암반구간의 슬러리 쉴드 TBM의 버력운송 파이프 마모에 관한 연구 (A study on the discharge pipes wear of slurry shield TBM in rock strata)

  • 본 연구에서는 광산이나 오일샌드 등의 분야에서 적용되고 있는 슬러리 파이프 마모량 측정 방법과 슬러리 파이프의 마모량 예측에 관련된 이론식들을 문헌연구를 통해 살펴보고, 실제 싱가포르 슬러리 쉴드 TBM 현장에서 주기적으로 측정한 직선부 슬러리 파이프의 두께 측정 자료로부터 평균 일일 마모율과 굴착거리당 마모율을 산정하였다. Bukit Timah Granite의 풍화등급에 따른 마모율을 구하였는데, 풍화토에 가까운 G (V) 등급 지반 및 G (III)/G (V)의 복합지반에서의 마모율이 G(I)~G (IV)의 암반 등급지반에 비해서 1.5배 높게 나타났다. 슬러리 파이프 마모율은 슬러리 운송속도에 비례하여 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 향후 지반특성 별 파이프 마모율과 합리적인 관리두께 선정을 통하여 보다 최적화된 슬러리 파이프의 교체 및 회전 주기를 산정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

실버의류 기성복업체의 실태조사 연구 (A Research on the Actual Condition of Silver Apparel Brands)

  • The purpose of this study is to research on the actual condition of production and selling in silver apparel market. For the questionnaire, 19 women's wear brands which were in higher ranking of sales in boutiques and madame-zone of department stores were selected. Pattern makers of each brand were questioned about 40 items for this research. The results of the questionnaire were as follows: 1) According to the result of the survey on the made-to-wear production of 19 ready-to-wear manufacturers, there was the gap was in ages between the target and the real consumer. Consumers of these brands were older and aged more broadly than their target ages. 2) Most of the consumers of silver-zone has thick waists, common heights, fat shapes. Custom-made clothes are ordered in many cases because of the big abdomen(50.0%) and H-shape(58.3%) of a somatotype. The body size variation of user population is needed for a good fit. 3) All brands(100%) of this research are using KS standards in the label of clothing, but they don't use these data in their production by reason of unawareness and distrust about these data. These inconsistency between the label and the real size of products may cause a confusion when consumers buy ready-to-wear. 4) Silver apparel manufacturers have need of anthropometry information and dummy(78.6%) suitable for their target consumers to increase their satisfaction about their apparel fit.

우리나라 남성복 광고의 변화와 남성복 정장 자켓의 디자인요소 변화에 관한연구 - 1970~1990년대 잡지의 내용분석 - (The study of trend of advertisement and design element of men's formal jacket - Using content analysis men's magazines from 1970's to 1990's -)

  • The purpose of this study were to identify the design elements and the changing flow of advertisement from 1970's to 1990's by using content analysis of men's magazines. Finding were as followed; First through the analysis of men's wear advertisement in magazine it was found that the closer to 1990's the more various men's wear styles and backgrounds were advertized. These were more image oriented than product oriented. Since 1980 the advertisement about the licenced and the imported brands have been increased and the serial advertisement has shown more fre-quently than the 1-page advertisement since 1990's ; Second two piece suit was dominated in men's wear during 1970's and 1980's From 1990's this style was decresed in stead combi suit was increased. In 1970's the X silhouette was infashion and the y and the X silhouette was in fashion and the y and X sillhouette were increased during 1980's . The H silhouette was dominated in 1990's The brighter and the more various colors appeared in 1990's than in 1970's. The brighter and the more various colors appeared in 1990's than in 1970's The solid pattern was the main flow in men's wear however the stripes and the the check patterns were added in 1990's Third single breasted jacket style with two buttons and tailored collar was in fashion during 1970's . The length of the v-zone was shorter than half at this time however it was lengthened in 1980's . Also the the length of the jacket was lengthened. In 1990's the double breasted jacket style and two buttons were increased. The length of the v-zone and jacket were also lengthened.

자동차용 안전부품의 기계적 성질에 미치는 복탄처리의 영향 (Effect of Carbon-Restoration on Mechanical Properties of Automobile Safety Parts)

  • Decarburized zone of metal tongue which is used in seat belt for automobiles was carbon-restoration quenched and tempered using nitrogen-methanol gaseous atmosphere. The effects of microstructure and mechanical properties of metal tongue on the effectiveness of carbon-restoration during tempering was studied. Metal tongue showed $20{\sim}30{\mu}m$ decarburized zone. However, after carbon-restoration, it has uniform microstructure and thus hardness without decarburized zone. Carbon-restoration quenching and tempering process resulted in better wear and corrosion resistances than quenching and tempering process.

  • This study has been performed to investigate into some effects of the Sursulf treatment time and the traveling speed of surface hardening treatment on the hardness and the wear characteristics by applying the combined heat treating techniques of Sursulf process followed by induction hardening treatment to mild steel. It has been shown that increasing the Sursulf treatment time increases the case depth, but both hardness and wear resistance are not considerably improved. When the combined heat treating technique of high frequency induction heating after Sursulf treatment is applied, an improvement in case depth as well as wear resistance is obtained. In particular, the hardness in diffusion zone is greatly increased due mainly to the formation of martensite and possibly lower bainite. Iron oxides formed during induction heating and subsequent water spray cooling in the outermost part of compound layer may be considered to cause some increases in hardness and wear resistance.

