튀김재료가 튀김기름의 변화와 튀김 산물에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Batter Ingredients on Changes I Frying Oil and Fried Products)

  • Effect of various batter ingredients o acid value, peroxide value, darkening of oil, and changes in volume after frying at 180- $190^{\circ}C$ for 3 times were determined. Organoleptic evaluation was also performed on the fried products. Fried product wit egg yolk raised the acid value, absorbed volume and darkening of frying oil than the control but the peroxide value was the lowest. on the contrary, fried product without egg lowered the acid value, absorbed volume and darkening of frying oil than the control but the peroxide value was high, and the sensory evaluation scores were generally higher in fried product without egg than in the product with egg yolk. In genera, fired products with potato, or potato plus ascorbic acid or carrot lowered the acid value, peroxide value, absorbed volume, and the darkening of frying oil. fried potato 0products were also favorable to the taste panel.

Experimental Study on Characteristics of Synergistic Effect of Fuel Mixing on Number Density and Size of Soot in Ethylene-base Counterflow Diffusion Flames by Laser Techniques

  • The effect of fuel mixing on soot structure with methane, ethane, and propane to ethylene-base counterflow diffusion flames has been investigated by measuring the volume fraction, number density, and particle size of soot by adopting the light extinction/scattering techniques. The experimental result showed that the mixing of ethane and propane in ethylene diffusion flame increased soot volume fraction while the mixing of methane decreased. As compare to the ethylene-base flame, the diameters of soot particles for mixture flames are slightly smaller. While the soot number densities for the mixture flames are much higher. Thus, the increase in the soot volume fraction can be attributed to the appreciably increased soot number density by the fuel mixing.

Modeling of sulfate ionic diffusion in porous cement based composites: effect of capillary size change

  • The paper considers a theoretical model to study sulfate ion diffusion in saturated porous media - cement based mineral composites, accounting for simultaneous effects, such as filling micro-capillaries (pores) with ions and chemical products and liquid push out of them. Pore volume change and its effect on the distribution of ion concentration within the specimen are investigated. Relations for the distribution of the capillary relative radius and volume within the composite under consideration are found. The numerical algorithm used is further completed to consider capillary size change and the effects accompanying sulfate ion diffusion. Ion distribution within the cross section and volume of specimens fabricated from mineral composites is numerically studied, accounting for the change of material capillary size and volume. Characteristic cases of 2D and 3D diffusion are analyzed. The results found can be used to both assess the sulfate corrosion in saturated systems and predict changes occurring in the pore structure of the composite as a result of sulfate ion diffusion.

모터싸이클 브레이크 디스크의 열 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermal Analysis of Motorcycle Brake Disk)

  • The effect of frictional factors on thermal stress and deformation volume of motorcycle brake disk was studied by using a disk-on-pad type friction tester. It has an effect on the frictional factor such as applied load, sliding speed, sliding distance and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factors. In this study, thermal stress and deformation volume by using design of experiment with 4 elements were investigated for thermal analysis with regression analysis. Thermal stress and thermal deformation are obtained by the application of temperature from mechanical test. From this study, the result showed that the motorcycle brake disk with ventilated hole 3 had the most excellent thermal stress and deformation volume. The regression equation had a trust rate of 95% for the prediction of thermal stress and deformation volume of motorcycle brake disk was composed.

  • Recently, usage of ultra-high strengh concrete(UHSC) have been increased. Concrete has been recognized as a material which is resistant to high temperatures, but chemicophysical property of concrete is changed by the high temperature. So, mechanical properties of concrete may be reduced. Therefore, this study evaluated effect of the coarse Aggregate volume by high temperature mechanical properties of UHSC. Residual mechanical properties are evaluated under fine aggregate ratio 40,60% and 500℃ temperature on UHSC of W/B 15, 20%. As result, residual mechanical properties of UHSC are high by lower coarse aggregate volume.

  • This study is about the effect of braiding on the 2-D biaxial braided hollow composite(BD) compared with unidirectional hollow composite(UD). The specimens were made of T700S Carbon/Epoxy prepreg and T700S dried Carbon yarns. Fiber volume fraction of UD and BD was obtained experimentally and analytically. Fiber volume fraction of BD was derived based on unit cell of braiding yarn section. Bending test was executed to investigate the effect of braiding part. The result of experiment and analysis of fiber volume fraction has good agreement. Bending strength of BD is about 20% higher than that of UD.

