베이스 시스템은 웹의 서비스 능력과 데이타베이스 시스템의 데이타 관리 기능을 상호 보완적으로 통합함으로써 인터넷과 같은 대규모 환경에서 데이타베이스 업무 환경을 구축하는 데 매우 적합한 것으로 알려져 있다. 데이타베이스 통로는 이러한 통합의 가장 핵심적 구성 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 클라이언트-서버 데이타베이스 응용을 위한 데이타베이스 통로의 고려사항으로서, 고성능 실행구조, 응용 프로그램 개발 환경, 그리고 상태 및 트랜잭션 관리에 대해 기술하고, 이어서 UniSQL/X용 데이타베이스 통로인 UniWeb 2.0의 설계와 구현에 대하여 소개한다. UniWeb 2.0은 CGI 응용 서버 방식을 채택하여 다양한 플랫폼을 지원하고, 고성능 그리고 확장성을 제공한다. 또한 프로그래머가 HTML 문서에 SQL/X문장이 포함된 Tcl 스크립트를 끼워 넣을 수 있도록 하여 응용 프로그램 개발 생산성을 향상시키고 있다. UniWeb 2.0은 여러 웹 페이지에 걸친 상태 와 트랜잭션을 지원하고 있다.

  • ETSI M2M Platforms provide general infra services for machine-to-machine communication. In this paper, we propose a service-level integration methodology which can integrate a ETSI M2M platform with heterogeneous web applications based on WSDL 2.0. Considered heterogeneous web applications are the ones that use SOAP, HTTP and CoAP protocols for inter-communication. The proposed WSDL 2.0-based service-level integration methodology includes the followings; (1) We present a method of how to describe standardized M2M platform service interfaces into a WSDL 2.0 document. (2) A proposed web client generator is used to generates SOAP, HTTP and CoAP client codes from the WDSL 2.0 document. (3) We propose protocol conversion proxies which translate protocols into other protocols in web service run-time.

  • In this paper, we design and implement the architecture of the ubiquitous software robot platform (Sobot platform) based on Web 2.0. In order to provide a user with the personalized emotional service by transferring to any device without any time or geographical limitations, the software robot must be developed as a form of a platform based on the standardized data and structures. To verify the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed Sobot platform consisting of the terminal platform, the server platform, and the contents composer, we compose user-created emotional Sobot contents messages on heterogeneous platforms such as PC, a mobile phone, a PDA, and a web portal site and experiment a variety of Sobot transfer implementation between them.

  • UDDI is the open standard for distributed Web-based registry standard which supports registrations and discoveries of Web services. Recently, UDDI version 3.0 specifications were opened by OASIS UDDI Spec, technical committee. UDDI version 3.0 supports many useful functions, which are not supported in version 2.0 specification, such as nested query, enhanced find qualifiers, digital signatures subscription, etc. Despite of its merits, complexity of the standard and backward-compatibility support makes it difficult to adopt this standard in real application domains. In this paper, we develop the Registry server which support UDDI version 3.0 standard. This server is based on common RDBMS and it supports all functions of UDDI version 3.0 including backward-compatibility with version 2.0 API, XML digital signature and URI- based key schemes.

Therefore Ajax(Asynchonous Javascript And in), a key RIA(Rich Internet Application) technology of Web 2.0 applications, has also been a matter of interest. And multiple Web applications which are based on Ajax are being developed and delivered. This paper deals with 'Scheduler Applications/Services' of the web application that utilize Ajax. Plus, this paper is aimed at developing, Project Management Scheduler and Project Roadmap, using web applications that utilize Ajax.

  • In this paper, we are to overcome the latency problem of current Web 2.0 Web Services system. To overcome the standard mobile web services implementation, a SOAP message processing system (SMSP) was proposed in which the SOAP request and response messages are directly processed without using Servlet engine. Our system can completely support standard Web Services protocol, reducing communication overhead, message processing time, and server overload.
