As more and more research and companies use health care data, efforts are being made to vitalize health care data worldwide. However, the system and format used by each institution is different. Therefore, this research established a basic model to classify text data onto multiple institutions according to the type of the future by establishing a basic model to classify the types of medical records of the EEG Report. For EEG Report classification, four deep learning-based algorithms were compared. As a result of the experiment, the ANN model trained by vectorizing with One-Hot Encoding showed the highest performance with an accuracy of 71%.

As the number of companion animals reaches 15 million in 2022, the pet wear market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of about 14.5% from KRW 1.5684 trillion in 2014 to a market size of over KRW 6 trillion in 2027. However, most of the pet clothing and various supplies currently in circulation are either cheap, low-quality products imported from China or other countries, or expensive products released by overseas luxury brands. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a brand that can compete with luxury products coming from overseas by developing premium pet fashion products using high-end functional fabrics produced domestically. This study seeks to propose ways to revitalize the domestic pet fashion market by examining the current status of global pet fashion, the domestic textile industry, and the current status of the pet fashion market. The suggestions and expected effects are as follows. First, active support is needed for the development of products using domestically produced fabrics, such as raising awareness through various subsidy projects and contests. Second, it is expected that small and medium-sized businesses will be revitalized through the production of pet fashion products using high-quality functional knit fabrics produced in northern Gyeonggi Province. Third, it is necessary to produce high-quality premium products through continuous and intensive support from the government and collaboration between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Fourth, there is an urgent need to provide opportunities to train experts for the expected effects of starting businesses and creating new jobs.

Recently, many cities and regions of the world attempt to promote cultural and arts activities in order to vitalize regional economies and strengthen local identity. Some old industrial cities of the advanced economies in particular often introduce cultural and arts activities in renovating obsolete urban infra-structure, revitalize urban economy, clean polluted urban environment, and advertise various development projects. A small Canadian city, Stratford, Ontario, has shown a spectacular success in such efforts. By hosting Shakespearian festivals every year since 1953, the theatre company, the Shakespearian Festival of Canada in Stratford, sells about 600 thousands tickets, attracting 2 million visitors to the area. With the festivals, the city became able to host a large cultural cluster composed of the theatre company, chef school, summer music festival, and Chicago Associates. The city has also able to maintain one of the most competent theatre companies in the North America.
Amenity landscapes in rural areas are becoming increasingly important as a resource to enhance the (public) interest in rural landscapes and to vitalize the rural areas. Befitting the times, the objective of this project is to discover the amenity landscapes distributed throughout the rural areas and to produce material in the form of a publication for the promotion of the aforementioned landscapes. For such purposes, local autonomous bodies, rural amenity resource investigation team, and experts on landscape found rural amenity landscapes and entered them for a selection process, out of which the top 100 rural amenity landscapes were ultimately selected based both on the assessment system developed by the researchers and on the assessment process executed by the assessment committee. The following two categories of assessment criteria for the amenity landscapes were presented: village-related assessment criteria including value as resource and use value; landscape-resources-related assessment criteria, including aesthetic value, identity, adherence to traditionality, and sustainability. Assessment for each criteria item was made by applying a 5-point Likert scale throughout. The sum of the points for each landscape was then converted at a 100 point scale for ultimate use in selection of the top 100 landscapes. This paper is the outcome of such series of processes and systems.

This Study has conducted a survey on the usage status of traditional rice cake as a meal substitute and an analysis on the selection attributes affecting purchase targeting male and female adults over 20 years old living in Seoul area so as to acquire basic data for enhancement of service and quality, and product development to facilitate and generalize rice cake consumption as a meal substitute. The survey was conducted for around 7 days from September 23rd to 30th, 2013, and 250 effective copies of questionnaire were used for the final analysis. The research outcomes show no significant deviation in terms of demographical features such as gender, marital status, age range, average monthly income and housing type; but there was a meaningful deviation in university graduation. Also, it is shown that taste, freshness, and convenience of a store were considered in their purchase of traditional rice cake as a meal substitute. Hypertension is one of the major causes of death in the world as it is related with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, so it is needed to provide continuos management for blood pressure. This study selected Health Level 7 Fast Health Interoperability Resources (HL7 FHIR) as a bio-signal data exchange service model that can provide constant blood pressure management in the rapidly growing mobile health care environment. The HL7 FHIR framework developed communicates with the IEEE 11073-10407 Personal Health Device (PHD) protocol through the bluetooth Health Device Profile (HDP) between the manager (smart phone) and the agent (hemomanometer) and acquires information about blood pressure. According to the test results, it performed its tasks successfully including hypertension patients' blood pressure monitoring, management on measured records, generation of document, or transmission of measured information. Because in the actual, clinical environment, it is possible to transmit measured information through the TCP/IP protocol, it will be needed to conduct constant research on it and vitalize it in the field of mobile health care afterwards.
