The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of the cooling performance for a water-to-water 10 RT ground source heat pump by using the water switching and refrigerant switching method. The test of water-to-water ground source heat pump was measured by varying the compressor speed, load side inlet temperature, and ground heat source side temperature. The cooling capacity and refrigerant mass flow rate of the heat pump increased with increasing ground heat source temperature. But COP of the heat pump decreased with increasing ground heat source temperature. As a result, the water switching method with counter flow, compared to a refrigerant switching method, improves the cooling capacity and COP by approximately 6~9% in average, respectively.

Memristor devices are one of the most promising candidate approaches to next-generation memory technologies. Memristive switching phenomena usually rely on repeated electrical resistive switching between non-volatile resistance states in an active material under the application of an electrical stimulus, such as a voltage or current. Recent reports have explored the use of variety of external operating parameters, such as the modulation of an applied magnetic field, temperature, or illumination conditions to activate changes in the memristive switching behaviors. Among these possible choices of signal controlling factors of memristor, photon is particularly attractive because photonic signals are not only easier to reach directly over long distances than electrical signal, but they also efficiently manage the interactions between logic devices without any signal interference. Furthermore, due to the inherent wave characteristics of photons, the facile manipulation of the light ray enables incident light angle controlled memristive switching. So that, in the tautological sense, device orienting position with regard to a photon source determines the occurrence of memristive switching as well. To demonstrate this position controlled memory device functionality, we have fabricated a metal-semiconductor-metal memristive switching nanodevice using ZnO nanorods. Superhydrophobicity employed in this memristor gives rise to illumination direction selectivity as an extra controlling parameter which is important feature in emerging. When light irradiates from a point source in water to the surface treated device, refraction of light ray takes place at the water/air interface because of the optical density differences in two media (water/air). When incident light travels through a higher refractive index medium (water; n=1.33) to lower one (air; n=1), a total reflection occurs for incidence angles over the critical value. Thus, when we watch the submerged NW arrays at the view angles over the critical angle, a mirror-like surface is observed due to the presence of air pocket layer. From this processes, the reversible switching characteristics were verified by modulating the light incident angle between the resistor and memristor.
Electrical resistivity and switching phenomena in glass semiconductor of AsTe and AsTeGa is studied. Samples sliced from ingot which is air quenched or water quenched, show high resistivity at room temperature. The resistivity of the AsTe and AsTeGa is 1*10$^{6}$ .ohm.-cm and 5*10$^{6}$ .ohm.-cm at 27.deg. C. Switching phenomena take place in thin the thick samples. Holding voltage is different with the thickness of the samples and the characteristics of switching in the thin and thick samhles are similar. When square wave pulse voltage is applied, delay time is detected to 5.mu.sec by oscilloscpoe.
A water soluble spironaphthoxazine (SPO) was synthesized, and its spectral properties were determined. Under UV irradiation, colorless SPO shows intensive blue color while the intensity of its initial fluorescence decreased. In addition, SPO also exhibited high sensitivity to pH stimuli both in colorimetry and fluorometry distinguishing from the spectral appearance observed under UV irradiation. Further, integrating these two optical characteristics a three-state switching system can be established, and all interconversions can be observed by naked-eye.
Laser wave length can have evaporation effect by absorption because outer skin or tissue of focus is consisted of water almost though absorption of water occurs more than 90% almost in formation thickness of very thin floor. Can operate outer skin, steam by floor and correct incision of formation is available. Suture surgical operation is available to vein or lymph system and surgical operation region can dry and see as eye and radish bleeding surgical operation is available. Specially, stability of tube both end output about pulse by weight very, this research can cause various curative effect because can reduce bulk and control easily current wave style of medical laser using electric power conversion device of high frequency way. If introduce ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) or ZVZCS (Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching), is more profitable because can reduce switching damage. Because electric power department of proposed medical laser can do stable soft-switching in wide subordinate extent introducing ZVZCS technique by the first help and control department composes microcontroller, output current waveform user have free form make. Result that experiment because design and manufacture, brought result that improve of 20% than existing equipment, and will be bought to get into superior result if supplement as systematic late.
This paper presents a water level control method using Z-80 microcomputer. The process considered in this paper is one tank system which is described by an unknown nonlinear differential equation. The water level is measured by the end of bar installed at a float passing through 8 pair of photointerrupters located at equal distance. Therefore, the input data to 8255 which is interface between Z-80 and photointerrupters is discrete value, namely, value under 1. values from 1 to 8, and value upper 8. The water is pumped into the tank from a reservoir by switching on a relay connected to a moter and pump driving system. The pumping is stopped by switching off the relay. Experimental studies for two types of controllers are performed in order to investigate the control performance of water level of the water pumping system.
The electrical stress, which is generated by switching devices, has been affected by various kinds of factors such as surge impedance, motor capacity, surge wavefront and so forth. In this study, the surge phenomenon delivered into motor winding in switching was analyzed with actual system.
Column--swtiching technique with a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the routine analysis of radioiodinated insulin and its degadation products in biological fluids. The diluted biological samples were loaded onto a precolumn packed with LiChrosorb RP-8 $(25-40{\;}{\mu}m)$ using 0.1% trifuoroacetic acid (TFA) in water as a washing solvent. After valve switching, the concentrated insulins were eluted in the back-flush mode and separated by a W-Porex $C_{18}$ column with a gradient of 0.1% TFA in water and 0.1% TFA in acetonitrile as the mobile phase. The method showed good precision, accuracy and speed with the detection limit of 20 pg/ml. Total analysis time per sample was about 40 min and the coefficients of variation were less than 8, 2%.

In this paper, a DC smoothing filterless soft switching pulse modulated high frequency AC power conversion circuit connected to utility. frequency AC power source is proposed for consumer induction heating hot water producer, steamer and super heated steamer. The operating principle of DC link filterless utility frequency AC-high frequency AC (HF AC) power conversion circuit defined as high frequency cycloinverter is described, which can operate under a principle of ZVS/AVT and power regulation based on alternate asymmetrical PWM in synchronization with the utility frequency single phase AC positive or negative half wave voltage. The dual mode modulation control scheme based on high frequency PWM and commercial frequency AC voltage PDM for the proposed high frequency cycloinverter are discussed to enlarge its soft switching commutation operating range for wide HF AC power regulation. This high frequency cycloinverter is developed for high frequency IH Dual Packs Heater (DPH) type boiler used in consumer and industrial fluid pipeline systems. Based on the experiment and simulation results, this high frequency cycloinverter is proved to be suitable for the consumer use IH-DPH boiler and hot water producers. The cycloinverter power regulation and power conversion efficiency characteristics are evaluated and discussed.
