Enterprise integration and virtual enterprise are practical visions of industrial information implementations in the information society. In these environments, the distributed and heterogeneous data sources should be exchanged and shared in effective and integrated way. However, the distributed and heterogeneous data sources are managed by independent and heterogeneous computer systems, thus system users and developers are faced difficulties in implementing enterprise integration environments, In this study, we designed and developed a database broker system utilizing a routing broker method to provide transparent location access mechanisms for the distributed and heterogeneous data sources. The proposed mechanism is designed to act as a middle tier between clients and multiple servers, and adopts Java, CORBA, and JDBC as its state-of-the-art techniques.

With the progress of information technology and the rapid development of the gamification marketing, corporate marketing through virtual CSR co-create as customer acquisition, customer retention strategy has become the hot topic, but the reality results show that the effect of virtual CSR co-create fails to reach an enterprise's marketing purposes. Based on the success model of D&M information system, from the perspective of customer engagement, this study analyzes how enterprises achieve customer engagement and bring gameful experience to customers through gamification marketing in the context of virtual CSR co-create. The empirical results show that the quality of game information -- social interaction and sense of achievement in the context of virtual CSR co-create have a significant positive impact on consumers' gameful experience, and customer engagement plays a partial mediating role between social interaction, sense of achievement and consumers' gameful experience.

Recent trends require that access to the device/equipment information be provided from several locations or anywhere in the enterprise. One example is virtual machine/manufacturing system (VMS) where predictive maintenance is performed both on factory floor and in remote site through internet ［1］. Internet access is increasingly available and affordable, and along with the "internet" is the backbone of modern enterprise data networks. Typical functions of such a system includes monitoring and control for diagnosis and remedy action in realizing preventive maintenance.(omitted)

본 논문은 물류기업에 서버 및 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 모바일 네트워크상에서 TRS(Trunked Radio System) 기능을 제공하는 Smart Virtual TRS 적용에 관하여 설명하고자 한다. TRS는 물류 차량의 필수 장비이기 때문에 대부분의 트럭 운전기사는 TRS를 자주 사용한다. 개발된 서비스는 별도의 TRS 단말기 없이 스마트폰을 기반으로 하기 때문에 Smart Virtual TRS가 포함된 TMS(Transportation Management System)는 물류회사에 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다. i) Smart Virtual TRS는 사무실과 트럭 운전자간의 더 나은 의사소통 환경을 제공한다. ii) 스마트폰어플리케이션은 TMS의 기능에 유연성을 제공한다. iii) Smart Virtual TRS는 비용 절감 효과를 제공한다.

본 연구는 전통적 기업인 코오롱글로텍(주)의 인터넷을 이용한 비즈니스 변환(e-Transformation) 과정에 대한 사례 분석을 통해 e-비즈니스 환경에서의 비즈니스 프로세스 재설계 및 비즈니스 네트워크 재설계 방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 전통적 기업의 e-Transformation 수행 방안은 다음과 같다. 1) 네트워크지향적인 비즈니스 프로세스 재설계; 2) e-비즈니스의 백 본(Backbone)으로서 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템 구축 운용; 3) 공유 데이터 베이스(Shared Database)를 이용한 비즈니스 기능의 투명성(Transparence) 확보; 4) 고객에 대한 이해 제고를 통한 고객만족 지향적 정보기술(IT) 인프라 구축; 5) 데이터 및 업무 표준화 추진; 6) JSP(Java Server Pages)와 VPN(Virtual Private Network)과 같은 최적의 정보기술 사용 등이다. 본 연구의 결과는 전형적인 전통적 기업의 전자적 조직 변환(e-Transformation) 추진의 업무지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 향후 전통적 기업의 e-Transformation 수행과 관련된 이론 개발에 유용한 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper we suggest a context-driven configuration model of virtual businesses to form a business network model consisting of role-based, interaction-centered business partners. The model makes use of the subcontext concept which explicitly represents actors and interactions in virtual business (VB) context. We separate actors who have capacities on tasks in a specific kind of role and actor subcontext which models requirements in specific interaction subcontext. Three kinds of actors are defined in virtual service chains, service user, service provider, and external service supporter. Interaction subcontext models a service exchange process between two actor subcontexts with consideration of context dependencies like task and quality dependencies. Each subcontext may be modeled in the form of a situation network which consists of a finite set of situation nodes and transitions. A specific situation is given in a corresponding context network of actors and interactions. It is illustrated with a simple example.

A large system predictor, which can perform prediction of sales trend in a huge number of distribution centers, is presented using neural predictive model. There are 20,000 number of distribution centers, and each distribution center need to forecast future demand in order to establish a reasonable inventory policy. Therefore, the number of forecasting models corresponds to the number of distribution centers, which is not possible to estimate that kind of huge number of accurate models in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)module. Multilayer neural net as universal approximation is employed for fitting the prediction model. In order to improve prediction accuracy, a sequential simulation procedure is performed to get appropriate network structure and also to improve forecasting accuracy. The proposed simulation procedure includes neural structure identification and virtual predictive model generation. The predictive model generation consists of generating virtual signals and estimating predictive model. The virtual predictive model plays a key role in tuning the real model by absorbing the real model errors. The complement approach, based on real and virtual model, could forecast the future demands of various distribution centers.

This paper deals with developing a remote & real-time Computer-Aided Logistics Support (CALS) Systems through Information Super-Highway. A prototype of CALS is designed and implemented considering the environment of Information Super Highway. The concept of CSCW based virtual enterprise is discussed in con-nection with the four different activities. development of remote & virtual equipment controller remote-monitoring & inspection real time tracking of logistics information and web-based bidding and delivery system. A real implemented system is demonstrated under the Infor-mation Super-Highway with the corresponding software and hardware configuration.

VPN(Virtual Private Network)은 물리적인 장비나 회선을 논리적으로 구분하여 기존 전용회선을 기반으로 하는 사설 네트워크에 비해 상대적으로 적은 구축 비용, 융통성 있는 확장성, 저렴한 운용비용의 장점을 보유한 별도의 사설 네트워크를 구성하는 기술이다. 다양한 VPN 기술 중에서도 MPLS VPN 은 확장성, QoS 제공을 용이하게 해주는 장점을 가지고 있어 차세대 네트워크 기술로 부각되고 있다. 일반적으로 MPLS VPN 은 ISP 에서 제공하는 서비스로 인식되나 규모가 크고 다양한 사설 네트워크를 필요로 하는 기업의 네트워크 모델로도 적합하다. 또한 Virtual Router VPN 은 Customer Edge(CE) 장비로서 활용성이 큰 Switch 장비에 적용하여, CE 를 MPLS VPN 과 쉽게 연동하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 MPLS VPN 및 Virtual Router VPN 을 이용하여 기업 네트워크를 효과적으로 구성하는 방안을 기술한다.
