마늘 및 양파 주산지 농업생산기반시설의 취약성 분석 - 전라도, 경상도를 중심으로 - (A Study on the vulnerability of the agricultural infrastructure based on the product of garlic and onions - Focused on Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do -)

  • In recent years, the proportion of arable land in the nation has grown from 36.2 percent in 1990 to 43.7 percent in 2013. The study first performed the vulnerability assessment of agricultural production, transportation, processing facilities, agricultural machinery leasing facilities, and water supply facilities. It was developed for the evaluation of the vulnerability of each gun of garlic and onions based on the distance from the three groups of arable bodies to the facility and the processing capacity of facilities. In view of these regional imbalances, the store, distribution and processing facilities in the main stream were found in Haenam, South Jeolla-do, and the relatively low regions of the gun were located in Goheung-gun and Hampyeong-gun. Among other regions, agricultural machinery rental facilities were high in Changnyeong-gun, Haenam, and two regions, while the water supply facilities were high in the southern area of Haenam and South Jeolla-do. The Gyeongsang-do showed relatively high levels of comparison vulnerability index compared to Jeolla-do regions. In particular, through the management plan to improve the facilities needed to improve agricultural production infrastructure, it is necessary to increase the competitiveness of agricultural productuivity through the planning of the need for additional support through the rural readjustment project.

상수도 자산관리 시스템 구축을 위한 정수시설 인벤토리 분류 (Classification of Water Facility Inventories for the Construction of Water Supply Asset Management System)

  • Recently, the need for asset management(AM) plan introduction to reduce increasing O&M cost with aging water facilities is on the rise. Therefore, asset inventory classification is necessary as the first step for AM plan construction. In this study, all assets of YW water treatment plant(WTP) were classified as 5 steps. In addition, specific code name was given to each asset which can increase compatibility in constructing the AM programs among WTPs. In the future, codes for attribute and status of asset will be allocated, which can facilitate proper AM operation.

탕전실의 시설 기준에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Facility Standard of Herbal Dispensaries)

  • Objectives: Herbal dispensaries can be installed separately from medical institutions. This study was done to suggest directions of regulation on management of externally installed herbal dispensaries. Methods: In this study, we visited and investrigated 7 representative herbal dispensaries to understand current status of herbal dispensaries. After comprehending current domestic regulations on herbal dispensaries, we referred "Management Practice on Dispensary Facility of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Medical Institution", "Enforcement Rule of Decree on Institution Standard of Manufacturing and Importation for Drugs, etc." and "Enforcement Rule of Food Sanitation Act" to suggest improved regulations for herbal dispensaries. Results: We suggested reasonable regulations for facility standards including location of building, dispensary room, water supply facility, lavatory and storage facility, etc.. Conclusions: We hope that results of this study could be baseline data for developing regulations on facility standards of herbal dispensaries.

  • At the water supply field, high voltage induction motor is main facility of a load equipment. The motor is often out of order and its noise, generated heat, loss etc occurred occasionally. especially, transmission motor for flux control generates an amount of the harmonics then have a bad influence upon the electric power system. In this study, to analyze the total harmonics distortion of the water supply field receiving high voltage, the harmonics measured and analyzed using the PQA(Power quality Analyzer) according to the electric power system and electrical load and the reduction method presented.

IoT 기술을 활용한 스마트 물관리 필요성에 관한 연구 (Research Regard to Necessity of Smart Water Management Based on IoT Technology)

  • 본 논문은 소비자에게 공급되는 수돗물의 공급시설(Water Supply Network)에 IoT 기술을 활용하여 소비자의 물 사용량을 원격으로 검침하고, 공급시설의 누수를 줄여서 원가를 절감하는 스마트 물관리(Smart Water Management) 기술의 적용효과를 검증하였다. SWM 실증모형은 수돗물 공급시설에 원격 누수감지센서, 스마트 미터링(Smart Metering), 초소형 멀티센서를 설치하고, 원격에서 운영현황을 실시간으로 감시하고 소비자에게 수돗물 사용량과 수질을 스마트폰 앱으로 제공하였다. 이때, 소비자가 수돗물 사용량 정보를 이용하여 수돗물을 아껴 쓰는지, 수돗물 수질정보를 이용하여 직접 음용하는지를 조사하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 SWM을 실증 적용함으로써 공급시설의 유수율 향상, 수돗물 음용률 향상, 소비자 민원 감소, 운영비용 절감, 수돗물 사용량 절감이 달성되는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 수돗물 공급시설의 IoT 센서, 운영자 모니터링 시스템, 이상발생시 탐사복구 솔루션이 융합된 하나의 SWM 모델을 수립하였으며, 관련 기술 개발을 통해 국내 물산업을 육성하고, SWM을 선진수준으로 확산하였다는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

  • In this study, foreign and domestic noise criteria on walls, floors, and water supply facilities were reviewed and the results are as follows : regulation can be divided two things, one is on thickness the other is sound insulation performance. Green Building regulation based on the law and this have sound classification systems. Since these regulations are not established in Korea. The noise regulation on water supply-drain facilities and domestic guideline on interior noise level is needed. Foreign regulations are stricter than those of ours. And those has sound classification system for the better acoustic condition of inhabitants'.

