망신에 대한 연구 (Study on Visible Diagnosis of Spirit)

  • This study was written in order to help understanding of visible diagnosis of spirit(神). Visible diagnosis of spirit(神) is a very important factor of diagnosis and a first step of visible diagnosis. Spirit(神) is closely connection with appearance(形), so is revealed by appearance(형). If we make a visible diagnosis of spirit(神), we know the prosperousness of energy and the relative seriousness of an illness. Spirit(神) is understood by appearances and movements of patient, and influenced by seasons, lands, human's relationship and the grade of age. Visible diagnosis of spirit(神) is practiced by the observation of movements, appearances, languages, voices, mental condition, color, eye, etc. By visible diagnosis of spirit(神), we can conclude existence or nonexistence of spirit(神), discriminate true spirit(神) from false spirit(神), and diagnose mental diseases. As comparing spirit(神) with appearance(形), we can decide good or bad prognoses.

한국 어린이를 위한 복사 공간에서의 투사 면적에 관한 연구 (Visible Project Area for Korean Child (Six Years Old) in Radiant Enclosures)

  • The purpose of this paper is to find a visible project area for an average six year old Korean child in radiant enclosures having standing pose. The results using this method will be necessary to find effective radiation area, effective radiation area factor, form factor, and mean radiant temperature for an average six years old Korean child consists of 3012 triangles. The methods to find visible project area of an average six years old Korean at arbitrary view point will be presented. The visible project area for Korean child is needed for evaluating thermal comfort for six years old Korean child. The biggest visible project area of an average six years old Korean is $\textrm{cm}^2$$2.061.0\textrm{cm}^2$ at the view point of alfa 0.0 degree and beta 0.0 degree, and the smallest visible real area of an average six years old Korean is $567.1\textrm{cm}^2$ at the view point of alfa 15.0 degree and beta 90.0 degree.

The Effects of Visible Light on Iron Release from Ferritin Related to Lipid Peroxidation in the Retina

  • We studied iron release from ferritin by irradiating the visible light, and then followed ferritin-mediated lipid peroxidation in the rod outer segment (ROS) fraction of the porcine retina. In the presence of several phosphorus compounds such as ADP and ATP, iron release from ferritin at pH 7.0 could be induced by irradiation of the visible light to the reaction mixtures. Furthermore, iron release from ferritin in the presence of ADP depended on the incubation time and the visible light irradiation. Moreover, we investigated lipid peroxidation level in the ROS fraction by two independent assay systems including the thiobarbituric acid (TBA) and ferrous oxidation/xylenol orange (FOX) methods. The visible light induced ferritin-mediated lipid peroxidation in the ROS fraction in time- and irradiance-dependent manners. In the dark condition, iron release and lipid peroxidation were not observed. Iron release from ferritin by irradiating the visible light may play an important role in the etiology of phototoxic injuries in vivo.

유색(有色) 가시광선(可視光線) 및 수종(數種) 약물(藥物)이 두더지치사(致仕)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of The Visible Lights and Several Drugs on The Survival Time of The Mole)

  • Previous studies on the effect of the visible lights on the organism have shown the possible influences on the nervous system. It was reported that the illumination of blue beam increased the sympathetic tone and that of red beam increased the parasympathetic tone. The pharmacological actions of the sympathomimetics were also known to be altered by various visible lights. But their modes and mechanisms of actions on the nervous system have not been clarified and is obscure. To elucidate the precise mechanism of action of the visible lights on the nervous system, present study was made to observe the survival time of the mole living in the dark environment, under the illumination of the various visible lights and influences of several drugs. The results are summerized as follows: 1. The illumination of the natural sun light caused the survival time of the mole to be shortened and visible monochromatic beams (red, blue and green) even more markedly shortened the survival time. No significant difference was noted depending on the wave length of the chromatic beam. 2. The shortened survival time caused by the visible monochromatic lights was prolonged by strychnine but not affected by morphine. 3. The survival time under the illumination of the visible monochromatic lights was prolonged by acetylcholine and physostigmine. 4. The shortened survival time under the illumination of the monochromatic visible lights was not affected by adrenaline but prolonged by priscoline. It is suggested that the shortened survival time of the mole by the illumination of the visible lights can be prolonged by the stimulation of central and parasympathetic nervous system and blocking of the sympathetic nervous system.