Viscoelastic behavior on composite beam using nonlinear creep model

  • The purpose of this study is to predict and investigate the time-dependent creep behavior of composite materials. For this, firstly the evaluation method for the modulus of elasticity of whole fiber and matrix is presented from the limited information on fiber volume fraction using the singular value decomposition method. Then, the effects of fiber volume fraction on modulus of elasticity of GFRP are verified. Also, as a creep model, the nonlinear curve fitting method based on the Marquardt algorithm is proposed. Using the existing Findley's power creep model and the proposed creep model, the effect of fiber volume fraction on the nonlinear creep behavior of composite materials is verified. Then, for the time-dependent analysis of a composite material subjected to uniaxial tension and simple shear loadings, a user-provided subroutine UMAT is developed to run within ABAQUS. Finally, the creep behavior of center loaded beam structure is investigated using the Hermitian beam elements with shear deformation effect and with time-dependent elastic and shear moduli.

  • This study evaluated the effect of foam volume ratio on shear friction behavior of bottom ash based lightweight aggregate concrete (LWA_BA). The LWA_BA with different foam volume ratio ranged between 8 and 25 MPa for compressive strength(fck), 17.3~62.5 kN for shear capacity at first shear crack(Vcr), 31.1~73.8 kN for shear friction capacity(Vn), and 0.01~0.03 mm for slip at maximum peak load(S0). fck decreased with increase in the foam volume ratio, showing that this trend was also observed in Vcr, Vn, and S0.

동축류 확산화염의 매연생성에 미치는 연료에 첨가된 산화제의 영향 (Effects of Oxidant Addition to Fuel on Soot Formation of Laminar Diffusion Flames)

  • The influence of oxidant addition on soot formation is investigated experimentally with ethylene, propane and mixture fuel co-flow diffusion flames. Oxidant addition into fuel shows the increase of integrated soot volume fractions for ethylene, ethylene/ethane and ethylene/methane mixture flames. However, the increase of integrated soot volume fraction with oxidant addition was not significant for propane and ethylene/propane mixture flames. This discrepancy is explained with $C_2\;and\;C_3$ chemistry at the early stage of soot formation process. The oxidant addition increases the concentration of $C_3H_3$ in the soot formation region, and therefore, enhances soot formation process. A new soot formation rate model that includes both dilution effect and chemical effect of oxygen is suggested to interpret the increase of integrated soot volume fractions with oxidant addition into ethylene. Also, the role of adiabatic flame temperature for the chemical effect of oxygen addition into fuel was reviewed. The influence of oxidant or diluent addition into fuel on soot formation process are the fuel dilution effect, the adiabatic flame temperature altering effect and/or the chemical effect of oxygen. Their relative importance could change with fuel structure and adiabatic flame temperature.

온라인 구전과 영화 매출 간 상호영향에 관한 연구: 한국 영화 산업을 중심으로 (Simultaneous Effect between eWOM and Revenues: Korea Movie Industry)

  • 기존 영화 산업에서 구전의 크기는 매출에 영향을 주지만 방향성은 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 연구되었다(Liu 2006). 하지만, 이러한 분석 방법을 국내 영화 데이터에 동일하게 적용시켜 본 결과, 구전의 방향성도 영화의 매출에 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 아시아 지역의 소비자들에게서 나타나는 독립적 자아관점과 북미 지역의 소비자들에게서 나타나는 상호의존적 자아관점의 차이로 인해 나타난 결과로 보인다. 즉, 국내 소비자의 경우는 영화를 선택/관람함에 있어 타인의 평가가 영향력을 주기 때문에 구전의 방향성도 유의한 양(+)의 값을 가진다. 기존의 연구에서는 구전의 크기가 일방적으로 매출에 영향을 미친다는 가정을 통해 영화 산업의 구전효과를 분석했으나, 이는 발생된 매출이 구전의 크기에 미치는 영향을 간과한 것이다. 따라서 매출이 구전에 미치는 효과까지 고려하여 연립방정식(Simultaneous Equation)을 통해 구전의 크기와 매출 간 상호 관계를 추정한 결과, 구전의 방향성은 위의 분석과 동일하게 영화 개봉 후 지속적으로 매출에 양(+)의 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 구전의 크기는 매출의 원인이 되는 것이 아니라, 오히려 매출이 증가하여 구전의 크기가 증가하는 것이라는 결과를 보여주었다. 즉, 개봉 후 1주차에는 소비자들이 영화를 선택할 때 구전의 크기와 방향성이 동시에 고려되지만, 2주차 이후로는 구전의 크기는 매출에 영향을 미치는 변수가 아니라, 매출의 증가에 따른 결과라는 사실이 밝혀졌다.