관개용 저수지 농업용수의 국가 전과정 목록분석 데이터베이스 구축 (Development of National Life Cycle Inventory Database on Irrigation Water by Agricultural Dam)

  • The objective of the study is to develop life cycle inventory (LCI) database of dam, a major facility for irrigation water supply. The types of database developed are three out of nine dams according to the size of the wate r storage capacity: two kinds larger than 500,000 $m^3$ depending on gate for discharging (Type 1) and the other dam smaller than 500,000 $m^3$ (Type 2). According to the LCI analysis, type 1 larger than 500,000 $m^3$ storage capacity with gate has the lowest environment impact in the 6 impact categories. The impact of the type 1 accounts for 7~35 % of the type 2 for supplying irrigation water. Comparing with the environment impacts of water for other uses such as drinking and industrial water, the impacts of 1 $m^3$ irrigation water supply is 4~45 % of the one for industrial water supply and 1~16 % of the drinking water's. The three types of LCI DB on the irrigation water by dams will be useful in the application of Life Cycle Assessment in agricultural products and environmental labelling including carbon footprint since it is complied to the guidelines of LCI DB constr uction issued by Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Knowledge Economy.

온실가스 감축 전략의 성과평가 - 지자체 환경기초시설 사례 - (Assessment of GHG Reduction Strategy - A Case of Environmental Facilities of Incheon City -)

  • The study focuses on 32 environmental facilities in Incheon Metropolitan City, South Korea, categorizes them by sector: sewage treatment, wastewater treatment, incineration, landfill, water purification, and water supply. Their GHG reduction results are analyzed through quantitative and qualitative measures for 2012 to 2015. The study surveys and examines GHG reductions of the environmental facilities for two categories - facility operation and management. The findings are as follows: First, the GHG reduction rate, an emission-to-allocation ratio, from 2012 to 2015 is 89.67%. Second, GHG reductions coming from qualitative measures of facility management are even greater than those from quantitative measures of facility operation. Third, GHG reductions through facility operation are mostly attributable to overhauls, less use of facilities, resources recycling, process improvement rather than the betterment of fuels, facilities and energy efficiency. Fourth, higher reduction can be achieved by effective facility management, qualitative measures.

낙동강수계 댐과 다기능보의 연계운영을 통한 용수공급효율화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficiency of Water Supply through Conjunctive Operation of Reservoirs and Multi-function Weirs in the Nakdong River)

  • In order to determine the best operating rules for the Nakdong River, three cases were applied to analyze the simulated results of water supply capacity by HEC-ResSim model. This study discussed to present the best operating rules for conjunctive operating of existing the dams and new constructed the weirs through system network. The system network was constructed considering the water supply, the river environment and the operating facility. The water supply capacities are separately evaluated for each case applying the best rules. It is case1 that the dams are operated individually, case2 that the dams are operated in conjunction with the others dams, and case3 that dams and weirs are operated in conjunction with the others dams-weirs. Comparing the cases, case 3 has shown the best water supply capacity of the Nakdong River.

광역상수도 계통의 Pump 운전비용 최소화 (Minimization of Pump Running Cost in the Large-scale Water Supply System)

  • 장거리 용수공급 시스템에서 전력비용은 전체 운영비용의 큰 부분을 차지한다. 본 연구는 시간단위의 펌프와 배수지 시스템의 최적 운영계획을 평가하기 위해 동적계획기법에 기초한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 해석방법은 운영비용 최소화 관점에서 펌프용량 확대를 전제로 현재 가용 펌프의 효율적 운전과 전력요금체계, 시간별 용수수요 추이 그리고 배수지 특성과 송수관로의 제약조건 등을 고려하였다. 이를 위해 적용 가능한 시스템 운영목적과 제약조건이 제시되었고 개발된 방법은 수도권 광역상수도 양주계통의 2개 가압장과 5개 배수지를 대상으로 적용하였다. 적용결과는 펌프 확장의 경우 상당한 수준의 운전비용을 절감할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 같은 방법은 기존 시스템의 최적운영은 물론 생애주기 비용 최소화 측면에서 신규 용수공급 체계의 설계 등에 적절히 활용될 수 있다.
