When the driver suddenly depresses the brake pedal under critical conditions, the desired trajectory of the vehicle can be changed. In this study, the vehicle dynamics and fuzzy logic controller are used to control the vehicle trajectory. The dynamic vehicle model consists of the engine, the rotational wheel, chassis, tires and brakes. The engine model is derived from the engine experimental data. The engine torque makes the wheel rotate and generates the angular velocity and acceleration of the wheel. The dynamic equation of the vehicle model is derived from the top-view vehicle model using Newton's second law. The Pacejka tire model formulated from the experimental data is used. The fuzzy logic controller is developed to compensate for the trajectory error of the vehicle. This fuzzy logic controller individually acts on the front right, front left, rear right and rear left brakes and regulates each brake torque. The fuzzy logic controlling each brake works to compensate for the trajectory error on the split - $\mu$ road conditions follows the desired trajectory.

In this paper we present a system that enables the user to interact with large display system even without touching the screen. With two infrared sensitive cameras mounted on the bottom left and bottom right of the display system pointing upwards, the user fingertip position on the selected region of interest of each camera view is found using vertical intensity profile of the background subtracted image. The position of the finger in two images of left and right camera is mapped to the display screen coordinate by using pre-determined matrices, which are calculated by interpolating samples of user finger position on the images taken by pointing finger over some known coordinate position of the display system. The screen is then manipulated according to the calculated position and depth of the fingertip with respect to the display system. Experimental results demonstrate an efficient, robust and stable human computer interaction.

The application of a process view, as complement to the traditional functional division, is often a way to highlight organisational improvement potential. This paper examines the process of providing university level education in quality management, using Sweden as an example. The purpose is to assess the performance of university education as part of the supply chain of providing quality management to a society. This has been done by studying the actual offering compared to a notional benchmark of best performance. Preliminary results indicate that there could be a significant improvement potential in both providing more education of the right type and in the right way. A lot of similar basic courses are given but with varying names, possibly reflecting difficulties in defining the area of quality management and its constituents. An important reason for the detected improvement potential seems to be the lack of ownership of the studied supply chain of providing university level quality education to the Swedish society.

With the start of terrestrial digital broadcast, we can view HD digital contents in TV. Also we can record, play, redistribute digital contents over the various way. Therefore the protection of Digital Contents Right became the important issue. In this paper, we implement a manager that prevents indiscriminate digital contents redistribution of the terrestrial digital broadcast contents. For protection of Digital contents Right, we use BF(Broadcast Flag) that we can control viewing or copy digital contents with.

Beauty Art typically has been viewed as the best way to represent women's beauty. Specifically, nail art is a mean for the new generation to unveil their individuality. Nail-shop customers usually feel refreshed, and that emotional change gives them aesthetic and emotional satisfaction. The popularization of nail art and the growth of nail-art market arises the people's concern to the necessity of marketing strategy as part of the beauty industry, as well as the importance of service quality and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine women's changing view of nail care and relevant consumption behavior. Also to analyze the voice of customers about the quality of services provided by nail shops, and to have the right understanding of the industry and as well as to determine some of the right directions for marketing.

급성 A형 간염에서 흉막 삼출은 드물게 발생하는 합병증으로 불리한 예후인자는 아니며 대개는 양성의 경과를 취한다. 저자들은 전신쇠약과 황달로 내원한 12세 여아에게서 A형 간염에 동반된 흉막 삼출을 진단 하였고 특별한 치료 없이 안정 후에 호전된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

Violent or severe persistent coughing is rarely associated with rib fracture. We report a rare case of a cough-induced rib fracture in a patient without any traumatic history or any other underlying disease. A 32-year-old female presented to the emergency department complaining of having had right-sided pleuritic chest pain for 5 days. She had a background of an 8-week coughing illness. A posteroanterior view of the chest radiograph showed no definite fractured line. Chest computed tomography revealed a subtle break cortical line of the 7th rib in the right-sided chest wall. Early identification of a cough-induced fracture of the rib by using computed tomography may avoid unnecessary further work-ups including laboratory examination and may lead to appropriate discharge instructions including rest and reassurance. The clinical presentations and radiologic findings of rib fractures caused by coughing are presented along with a review of the literature.

Large amount of water is diverted annually for irrigation along the Yellow River. Owing to the tremendous sediment carried by the river , sediment deposits is an important problem in irrigation and drainage system. The sediment has to be taken out by machines from the irrigation system, otherwise water can not be available in the right place at the right time. In order to improve the sediment desilting efficiency, the sediments that settle in certain sites of a irrigation system must be removed by different desilting machines with special performance and working conditions. Those certain sites include : the diversion canal in the flood plain , the mouth of inlet, settling basin , irrigation and drainage system. In view of removal sediment above, the paper presents the ideas of type selection of desilting machines applied to certain sites. Proposals of making further improvement on performance for some desilting machines are also put forward.

Recently, there are many people who live in rural keep getting away from their town. The reason why become aging and reducing society in Rural is weakness of agricultural competition, education, culture and welfare. Thereupon, we need counter plans to make boom in exhaustion rural landscape counter plan, losing consciousness of citizenship, over developing from city planners who are giving serious damage to rural landscape. However, there are many promotions going on to cover weakness of rural. In this research, to set up the right view of rural which considered the different cognitions, it is important to derive each preference or non-preference scenery, and countrified or non countrified scenery. From different cognition, finding preserved and improved factors is necessary to preserve, reform, and improve the countryside scenery. Based on this, to investigate natural characters of viewpoint is providing right direction for future rural landscape.

Many companies have thought that the quality cost is inclosed as the quality is improved. But, this is not so. The quality cost is not monotonously increased in proportion to the quality improvement. The existing approach to quality cost has many problems. This paper deals with conceptual difference between the traditinal and the existing view points of quality cost as the measurement index of quality, and developed the right approach of quality cost in terms of the combination of the traditinal and the existing approach. The right approach of quality cost that proposed in this paper was involved the following results; The approach of quality cost based on the continuous quality improvement for customer satisfaction, and considered flexibility, time, and information when the quality measured and evaluated.