눈물양에 따른 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈의 축 회전양 변화 (Change in Axial Rotation of Toric Soft Contact Lens according to Tear Volume)

  • 목적: 본 연구에서는 착용자의 눈물양이 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈 착용시간 및 응시방향에 따른 축회전 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 이중쐐기형 축안정화 디자인을 가진 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈를 62안(정상안 29안, 건성안 33안)에 착용시키고 착용 15분 후 및 6시간 후의 비침입성 눈물막파괴시간 변화와 응시방향을 달리하였을 때의 회전방향과 회전양 변화를 측정하였다. 결과: 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈를 착용하고 응시방향을 달리하였을 때 대체로 귀 쪽으로 회전하는 경우가 많았으나 착용시간 및 착용안의 눈물양에 따라 차이가 있었다. 또한, 렌즈 착용 15분 후와 6시간 후 모두 거의 모든 응시방향에서 건성안의 경우가 정상안에 비해 귀 쪽으로 회전하는 빈도가 더 높았다. 렌즈 착용 15분 후에는 건성안군의 회전양이 전체적으로 컸으나 6시간 후에는 정상안군과 건성안군 간의 회전양 차이는 크지 않았다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 렌즈 착용자의 눈물양에 따라 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈의 축 회전이 달라지며, 착용 초기와 일정시간 착용 후의 회전 양상이 상이함을 밝혔다. 본 연구결과를 통한 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈 회전양상 변화는 착용 시간 경과 후의 시력 변화 가능성을 의미하며 눈물양과의 상관관계 규명은 토릭 소프트콘택트렌즈 선택시 적절한 고려요인이 필요함을 제안한다.

Effect of material mechanical differences on shear properties of contact zone composite samples: Experimental and numerical studies

  • Aiming at the mechanical and structural characteristics of the contact zone composite rock, the shear tests and numerical studies were carried out. The effects of the differences in mechanical properties of different materials and the normal stress on shear properties of contact zone composite samples were analyzed from a macro-meso level. The results show that the composite samples have high shear strength, and the interface of different materials has strong adhesion. The differences in mechanical properties of materials weakens the shear strength and increase the shear brittleness of the sample, while normal stress will inhibit these effect. Under low/high normal stress, the sample show two failure modes, at the meso-damage level: elastic-shearing-frictional sliding and elastic-extrusion wear. This is mainly controlled by the contact and friction state of the material after damage. The secondary failure of undulating structure under normal-shear stress is the nature of extrusion wear, which is positively correlated to the normal stress and the degree of difference in mechanical properties of different materials. The increase of the mechanical difference of the sample will enhance the shear brittleness under lower normal stress and the shear interaction under higher normal stress.

금형재료용 주철의 다이오드 레이저 표면경화처리에 관한 연구(III) - 경화부의 미세조직 특성 - (A Study on the Diode Laser Surface Hardening Treatment of Cast Iron for Die Material(III) - Characteristics of Microstructures in Hardened Zone -)

  • 금형의 공정 과정에서 금형과 성형품 사이에서 발생하는 마찰로 인해 발생하는 금형의 마모가공차로 작용하여 성형 품질을 저하시킬 수 있다. 따라서 금형의 내마모성을 향상시키기 위해 질화나 침탄처리, 화염 및 고주파 표면처리 등의 방법들이 적용되어 왔다. 하지만 형상의 제한이나 제품의 변형 등과 같은 문제점을 수반하고 있기 때문에, 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 표면처리 방법으로써 레이저 표면처리 기술이 검토되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고출력 다이오드 레이저를 이용, 금형재료용 주철의 표면처리를 시도하였다. 앞서 제1보와 제2보의 논문에서는 금형의 재료 및 형상의 차이에 따른 열처리 특성을 비교하였다면, 본 논문에서는 열처리 후 생성되는 경화부, 경계부위 및 모재의 조직적 차이를 분석하기 위해 광학 현미경 및 전자 현미경을 이용하여 미세조직을 관찰하고, EDS를 통해 조직의 상태를 파악하였다. 미세조직 관찰 결과, 경화부는 침상의 마르텐사이트 조직이 형성되어 있었다.

실버의류브랜드 치수체계와 KS 규격간의 비교 분석 (An Analysis of the Sizing System of Silver Apparel Brands as Compared with the KS Standards)

  • The purpose of this study is to comparison on the sizing system in silver apparel brands with the KS standards. For the comparison research, 3 women's wear brands(suit style, knitted suit style, casual style) which were different apparel style on occasion in madame-zone of department stores were selected. The subject of investigation of sizing system of these brands were the label. The results of the sizing system of silver apparel brands as compared with the KS standards were as follows: 1) For the upper wear of suit style, it is larger than KS standards that size of height is $5{\sim}15$ cm. 2) For the lower wear of suit style, suitability of size of hip circumference is lower than KS standards. 3) For the casual style, it is larger than KS standards that size of height is $10{\sim}20$ cm.

난류 가진에 의한 증기발생기 전열관의 마모 일률 평가 (Work-rate Estimation for Predicting Fretting-wear in SG Tubes due to Turbulence Excitation)

  • In this study, amplitudes of turbulence excitation are obtained for selected tubes inside the KSNP SG and their normal work-rates are investigated to estimate the magnitude of fretting-wear. From the results of numerical calculation, row 40&41 tubes show the maximum work-rates. Up to this row number, the work-rates inside the row 41 have much larger values than those of outside tubes. This phenomenon reveals the particular central one which has larger normal work-rate than that of outside zone. It turns out that both of the higher local mode at the U-bend region and the larger value of effective mass in the central region Increase the normal work-rate enormously.
