As the Korean economy went into a recession because of the global financial crisis in 2008, in order to vitalize the Korean economy, the government raised SOC budget and made its execution earlier. To prevent increases in budget for the government financial investment projects, the government controlled the project cost of SOC construction projects by enacting 'Guideline for total project cost management' in 1994 and complementing the relevant system. However, different from government intention, the total project cost of SOC projects were increased drastically. Hence, the government authorities and research institutions insisted the necessity of supplementation and improvement for the total project cost management system. This research is to provide the improvement for the total project cost management system of domestic SOC projects. In this research, As-Is Model was adjusted considering status of the total project cost management in the current SOC projects. Also the cost management of construction projects between domestic and other developed countries was studied, analyzed and compared. Based on the above, problems related to total project cost management of domestic SOC projects were found out and an improved total project cost management was provided to improve these problems.
Purpose - To vitalize a market or develop a new one, companies frequently release new products into the market, often by shortening the time to market, called the release period. This research aims to investigate the purchase intention behavior of consumers in terms of buying new products at the time of product release based on the release speed. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The research reviews the influence of relative advantage, complexity, and compatibility among innovative attributes of new products, as proposed by Rogers. Moreover, it examines the moderating effect of the innovative new product attributes in terms of speed of obsolescence of old products and how that influences consumer purchase behavior. Additionally, this study tests the research hypotheses using empirical analysis. Results - The analysis demonstrated that the relative predominance (H1) and suitability (H3) of new products had a statistically significant positive influence on new product purchase intention. However, the complexity (H2) of new products had a statistically significant positive influence on new product purchase intention in contrast to its predicted sign (-). The results of the moderating effect of the old product use period were as follows. H4-1 was not supported since the difference between the path coefficients of the group with the low level old product use period and the group with the high level, represented by the relationship of relative predominance and new product purchase intention, was not statistically significant. H5-1 was also not supported since the difference between the path coefficients of the group with the low level of old product use period and the group with the high level, represented by the relationship of complexity and new product purchase intention, was not statistically significant. However, H4-2 was supported since the difference between the path coefficients of the group with the low level of old product use frequency and the group with the high level, represented by the relationship of relative advantage and new product purchase intention was statistically significant. H5-2 was not supported since the difference between the path coefficients of the group with the low level of old product use frequency and the group with the high level, represented by the relationship of complexity and new product purchase intention, was not statistically significant. H6-2 was also not supported since the difference between the path coefficients of the group with the low level of old product use frequency and the group with the high level, represented by the relationship of compatibility and new product purchase intention, was not statistically significant. Conclusion - According to the results, only H4-2 among the hypotheses on the moderating effect of the old product use period and use frequency was statistically significant. Future research should focus on carrying out a detailed review of the hypothesis on the moderating effect of the old product usage period and frequency, find the cause, and connect this to potential new research.
The purpose of this study is to examine the recognition of the student of oriental medical school on cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine and to provide basic information for the development of oriental medicine. In order to look at the level of recognition on cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine, from September 1st to 15th of 2005, this study had been conducted through personal interview and questionnaires to 600 students who were attending the Department of Oriental Medicine (in both prep and regular courses) in D University, located in the City of Daegu. The data has been analyzed using statistic program, the SPSS WIN 12.0. Statistical analysis tools used for this study were frequency analysis, cross-over analysis and the t-test. The results are as follows; The students of oriental medical school had relatively high level of recognition on the basic concept, interests, necessity and potential for cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine. However, they had negative understandings on the issue of unification of the two medical systems and it's possibility in the future. The students were optimistic about possible merits of cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine, especially in the field of rehabilitation. On the reasons for lack of development of cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine, the students listed prejudices existing on both sides firstly, followed by their contrasting approach on human illness, lack of legal and institutional support system, the indifferences of doctors and indifferences of oriental medical doctors. In addition, students understood that the dualism existing in our current medical system is aggravating mutual distrust between the two sides, causing the confusion of patients on the choice of medical facilities, and raising their medical bills. Therefore, in order to vitalize collaboration between Oriental and Western medicine in new health care environment, the following measures should be needed decreasing the prejudices between the two medical spheres with open mind improving educational programs in Western and Oriental medical schools; promoting joint academic research or exchange programs between the schools, and increasing government effort to minimize legal and institutional restrictions cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine.
Objectives : The purpose of this study is about discovering the basic references to find the ways to vitalize handicapped dental clinics. Methods : The study was analyzed by the satisfactions of those patients who took the advantages of using the dental care at B-welfare center and also their transformed perceptions after the services are influenced. The analysis was the questionnaire consisting of 100 items and survey data. Results : 1. The satisfaction of the dental service for the disabled was respectively high which was the average of 4.49. 2. Their satisfactions of receiving kindness services by volunteers and employees were the highest in the entire research of successful handicapped dental services and it was 4.78 overall. 3. The satisfaction of using handicapped dental clinic has the higher range of female users than male's. In the mean time treatment details of the dental care and the satisfaction towards to the volunteers and faculty at the center show the statistical significance gap. 4. The oral care service after experiencing the dental clinic for handicapped relived their discomforts of using the regular dental clinic which shows their highest satisfaction as it is the point of 4.75. 5. the change perception after dental treatment for handicapped has the higher range of females than men's and solving the problems of mouth reference and discomfort of using regular clinics show the statistical significance gap. 6. In the change perception after having dental treatment for handicapped the thought of the possibility of periodical dental care shows the highest perception when the number of visiting is usually shorter and it shows the statistical significance. Conclusions : According to the satisfaction of those inpatients who use free dental care services that belong to dental clinics for handicapped in a part of Seoul welfare centers human services were appeared as the most important factor due to their advantages of taking services from volunteers and staff members. On the other hand to enhance the medical treatment information and environment which showed the weakest factors each inpatient should be specifically specialized for their needs and also further study on plans which enhance their perceptions toward to a better quality of oral-related life is required after using dental treatment service.