Visible-light Photocatalytic Activity of BiOCl/Bi3O4Cl Nanocomposites

  • The heterojunction structures of BiOCl/$Bi_3O_4Cl$, exhibiting considerable visible-light photocatalytic efficiency, were prepared by a simple wet-chemical process at ambient condition. The prepared nanocomposites were characterized by XRD, TEM, and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra. Under visible light (${\lambda}\geq$420 nm) irradiation, BiOCl/$Bi_3O_4Cl$ exhibited an enhanced photocatalytic activity in decomposing 2-propanol (IP) in gas phase and salicylic acid (SA) in aqueous solution, whereas the bare BiOCl and $Bi_3O_4Cl$ showed negligible activities. It is deduced that the remarkable visible-light photocatalytic activity of the BiOCl/$Bi_3O_4Cl$ originates from the hole $(h^+)$ transfer between VB of the $Bi_3O_4Cl$ and BiOCl semiconductors.

Visible Surface-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry of Small Macromolecules Deposited on the Graphite Plate

  • Visible surface-assisted desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI-MS) has been investigated for several small macromolecules deposited on the graphite plate using laser radiation at 532 nm where most of the macromolecules are transparent. The graphite surface functioned well as a photon absorbing material and an energy transfer mediator for visible light. The results show that visible SALDI is a much softer ionization technique than UV-MALDI and FAB-MS in our results with synthetic macromolecules, PPG, PPGMBE and cavitand molecules. For the SALDI of biomolecules, glycerol as a proton source was essential with the graphite plate. As in visible SALDI, the role division of the photon absorbing material and the cationization agent can provide a generality in mass spectrometric analysis of macromolecules compared with MALDI using the dual functional matrix.

The age and sex belong 治 the factor of sky(天), a direction and configuration of the ground(地形) belong to the factor of earth(地), the five human type(五形人) and white fatness(肥白) and black emaciation(黑瘦) belong to the factor of man(人).

프랜차이즈 패밀리레스토랑의 유형적 요소가 무형적 요소에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Visible Clues on Non-visible Clues in Context of Franchise Family Restaurants)

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationships among various visible clues and non-visible clues as perceived by franchise family restaurant consumers. Using online survey tool in South Korea, total 450 survey was distributed and 400 participants were used for further statistical analysing with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. Twelve items were categorized into four visible factors (food, interior, exterior, employee). The result shows that food and employee have positive effects on brand reputation and distinctiveness, and the interior and employee were critical antecedents for brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand reputation and brand distinctiveness have positive influence on experiential value as well as revisit intention. Although there were many studies which demonstrated the relationships among various quality clues and other outcome variables, such as brand image, loyalty, little research explained the relationships among visible elements of franchise family restaurants, brand reputation, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. The present study will provide theoretical and practical implications for both academia and the franchise family restaurant industry. (what is the meaning of the red part?)

HPLC를 이용한 석유제품 내의 가시적 식별제 분석 (Determination of Visible Marker in Petroleum Using HPLC)

  • 석유제품의 분별 및 유종의 불법혼입방지를 위해 현재 석유제품 내에 일정한 색을 띄는 가시적 식별제(착색제)를 혼입, 유통시키고 있다. 하지만 타유종이 미량 혼입되었을 경우, 육안으로 이를 판별하기 힘들다. 본 연구는 국내에서 사용되고 있는 가시적 식별제를 UV/Vis spectrophotometer를 이용하여, 이들을 분석할 수 있는 두 파장(370 nm, 645 nm)을 찾아내었다. 이렇게 분석된 파장에서 HPLC를 이용해 국내 석유제품 내의 가시적 식별제를 분리, 분석하였다. 또한 정상 석유제품에 타유종을 혼합한 뒤, 가시적 식별제를 분석함으로 석유제품의 불법 혼합판별을 할 수 있는 분석방법을 찾아내었다.
