PURPOSE: The purpose of this research is to check the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities of occupational therapy students who are going to be the future subjects of medical rehabilitation service, based on this to provide occupational therapy students an alternative to have the right attitude toward the disabilities to find ways to reduce prejudice against them in society meeting in the future. METHODS: The survey was carried out to select randomly 6 cities and provinces nationwide with occupational therapy, to choose 20 students at each grade and have them to fill up the questionnaire themselves after reading the text, and as a result of the survey. RESULTS: The attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities according to the gender, there was more positive significant difference in women than men, the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities by each grade, the higher grade they were, the more positive significant difference they had. As the results of the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities whether to take classes related to them, there was a positive significant difference in the students who took classes related to disabilities person, and the results of the attitudes and behavior toward the disabilities whether to participate in a clinical practice and voluntary service, there was a positive significant difference in the students who took part in that service. CONCLUSION: The positive attitudes and behavior toward disabilities were higher in women than men, higher grade students than the lower, the more time for voluntary service and the more contact with disabilities persons. As through the results of this, the comprehensive and continuous education about the disabilities for the students in all Departments related to medical rehabilitation service and the suggestion for continuous research on the fundamental problems should be made in the future.

In-depth interview research and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the experiences of family volunteer activities through the use of the Health Family Support Center. Ultimately, 143 items as sub-concepts, 42 items as sub-categories, and 10 items as subjects were found. I will also suggest alternative basic and primary data. First, using 10 subjects, the following points were evaluated in detail. I looked at what kind of changes in the volunteer activities these subjects experienced after working at the Health Family Support Center, and what the specific underlying reasons were for the changes in their family volunteer experience. These included 'community solidarity', 'family community', 'leisure and culture for the family', 'communication', 'personal relations', 'coping skills', 'growth', 'sympathy', 'positive thinking', 'future plans'. Second, families experienced a feeling of belonging as community members and the family realized the importance of their life, learned communication methods and coping skills. Third, families came to have new opportunities to grow as humans and learned a feeling of sympathy for others. Fourth, families found new paradigms to think positively about their daily life and to establish future plans. We will need more effort to empower family experiences of family volunteer activities that use the Health Family Support Center as well as supporting its staff. The following specific factors were the main mediating factors for using such a facility: family volunteer education, family volunteer service agency consulting, program planning, and managing family volunteers and other services.

본 연구는 지역사회복지 환경에서 주민 자원조직 참여 네트워크의 내용과 상호작용을 살펴보고 주민참여 네트워크를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 연구는 근거이론 방법으로 접근하여 수행하였으며 총 연구참여자는 24명이였다. 자료는 심층면담과 문서기록 수집을 통해 수집되었으며, 자료분석은 스트라우스와 코빈 (Strauss and Corbin)이 제시한 방법으로 이루어졌다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 개방코딩에서는 총 133개의 개념과 32개의 하위범주, 13개의 범주를 구성했다. 축코딩에서는 개방코딩 결과를 패러다임에 따라 정리했다. 인과적 조건은 욕구의 질적 상승, 복지소비자 주권 의식의 대두, 중심현상은 실천기반의 동요와 탈출구 모색, 맥락적 조건은 자원의 위기, 사회복지회의론, 중재적 조건은 사회복지의식의 성숙, 공동체 책임주의의 확산으로 나타났다. 전략은 자생적 조직의 사회복지 자원화, 복지 핫라인 구축, 현장 밀착형 서비스체계로 나타났다. 결과는 풀뿌리 복지, 전략형 맞춤서비스 전달체계로 나타났다. 선택코딩에서 핵심범주는 사회복지 환경을 타개하기 위한 아래로 부터의 실천혁명으로 구성했다.

Most of social service agencies experiences the lack of funds. This situation is casued mainly from the lack of donor development techniques. Therefore, the social service agencies need to develope marketing strategies to develop donors. The study was begun with the idea that a business philosophy will not conflict with professionalism, and the two can be entirely compatible, and synergistic as well. Some of the main principles of marketing can be used to construct a model that will help the social service agency devise the appropriate plan for developing donors. The social service agency's marketing plan should begin with a statement of its mission and goals and the product suggested by each goal. Social marketing process to develop voluntary contributions include marketing environment analysis, market research, selecting marketing goals and objectives, market segmentation, marketing program development, and marketing action. These techniques can be used with some modifications at each social service agency.