This study analyzed the current state of interior design as a major at vocational high schools, colleges, and universities to improve their curricula. The questionnaires of students, teachers, and interior designers were collected and frequency distribution and mean were used to analyze the data. Result showed that the alloted times with major fields were high, but those with classes related to interior design were comparatively low at vocational school. Vocational schools did not seem to supply the systemic and qualified major equation for the students who wanted to engage in interior design fields. Therefore curricula reflecting the demand of designers working for interior design companies and students should be made. Additionally practical education contents based on interior design field and achievement of certification should be developed to vitalize the vocational school.
With the result of Korean national senior's real life state survey analysis that is triennially conducted based on Article 5 of Welfare of the Aged Act, this study categorized the senior according to age norm cognition, and figured out the characteristic of each category, and analyzed their needs for life satisfaction and hoping activities. Because the senior at present are on higher level of health, education, and economy than 20 to 30 years ago, it is about time to repeat discussion about the policies established in the past in terms of society, culture, industry, welfare, employment, and participation as a convergence approach. As a result of analysis study, the senior divided into three groups:, resignation type, progressiveness type, and saving appearances type. Their life satisfaction level and hoping activities by senior segment groups are different. By results of this study, the preservation of income for senior will be needed, and they don't want volunteer activities so that there are another policy system will be needed to vitalize senior's social participation for their healthy physical and mental life. Korean senior were satisfied with family members relationship, -although Korean senior's life satisfaction level is not higher so that the new policy to care senior by senior system will be reviewed more actively.
Although the public health centers have been initiating health education recently, it is not extending as expected and the participation of the program is low. The reason is that the office workers have few opportunities to receive health education since there are few public health centers in relation to the population. Much time is required for travel and attendance of the classes. In order to solve this problem, the aim is to increase participation in health education, improve the overall public health awareness, expand the number of health education locations to reduce medical expenses, vitalize the lifelong educational health programs, and improve the national health insurance. In order to research about the health education expansion plan for public health improvement, a study focused on men and women above age 20 who need health education. The research sample was selected through random sampling that targeted people who participated in the health programs or the health education. The period of this survey was from September 1st to September 30th, 2014. A total of 509 participants completed the survey data for the actual analysis to propose the health education expansion plan for the public health improvement.
This article tries to find out some regulatory facts to improve and vitalize roles of social media such as facebook, twitter, etc in the election campaign. For this goal, a theoretical approach is based on the agnostic and open aspects of the regulation system of election. Case study and in-depth interview were used as research methods in this article. The results are as follows. First, some differences are in the election regulatory system regarding the roles of social media in UK, US, Japan and Korea. The election public sphere systems of these countries categorized to the types of legal factors to control political communications in election public sphere; free-speech oriented system(UK. US), limited free-speech oriented system(Korea), normative-oriented system(Japan). Second, most respondents answered they agreed with some improvement ideas to reflect needs of netizen and academic who suggest to minimize regulatory burdens on social media in the political communication during the election campaign.

Even though the construction management (CM) system was introduced for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the domestic construction industry along with the establishment of construction industry fundamental laws in December of 1996, now it is very difficult that the public institutions can judge their application of construction management methods due to the lack of clear guidelines or directions to select construction management methods when the public institutions were executing public construction projects. Therefore, this study was executed to prepare for the selection criteria which could be referred in reviewing the application of construction management ordering methods according to public institution's competences and project characteristics. It is expected that future domestic demand of construction management will be gradually increasing both in public and private construction sectors. However under the current construction management systems, it is judged to be difficult that the construction projects that apply the construction management methods will be activated with full-scale. Therefore, it could be said that active efforts in domestic sectors are required in order that the construction management systems of developed countries levels could be activated. Additionally in order to vitalize the construction management systems, it is expected that public institutions could use this study results as the review data for feasibility of construction projects for the consignment of construction management in selecting the ordering methods.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze present condition of enactment and enforcement of regulation for reading culture promotion which is a local statute of the autonomous community of Korea to suggest effective improvement methods for operation of ordinance and regulation. In this research, literature review and regulation analysis were conducted and investigated. The results of this study are as follows. 1) There were 77 ordinances of reading related local statutes of 245 metropolitan and primary local authority and 7 regulations. 2) Ordinances and ordinance regulation of the local government and local government of education are being named variously. 3) Composition of ordinances ordinance regulation were not systematic due to diverse contents of ordinance by local government according to the names of ordinance, and they overlapped with similar contents in general. 4) There were 10 ordinances and 2 official orders for the abolished reading related local statutes of the local government until today. This study suggested the following methods to vitalize the reading culture promotion policy. 1) It would be necessary to improve awareness by promoting the reading promotion policy. 2) Optimal name for local statute and ordinance that considered the environment of reading promotion of local statue need to be assigned, and contents of the ordinance regulation related to reading needs to be consistent. 3) Local statutes need to be established by collecting enough opinions of residents or specialists after thoroughly examining problems of the ordinance before abolition.
