Technology to optimize and utilize the use and supply of the electric power between consumer and supplier has been on the rise among the smart grid power market network in electric power demand management based on the Internet. Open Automated Demand Response system protocol, which can deliver Demand Response needed in electric power demand management to electricity supplier, system supplier and even the user is openADR 2.0b. This paper used the most credible, cosmopolitanly proliferated EPRI open source and analysed the variety of security vulnerability that developed VEN and VTN system may have. Using the simulator for attacking openADR protocol, the VEN/VTN system that has been implemented as EPRI open source was conducted to attack in a variety of ways. As a result of the analysis, we were able to get the results that the VEN/VTN system has security vulnerabilities to the parameter tampering attacks and service flow falsification attack. In conclusion, if you want to implement the openADR2.0b protocol system in the open or two-way communication environment smart grid network, considering a variety of security vulnerability should be sure to seek security technology and services.

Most of the APP market today, it is biased in the field of games and entertainment. In contrast, market-share of the educational APP is very low. This phenomenon is due to two major problems. The first is a decrease in the reuse because of the test of simple pattern. The second is difficult to consider user-level range that was learned previously. In this case it is necessary for students to do additional effort. This paper, propose an educational intelligent educational APP to solve the problems described above and shows implementation results. This system analyzes the stored results that have been saved to determine the area of vulnerability. Time-based Re-validation module helps long-term memory of student. The proposed system in this way directly supports self-directed learning. Therefore, the students can be able to relearn weak area autonomously. It results in improved academic achievement.

Domestic PCB industry formed by orders of demand companies is extremely vulnerable in its innovation infrastructure including high value-added technology development and information exchange. The majority of PCB products produced in the country relies on the imports from abroad and it causes its vulnerability to external market changes. Due to the negative perceptions about the industry (e.g., 3D job), low treatment (especially SMEs) and expertise employment avoidance in PCB industry, the job market conditions of PCB industry is not so good. In these circumstances, the PCB industry is completely dependent on the demand market such as cellular phones, and tablet PC, and as a result the responsiveness of PCB industry to the changes in demand market is also vulnerable. In this PCB industry, Korean government is trying to build the research infrastructure for PCB industry that realizes the sharing of information among companiesthrough the operation of the PCB industry innovation forum (information innovation), builds SME suppot platform and supports quality improvement (technology innovation), and supports enterprise collaboration processes (material-process-equipment) utilizing PCM open laboratory. The PCB industry technology infratstructure project is going to be promoted by the government(1.3 billion won, each year) and the private investmen(434 million won each year) from 2013 to 2017(5 years project)(table 1). This study analyzes the feasibility of the project, by using the AHP analysis and the results shows that this project is considered feasible because the AHP overall score is evaluated as 0.841, the overall score is greater than or equal to 0.55.

This paper attempts to provide a way to improvement in trade & commerce between Korea and Russia, analyzing the influence of the circumstances of the Russian economy on economic relations between the two countries. The study briefly reviews the current situation of the Russian economy, and tries to examine the strong points to be considered as leverage for cooperation and the weak points to be overcome. Previous studies have determined that the Russian economy has unlimited potential for growth, because it is endowed with abundant resources, and has a government willing to reform for the opening of the economy, as well as high-quality labor. However, the economic structure is vulnerable to impact of the worldwide financial crisis. It is not possible to overlook its institutional fragility and vulnerability such as a corrupt bureaucracy or a relatively large black market. These undesirable factors may not only undermine the basis of Russia economy but also a hindrance to economic cooperation by increasing economic uncertainty. This paper attempts to analyze comprehensively the socio-economic factors that influence the open-economy of Russia, and to illustrate strategies for improvement in trade and commerce through the viewpoint of Korean firms that are already in business or are trying to enter in the near future. Some measures to improve their economic cooperation are suggested at the end.

Monitoring the mutation dynamics of human severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is critical in understanding its infectivity, virulence and pathogenicity for development of a vaccine. In an "age of mobility," the pandemic highlights the importance and vulnerability of regionalization and labor market interdependence in Southeast Asia. We intend to characterize the genetic variability of viral populations within the region to provide preliminary information for regional surveillance in the future. By analyzing 142 complete genomes from South East Asian (SEA) countries, we identified three central variants distinguished by nucleotide and amino acid changes.

Recently, spread of large amount Smartphones made users to download location-based service applications, which provided by application developers. These location-based service applications are convenient tool for users. Location-based service use technology to find location of user and provide information of user's location. Leakage of information of user's location and expose of privacy life raised new controversy. In this thesis, it will analyze relations of increase of Smartphone market, usage of Location-based service and severity of personal information leakage. Also, it will analyze examples of user's case of damage which caused by leakage personal information and find solutions to reduce damage of personal information leakage. In research, it will find cases of damage that cause by Location-based service. Also it will analyze and research cases of damage and present with graph and chart. In conclusion, to reduce and prevent from damage which caused by leakage personal information, it is important that users and application developers to realize danger of private and personal information leakage. Also, user's personal information must deal with cautiously and application developers have to research and develop the application with powerful security.

Recently, the personal cloud computing service has been being spotlighted as an individual tool of productivity enhancement. However, compared to the rosy forecast, its diffusion rate in the domestic (Korean) market is much slower than expected. In order to find the reason for the slow growth of personal cloud computing service, we attempt to identify influencing factors on user's adoption resistance, while most prior research has focused on the factors affecting its adoption. Based on both the person-technology fit model and the privacy calculus model, we propose technostress and perceived value as key antecedents of adoption resistance. In addition, we identify (1) technical (pace of change and complexity) and personal (self-efficacy) influencing factors on technostress, and (2) beneficial (perceived mobility and perceived availability) and harmful (perceived vulnerability) influencing factors on perceived value. To validate our research model, 133 individual samples were gathered from undergraduate and graduate students who had actual experience of using at least one of personal cloud computing services. The results of the structural equation modeling confirm that both technostress and perceived value have significant effects on adoption resistance, but they have different influencing mechanisms to different types of adoption resistance (indifference, postponement, and rejection). Theoretical and practical contributions are discussed in the conclusion.
