In this study we develop core technology of Multi-Charmel Voice Guidance System based on active 2.45GHz RFID that can be used in the field of advertising. Through this, we can service more familiar with voice information to foreigners by own language in large scale international event. As an alternative to the current high-expensive voice guidance system in exhibition hall and provide more value added services to user. As the result, we present the configuration of integrated software platform which include media server, media client and receiver. It can be as a basis infra equipment for a signtseeing in RFID/USN environment. Additionally through tag information analysis about exposure of advertisement that is collected late, supposed system may achieve role as a new marketing tool.

본 논문은 HTML을 분석하여 추출된 내용을 음성으로 변환시키고, 웹 브라우저 제어 및 웹문서의 내용 지정을 위하여 음성인식을 사용하는 음성 웹 부라우저의 설계와 구현에 관한 것이다. 이 시스템의 특징은 보편적 설계기법을 사용하여 정상인과 시각장애인을 모두 고려하여 설계되었으며, 특히 시각장애인 인터페이스를 위하여 웹 문서의 구조를 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 트리 구조를 도입하였고, 웹 브라우저 상에 태그로 표현된 모든 요소를 추출하고, 각 요소에 따라 출력음성의 속성을 다르게 하여 별도의 요소 안내음성 출력이 없이 요소 특성을 인지할 수 있게 하였다. 이 방식은 음성 특징을 세부적으로 표현할 수 있는 청각 스타일 시트의 사용을 배제한 것으로써 웹 문서 작성자가 특별한 추가적 노력 없이, 사용자가 문서내의 구조와 요소들의 특징을 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 논문에서는 가상비콘을 이용한 시각 장애인 대상 간판 음성 안내 서비스를 구현한다. 물리적으로 위치를 측정하는 물리적 비콘 방식 대신, Wi-Fi, GPS 등의 여러 수단을 통해 위치를 측정하는 가상비콘을 이용하여 물리적인 설치비용 없이 손쉽게 위치를 추가하고, 해당 위치 기반의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 가상비콘으로 등록된 지점에 시각장애인이 도착하였을 때, 사진촬영을 유도하여 촬영된 간판에 대한 다양한 정보를 전달하는 서비스를 제공한다.

음성인식 기술은 사용자의 음성을 인식하여 명령을 실행하는 기술로 현재는 자연어 처리 기법과 접목되어 인공지능 음성인식 서비스로 제공되어 지고 있다. 이러한 인공지능 음성인식 서비스는 IoT기기를 제어하거나 뉴스 또는 날씨와 같은 정보 제공 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 정보 제공 분야의 하나인 대학 정보는 주로 웹을 통하여 제공되나 너무 많은 데이터를 제공하기 때문에 사용자가 신속하게 원하는 정보를 검색할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 사용자가 찾고자 하는 정보를 음성으로 인식하고 제공하기 위한 대학 안내 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 대학정보를 각 주제별로 분류하고 이를 제공하기 위한 람다 함수를 설계한다. 그리고 알렉사 스킬 키트를 이용하여 노드제이에스로 구현된 모듈을 아마존웹서비스에 업로드하여 음성인식을 이용하여 대학 정보를 제공한다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 실정에 맞는 행동유도법에 대한 보호자의 인식도를 조사하여 어린이 환자와 보호자, 그리고 치과 의사간의 긍정적인 관계를 설정하는데 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 117명의 보호자에게 소아치과에서 사용되는 행동유도법에 대해 구두로 설명한 후 설문지를 작성하게 하였다. 설문지에 포함된 행동유도법은 다음과 같다: 말-시범-시행법, 음성조절법, 기구에 의한 보호안정법, 의료진에 의한 보호안정법, 아산화질소-산소 흡입진정법, 의식하 진정법, 전신마취법. 106명의 보호자의 설문지가 분석을 위해 채택되었다. 말-시범-행동법에 대한 인식도가 가장 높았다. 그 뒤로 음성조절법, 의료진에 의한 보호안정법, 아산화질소-산소 흡입진정법, 기구에 의한 보호안정법, 의식하 진정법, 전신마취법 순으로 낮아졌다. 보호자의 연령, 성별, 환자의 나이, 환자의 성별, 환자의 치과 경험 유무, 치과 방문의 종류, 의료진의 직위는 보호자의 행동유도법에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 보호자들은 의사소통을 통한 행동유도법(말-시범-시행법, 음성조절법)을 가장 긍정적으로 생각하며, 전신마취법에 의한 행동유도법을 가장 부정적으로 생각하는 것으로 나타났다.