The purpose of this study is to explore the model for the family welfare service delivery system in Korea. In order to provide more effective and efficient delivery system it is necessary to evaluate the existng family welfare delivery system. By the review of literature family welfare delivery system is fragmentary and inconsistent. Then the role of informal voluntary public and commercial sector in the delivery system is examined Lastly the models for family welfare service delivery system are proposed. Major suggestions are as follows: 1, It is necessary to reform the family welfare service delivery system for considering the integration of the family life. 2. Family welfare worker ought to coordinate the service to meet the complex needs of individuals and the family 3. The intersector collaborative model for family welfare service delivery system in proposed.

As one of the organizational behaviors that contribute to the performance of a company, we introduce 'Service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior(SOCB)'. In this study, we focus on voluntary behaviors than a formal action specified in the job description. Since Organ(1986) proposed the concept -Organizational Citizenship Behavior: OCB-, the reason that many researchers have noted OCB has been discretionary. Our purpose in this study is as follows. First, it is systematically to construct the factors affecting SOCB as a dependent variable in this study. Second, it is to test the antecedent(service orientation) and the mediating variable(service commitment). Third, our study is an attempt to understand the relationship among the variables in overall dimensions.

As more and more the social environment change, the companies try to improve industrial structure. The role of enterprise changed direction from position power to communication power. Social contributed activity - representative of social responsible activities in companies - is means of communication with the community and new marketing strategy. The most important element of successful social contributed activity is member's volunteering minds. Volunteer mind based on practical behavioral philosophy. This is right people for company. In this paper, we discussed company social responsibility and suggested standard guide line for voluntary record reflection when the company hire new employees.

본 연구는 레스토랑 환경이 고객의 자발적 행위에 미치는 영향 그러고 이들 관계에 있어서 레스토랑 가치, 품질, 그리고 전반적 만족도의 매개역할을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 723명의 레스토랑 이용고객들을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메뉴특성이 레스토랑 가치와 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 종업원 서비스 특성이 레스토랑 가치의 매개역할을 통해서 레스토랑 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시설/분위기 특성이 레스토랑 가치와 품질에 유의한 영황을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 레스토랑 내 촉진 특성이 레스토랑 가치와 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 레스토랑 가치는 레스토랑 품질과 전반적 만족도, 그리고 레스토랑 가치는 전반적 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 전반적 만족도는 충성도, 참여, 그리고 협조 등 고객의 자발적 행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 지역사회 개발을 위하여 노인들의 위상이 제고되는 가운데 사회에 참여의 폭을 넓히기 위하여 공공도서관의 프로그램 개발적 측면에서 연구되었다. 연구의 대상은 안양시와 의왕시 그리고 군포시의 노인들을 상대로 하여 연구하였으며 대체로 연령의 분포는 60세로부터 81세까지 노인으로 한정하였다. 미국과 같은 나라는 지역사회 개발을 위한 노인의 사회참여가 1955년부터 시작되어 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 한국은 노인들의 사회봉사의 무경험 등 사회개발을 위한 참여가 미비한 시점에 놓여있으며 이를 점진적으로 해결하기 위해 공공도서관의 역할이 매우 중요하게 대두된다. 특히 노인들의 사회 정화를 위해 청소년 지도나 나아가서 지역의 가이드를 담당할 수 있을 것이다. 그래서 공공도서관의 프로그램 개발의 정책은 변화를 가져와야 하는데 가능하면 다음과 같은 내용이 포함되어야 한다. (1) 지역사회에서 노인들이 원하는 개발정책에 관한 프로그램 (2) 노인들을 위한 공공도서관에서의 교육 프로그램 개발 (3) 지방자치단체의 지역사회 개발차원에서 노인이 참여하는 프로그램 (4) 정보 탐색의 능력 증진 등의 기본적인 요소를 중심으로 노인들의 자원을 개발하는 방향으로 프로그램을 확대해야 한다.