The mutational falsetto is failure to change from the higher pitched voice of preadolescence to the lower pitched voice of adolescence and adulthood. The one of characteristic findings is contraction of suprahyoid muscles. The large majority of young men with inappropriately high voice have excellent voice therapy prognosis. We have experienced one case of mutational falsetto treated with botulinum toxin injection on suprahyoid muscles. His suprahyoid muscles are contracted markedly simultaneously with each phonation. fundamental frequency$(F_0)$ of his vowel phonation was 332Hz. Extensive voice therapy including manual compression of thyroid notch was ineffective. Forty units of Botox$^{\circledR}$ was injected under the EMG-guidance(20U bilaterally). At seven days post-injection, his voice changed lower than before and at 40 days after procedure, his $F_0$ was 126Hz.

인공지능이 발전하면서 AI 챗봇 시스템의 활용이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그 예로 공공기관에서는 민원, 행정 분야에서 업무 보조, 전문지식 서비스 등으로 챗봇 활용 분야가 확대되고 있으며 민간기업은 대화형 고객 응대 서비스 등으로 챗봇을 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시나리오 기반의 AI 음성 챗봇 시스템을 제안하여 박물관의 운영 비용을 절감하고 관람객에게 양방향성 안내 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 구현한 음성 챗봇 시스템은 실시간으로 특정 디렉터리를 감시하여 사용자의 음성을 감지하는 감시자 객체와 음성 파일이 생성되면 순차적으로 모델별 추론을 수행하여 AI의 응대 음성을 출력하는 이벤트 핸들러 객체로 구성되며, 스레드와 데크를 활용한 중복 방지 기능을 포함하여 단일 GPU 환경에서 추론 중에 GPU의 연산이 중복되지 않도록 한다.

Objectives : To compare the objective differences in voice quality and voice problems between clergies and normal male control group. Materials and Methods : The sustained vowel sound of 46 clergies and 40 normal persons were analyzed, using a videostroboscopy and acoustic analyzer. Together with these analyses, a questionnaire associated with current and past voice problems was handed over to the patients. Results : The most common symptom in subjective group was the voice fatigue. Stroboscopic findings in subjective group were as following 23 cases(50%) of pachydermia, 17 cases(37%) of phase difference, 12 cases(25%) of anterior-posterior contracture, 6 cases(13%) of vocal polyp and 3 cases(7%) of vocal nodule. The mean maximal phonation time in clergies was 17.8 seconds and in control group was 19 seconds. litter, pitch perturbation quotient and shimmer were significantly increased in subjective group than in control group(p<0.05), but there were no significant differences between two groups in fundamental frequency, vFo, amplitude perturbation quotient and noise to harmonic ratio. Conclusion : In the clergies using loud and forceful voice, vocal polyp and functional voice disorder findings were frequently noted in stroboscopic examination. litter and shimmer, reflecting the roughness of voice, were increased in acoustic analysis. Therefore, clergies, classified into untrained professional voice users, need professional career guidance and counseling.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, safety of disasters is being emphasized above all else, and electric fires are most frequent during disasters, and human and property damage is very serious. In this paper, we propose a study that can determine the efficiency of evacuation and non-evacuation guidance due to the large difference in casualties depending on the traffic line in the case of fire. Evacuation guidance was assumed to be a situation in which adequate evacuation routes were guided by a recorded voice or a trained staff, and non-evacuation guidance was assumed to be a situation without anything. Evacuation simulations were carried out using a evacuation simulation tool called PATHFINDER and SIMULEX for the analysis of the efficiency of evacuation and non-evacuation guidance. As a result, the evacuation time was similar, but in the case of non-evacuation guidance, it was not guided to the safe zone, which could cause serious damage.
